Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plate manufacturing, in particular to a thin type cracking-resistant decorative plate.
Background
Decorative panels are used in a large number of applications in the manufacture of architectural decorations and furniture. The existing decorative board mainly takes wood as main material, but the price is very expensive, and the environment is not protected because a large amount of wood is needed to be cut down. Meanwhile, in the use process, the processes of painting, gluing and the like are needed, so that the environment is not favorable, and pollution gas can be generated.
In order to solve the problems, in the prior art, a decorative plate is formed by gumming a plurality of layers of paper, then performing hot press molding, and then attaching decorative paper to replace the existing wood plate. However, the existing decorative board is not easy to crack in dry areas or areas with alternate occurrence of damp and dry because the research on the dipping process is too little. In order to solve the technical problem, the cracking phenomenon can not occur only when the thickness of the decorative plate is increased, namely at least more than 0.7mm, in the prior art. However, such thick decorative boards will use a lot of paper, which is not favorable for cost saving and product competitiveness.

Compared with the prior art, the thin type cracking-resistant decorative plate provided by the invention has the advantages that the thickness of the thin type cracking-resistant decorative plate is controlled to be less than 0.35mm through the selection of the materials used for the base layer, the reinforcing layer and the decorative layer and the design of the immersion liquid, and the thin type cracking-resistant decorative plate can not crack in a dry environment or a wet environment.
Detailed Description
Specific examples of the present invention will be described in further detail below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are illustrative only and are not limiting upon the scope of the invention.
The thin type cracking-resistant decorative plate comprises a base layer, an enhancement layer and a decorative layer, wherein the enhancement layer is arranged on the base layer, and the decorative layer is arranged on the enhancement layer. The base layer is made of kraft paper. In particular the base layer may comprise a plurality of layers of kraft paper, which are then impregnated with the modified phenolic resin. Because the thickness of the thin crack-resistant decorative plate is limited, namely the thickness of the whole thin crack-resistant decorative plate is less than or equal to 0.35mm, the thickness of the base layer should be set between 0.1mm and 0.15mm, otherwise the thickness of other structural layers, such as the reinforcing layer and the decorative layer, is influenced. When the thickness of the base layer is 0.1mm to 0.15mm, the base layer is not cracked, and therefore, improvement of the impregnation liquid is a necessary condition for achieving the purpose. The impregnating solution used for impregnating the base layer is modified phenolic resin. The modified phenolic resin is modified by mixing 7-10 wt% of plasticizer and phenolic resin. The plasticizer is phthalate. The phenolic resin is also called bakelite, also called bakelite powder, is a colorless or tawny transparent substance which is weak acid and weak alkali resistant, and is generated by phenol and formaldehyde through polycondensation reaction under the action of an acidic or alkaline catalyst. In modifying the phenolic resin, the modifier used is a plasticizer, and the plasticizer is a phthalate. The phthalate ester, also known as phthalate ester, is a generic name of ester formed by phthalic acid, and is mainly used for polyvinyl chloride materials, so that polyvinyl chloride is changed from hard plastic into elastic plastic, and the polyvinyl chloride material plays a role of a plasticizer. In the present invention, the content of the phthalate ester should be strictly controlled and must be 7 to 10% by weight, preferably 9% by weight. Due to the nature of the phthalic acid, if the amount used is too large, the strength requirements of the thin crack-resistant decorative sheet cannot be met, even with the function of the additional layer. If the using amount is too small, the requirement of the flexibility of the thin type cracking-resistant decorative plate can not be met, namely the purpose of no cracking can not be achieved. Therefore, the phenolic resin is modified by the phthalate, so that the base layer impregnated with the kraft paper keeps the strength of the base layer and has proper flexibility, thereby being beneficial to achieving the purpose of preventing the thin cracking-resistant decorative board from cracking.
The reinforcement layer is made of chemical fibers. The chemical fiber may be PA46 or PA 66. When the reinforcing layer is disposed on the base layer, the chemical fibers should be impregnated with the modified phenolic resin first. The modified phenolic resin used for impregnating the reinforcing layer is the same as the modified phenolic resin used for impregnating the base layer, and the details are not repeated. Due to the existence of the chemical fiber, the flexibility of the thin crack-resistant decorative plate can be enhanced, and cracking is avoided. But due to the limitation of the total thickness, the thickness of the reinforcing layer should be 0.08mm to 0.1 mm. Therefore, in order to meet the requirement of the thickness, the content of the plasticizer in the modified phenolic resin must be controlled to be 7-10%, otherwise, the performance requirement of the modified phenolic resin, namely, the requirement of ensuring the strength and the flexibility to avoid cracking cannot be met.
The decorative layer can be made of any wood fiber such as paper used as decorative material, and various patterns meeting the requirements of users are arranged on the decorative layer to meet the requirements of users on beauty. The decorative layer is impregnated with a modified melamine-formaldehyde resin. The modified melamine-formaldehyde resin is modified by mixing 5-10 wt% of a modifier with reacted melamine and formaldehyde. The modifier is flexible amine D-230. The flexible amine D-230, also called polyether amine (PEA), is a polymer with a polyether structure as a main chain and an amine group as a terminal active functional group, and is obtained by ammoniating polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol or ethylene glycol/propylene glycol copolymer at high temperature and high pressure. In the present invention, the flexible amine D-230 is used as a flexible curing agent. The melamine and formaldehyde are per se a prior art and are not described in detail here. When the melamine reacts with formaldehyde, a melamine formaldehyde resin is formed. The melamine formaldehyde resin is infusible thermosetting resin, has high temperature resistance, inertia and high activity, and belongs to activated alumina; porosity; high hardness and good dimensional stability. When the melamine formaldehyde resin is modified with the flexible amine D-230, the mixture will not only have the properties of the melamine formaldehyde resin itself, but also have good flexibility. However, due to the limitation of the total thickness of the thin crack-resistant decorative board, the thickness of the decorative layer is only 0.07mm to 0.1mm, so in order to balance the strength and flexibility of the decorative layer, the modified melamine-formaldehyde resin is modified by mixing 5 to 10 weight percent of modifier with the reacted melamine and formaldehyde, thereby obtaining the strength and flexibility of the decorative layer suitable for the thin crack-resistant decorative board with the thickness size. In this example, the weight percentage of the flexible amine D-230 is 8%.
After the base layer, the enhancement layer and the decorative layer are respectively impregnated, the base layer, the enhancement layer and the decorative layer are put into a hot press and are formed through a hot pressing procedure, and the thin type cracking-resistant decorative plate can be manufactured. The thickness of the manufactured thin crack-resistant decorative plate is less than or equal to 0.35 mm.
The following are test methods and test results.
Firstly, the surface cold and hot cycle resistance test is carried out, which is used for testing the resistance of the thin type cracking-resistant decorative plate to the repeated change of temperature, and the test instrument and the material comprise:
