Abstract
本发明涉及一种教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,其特征在于:包括闸板、阀体、阀盖及阀杆,所述阀座阀板及阀杆均设置在所述阀体内,所述阀体上密封连接有所述阀盖,所述阀杆的底端安装在所述阀体上,所述阀杆的顶端伸出阀盖,所述阀杆的顶端通过紧固螺钉连接有手轮,所述闸板、阀体、阀盖、阀杆及手轮均为透明材质。本发明设计科学合理,整体透明可视化,能够让老师及学生直观观察闸阀开启、关闭原理及闸阀介质流动过程,便于教学演示,加深学生的学习掌握。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于教学演示实验设备领域,涉及教学演示用阀门,特别涉及一种教学用可视透明平行式闸阀。
背景技术
闸阀是一个启闭件闸板,闸板的运动方向与流体方向相垂直,闸阀只能作全开和全关,闸阀关闭时,密封面可以只依靠介质压力来密封,即只依靠介质压力将闸板的密封面压向另一侧的阀座来保证密封面的密封,这就是自密封。大部分闸阀是采用强制密封的,即阀门关闭时,要依靠外力强行将闸板压向阀座,以保证密封面的密封性。
闸阀具有流动阻力小、启闭时较省力、介质可向两个任意方向流动、易于安装、形体简单、工艺性好、结构长度较小等优点,这也使得闸阀实用范围非常广。
但是,工业应用的闸阀一般都是不锈钢材质制成,对于闸阀内部介质的流动方向我们是看不到的,因此在教师教学演示时,不能够清楚直观的让学生看到闸阀内部介质的流向及工作原理,不便于学生理解学习。
因此,在教学过程中,为了让学生更好地观察闸阀内部结构、闸阀的开闭及介质的流动过程,加深对闸阀工作原理的理解,需要设计一种能够可视化的教学演示装置。
通过对公开专利文献的检索,并未发现与本专利申请相同的公开专利文献。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种透明可视化、能够观察闸阀开启及关闭原理及闸阀介质流动过程,便于教学演示的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,其特征在于:包括闸板、阀体、阀盖及阀杆,所述阀座阀板及阀杆均设置在所述阀体内,所述阀体上密封连接有所述阀盖,所述阀杆的底端安装在所述阀体上,所述阀杆的顶端伸出阀盖,所述阀杆的顶端通过紧固螺钉连接有手轮,所述闸板、阀体、阀盖、阀杆及手轮均为透明材质。
而且,所述阀杆与阀盖之间设置有多层密封填料,所述密封填料上方设置有填料压盖,所述填料压盖为透明材质。
而且,所述阀杆上部套装有套筒,所述套筒通过套筒螺母与阀盖连接,所述套筒为透明材质。
而且,所述阀杆下部设置有铁箍,所述阀杆通过铁箍与阀体连接,所述铁箍为透明材质。
而且,所述闸板包括两块相互平行且独立的圆形闸板,所述圆形闸板分别位于阀杆底端的两侧。
而且,所述闸板与阀杆之间设置有楔块,所述闸板与阀杆通过楔块连接,所述楔块为透明材质。
而且,所述阀体内设置有密封圈。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本发明的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,阀座阀板及阀杆均设置在所述阀体内,所述阀体上密封连接有阀盖,阀杆的底端安装在阀体上,阀杆的顶端伸出阀盖,阀杆的顶端通过紧固螺钉连接有手轮,闸板、阀体、阀盖、阀杆及手轮均为透明材质,结构简单牢固,透明可视化,能够让老师及学生直观观察闸阀开启、关闭原理及闸阀介质流动过程,便于教学演示,加深学生的学习掌握,提高教学质量。
2、本发明的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,阀杆与阀盖之间设置有多层密封填料,密封填料上方设置有填料压盖,填料压盖为透明材质,提高阀杆与阀盖的密封效果。
3、本发明的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,阀杆上部套装有套筒,套筒通过套筒螺母与阀盖连接,套筒为透明材质;阀杆下部设置有铁箍,阀杆通过铁箍与阀体连接,铁箍为透明材质,加强阀杆与阀盖及阀体的连接牢固性。
4、本发明的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,闸板包括两块相互平行且独立的圆形闸板,圆形闸板分别位于阀杆底端的两侧,闸板与阀杆之间设置有楔块,闸板与阀杆通过楔块连接,楔块为透明材质,增大闸板与阀体之间的连接接触面,保证介质流动。
5、本发明的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,阀体内设置有密封圈,提高连接密封性,保证闸阀工作效果。
6、本发明设计科学合理,整体透明可视化,能够让老师及学生直观观察闸阀开启、关闭原理及闸阀介质流动过程,便于教学演示,加深学生的学习掌握。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,其创新之处在于:包括闸板1、阀体5、阀盖6及阀杆7,阀座阀板及阀杆均设置在阀体内,阀体上密封连接有阀盖,阀杆的底端安装在阀体上,阀杆的顶端伸出阀盖,阀杆的顶端通过紧固螺钉12连接有手轮11,闸板、阀体、阀盖、阀杆及手轮均为透明材质,结构简单牢固,透明可视化,能够让老师及学生直观观察闸阀开启、关闭原理及闸阀介质流动过程,便于教学演示,加深学生的学习掌握,提高教学质量。
阀杆与阀盖之间设置有多层密封填料8,密封填料上方设置有填料压盖9,填料压盖为透明材质,提高阀杆与阀盖的密封效果。
阀杆上部套装有套筒10,套筒通过套筒螺母与阀盖连接,套筒为透明材质,加强阀杆与阀盖的连接牢固性。
阀杆下部设置有铁箍,阀杆通过铁箍4与阀体连接,铁箍为透明材质,加强阀杆与阀体的连接牢固性。
闸板包括两块相互平行且独立的圆形闸板,圆形闸板分别位于阀杆底端的两侧,闸板与阀杆之间设置有楔块2,闸板与阀杆通过楔块连接,楔块为透明材质,增大闸板与阀体之间的连接接触面,保证介质流动。
阀体内设置有密封圈3,提高连接密封性,保证闸阀工作效果。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例和附图,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例和附图所公开的内容。

1.一种教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,其特征在于:包括闸板、阀体、阀盖及阀杆,所述阀座阀板及阀杆均设置在所述阀体内,所述阀体上密封连接有所述阀盖,所述阀杆的底端安装在所述阀体上,所述阀杆的顶端伸出阀盖,所述阀杆的顶端通过紧固螺钉连接有手轮,所述闸板、阀体、阀盖、阀杆及手轮均为透明材质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆与阀盖之间设置有多层密封填料,所述密封填料上方设置有填料压盖,所述填料压盖为透明材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆上部套装有套筒,所述套筒通过套筒螺母与阀盖连接,所述套筒为透明材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆下部设置有铁箍,所述阀杆通过铁箍与阀体连接,所述铁箍为透明材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,其特征在于:所述闸板包括两块相互平行且独立的圆形闸板,所述圆形闸板分别位于阀杆底端的两侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的教学用可视透明平行式闸阀,其特征在于:所述闸板与阀杆之间设置有楔块,所述闸板与阀杆通过楔块连接,所述楔块为透明材质。
