On the basis of the first embodiment, the suction cup 12 is fixedly installed on the lower side of the upper portion of the handle 11, and when the whole trolley needs to be fixed, the bottom end of the suction cup 12 is just sucked on the ground by rotating the handle 11 downwards to be in a horizontal state, so that the trolley is fixed.
