the hoop 2 is of an annular structure and is composed of two semicircular rings which are split, two ends of each semicircular ring extend outwards from the end part to form two connecting lug plates, and each connecting lug plate is provided with a screw hole, so that when the two semicircular rings are combined into an annular structure, the two semicircular rings are fastened and connected into a whole through bolts penetrating into the screw holes of the two connecting lug plates positioned on the same side and nuts fixed at the tail ends of the bolts;
two steel drill holes which are communicated with each other are formed in the side walls of the tensioner 1 and the sleeve hoop 2 in the radial direction, internal threads are formed in the hole walls of the steel drill holes, internal threads matched with the internal threads formed in the hole walls of the steel drill holes are formed in the outer walls of the steel drill 3, the steel drill 3 is inserted and screwed into the steel drill holes formed in the sleeve hoop 2 and the tensioner 1, and the sleeve hoop 2 is arranged outside the tensioner 1 and is coaxially arranged with the tensioner 1;
an inner gear ring matched with an outer gear ring of the gear 8 is processed on the inner wall of the hoop 2 near one end of the motor 4, so that the gear 8 is meshed with the gear ring on the inner wall of the hoop 2, and a gear shaft arranged in a central hole of the inner gear ring is connected with an output shaft of the motor 4 through a transmission shaft;

the dynamic torque sensor 6 is sleeved outside the transmission shaft, and the dynamic torque sensor 6 is fixedly connected with the motor 4 or the ground through a connecting rod fixed on the dynamic torque sensor 6, so that the surface of the dynamic torque sensor is prevented from rotating during working, and the real-time reading can be ensured.
