the dispersion head (7) consists of a circular truncated cone-shaped large pipe head (71), a connecting pipe head (72) and a circular truncated cone-shaped water spraying pipe head (73), wherein the connecting pipe head (72) is coaxially communicated with the top of the large pipe head (71), and the large pipe head (71) is communicated with the inside of the dispersion cylinder (6); the water spray pipe head (73) is made of rubber; a plurality of horizontal stirring plates (17) are fixed in the corresponding dosing mixing cavity (8) on the side wall of the driving pipe (15); the first filter screen (18), the second filter screen (19) and the third filter screen (20) are of circular structures, and meshes are gradually reduced from left to right; a sewage draining outlet is formed in each of the left sides of the first filter screen (18), the second filter screen (19) and the third filter screen (20) which correspond to the partition board (10) between the filter cavity (11) and the sewage draining cavity (12), a sewage draining valve (13) is mounted on each sewage draining outlet, and the bottom of the sewage draining cavity (12) is communicated with a sewage draining pipe; horizontal transmission belt (4) are arranged in the water inlet tank (2), two ends of the transmission belt (4) are wound with transmission rollers (3), and a plurality of movable filter screens (5) vertical to the transmission belts are fixed on the outer sides of the transmission belts (4) at equal intervals.
