Abstract
本发明提供一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,具体涉及针织毡领域,包括1毫米厚的基布层,且所述基布层两侧分别设有1.5毫米厚的锦纶布层和1.5毫米厚的丙纶布层;所述锦纶布层、所述丙纶布层的外侧分别设有1毫米厚的玻璃纤维布层;且针织毡两端相接呈中空筒状,所述锦纶布层、所述丙纶布层、所述玻璃纤维布层和所述基布层均通过橡胶树脂粘合。本发明不仅过滤性能优异,且强度高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于针织毡领域,具体涉及一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡。
背景技术
高炉煤气是钢铁冶炼系统一种重要的二次能源,占钢铁联合企业总能耗的10至20%。目前,高炉煤气已成为热风炉、焦炉、轧钢加热炉(与高热值染料混烧)和中低压高炉的主要燃料煤气。同时,由于高炉煤气中的含尘量较大,不易直接进入煤气管网使用,必须通过工艺净化除尘后,降低高炉煤气的含尘量,才能保证关联设备的正常使用;
目前在高炉煤气的治理中一般采用湿法净化工艺,主要是通过煤气洗涤塔及文氏管湿式除尘器进行净化,但同高炉煤气干法净化脉冲袋式除尘器相比,仍存在系统流程复杂、投资费用大、耗水量及能量损耗大、二次污染严重的弊端;针织毡是袋式过滤材料里滤袋的重要原料,现有的针织毡仍存在种种弊端,仍需进一步优化改进。
针对上述不足,现需要一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,不仅过滤性能优异,且强度高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,不仅过滤性能优异,且强度高。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,包括1毫米厚的基布层,且所述基布层两侧分别设有1.5毫米厚的锦纶布层和1.5毫米厚的丙纶布层;所述锦纶布层、所述丙纶布层的外侧分别设有1毫米厚的玻璃纤维布层;且针织毡两端相接呈中空筒状,所述锦纶布层、所述丙纶布层、所述玻璃纤维布层和所述基布层均通过橡胶树脂粘合。
优选的,针织毡一端设有连接布,所述连接布呈凹型,所述连接布一端与针织毡一端相接,针织毡另一端嵌入所述连接布内,所述连接布与所述针织毡的端部通过魔术贴相接。
优选的,所述连接布内侧,针织毡的端部两侧均设有魔术贴。
优选的,针织毡沿圆周方向设有若干滤筒,所述滤筒内设有滤料,所述滤筒的外围设有滤套,所述滤套的结构与针织毡结构相同;所述滤套的两端与针织毡相接。
优选的,所述滤料为活性炭或无烟煤或果壳滤料或活性氧化铝球或沸石滤料或火山岩滤料。
优选的,所述滤筒与所述滤套为分离式结构;所述滤筒呈中空状主体,所述滤筒的外围设有若干通孔,所述滤筒的上下两端设有封闭塞。
优选的,所述封闭塞呈凸型结构,所述封闭塞直径较小的一端嵌入所述滤筒内,所述封闭塞直径较大的一端与所述滤筒直径相同,与所述封闭塞与所述滤筒通过螺纹相接。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过锦纶布层、丙纶布层、以及滤筒提高了针织毡的过滤效率,且通过更换不同的滤料,可实现不同的过滤作用,进而利于提高过滤效果,通过玻璃纤维布层可大大提高针织毡的强度。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,包括1毫米厚的基布层1,且所述基布层1两侧分别设有1.5毫米厚的锦纶布层2和1.5毫米厚的丙纶布层3;所述锦纶布层2、所述丙纶布层3的外侧分别设有1毫米厚的玻璃纤维布层4,上述厚度刚好满足过滤效果,避免过厚的浪费;且针织毡5两端相接呈中空筒状,所述锦纶布层2、所述丙纶布层3、所述玻璃纤维布4层和所述基布层1均通过橡胶树脂粘合,橡胶树脂粘合牢靠;通过锦纶布层2、丙纶布层3提高针织毡的过滤效率,通过玻璃纤维布层4可大大提高针织毡的强度;针织毡5一端设有连接布6,所述连接布6呈凹型,所述连接布6一端与针织毡5一端相接,针织毡5另一端嵌入所述连接布6内,所述连接布6与所述针织毡5的端部通过魔术贴相接;通过连接布6的凹型结构确保连接的牢靠和密封性,魔术贴不仅便于连接拆解,且牢靠;所述连接布6内侧,针织毡5的端部两侧均设有魔术贴,两面都连接,如此可进一步确保连接的牢靠
其中,针织毡5沿圆周方向设有若干滤筒8,所述滤筒8内设有滤料,所述滤筒8的外围设有滤套7,所述滤套7的结构与针织毡5结构相同;所述滤套7的两端与针织毡5相接,通过滤筒8插入滤套7内,滤筒8提高了针织毡的过滤效率,且通过更换不同的滤料,可实现不同的过滤作用,进而利于提高过滤效果;所述滤料为活性炭或无烟煤或果壳滤料或活性氧化铝球或沸石滤料或火山岩滤料;所述滤筒8与所述滤套7为分离式结构,可便于更换滤筒8;所述滤筒8呈中空状主体,所述滤筒8的外围设有若干通孔,所述滤筒8的上下两端设有封闭塞9,封闭塞9避免滤料洒落;所述封闭塞9呈凸型结构,所述封闭塞9直径较小的一端嵌入所述滤筒8内,所述封闭塞9直径较大的一端与所述滤筒8直径相同,与所述封闭塞9与所述滤筒8通过螺纹相接,如此比较连接美观,且牢靠;
本发明的工作方式:
如图1至图3所示,通过锦纶布层2、丙纶布层3提高针织毡的过滤效率,通过滤筒8插入滤套7内,滤筒8提高了针织毡的过滤效率,且通过更换不同的滤料,可实现不同的过滤作用,进而利于提高过滤效果;所述滤料为活性炭或无烟煤或果壳滤料或活性氧化铝球或沸石滤料或火山岩滤料;通过玻璃纤维布层4可大大提高针织毡的强度;通过连接布6的凹型结构确保连接的牢靠和密封性,魔术贴不仅便于连接拆解,且牢靠

1.一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,其特征在于:包括1毫米厚的基布层,且所述基布层两侧分别设有1.5毫米厚的锦纶布层和1.5毫米厚的丙纶布层;所述锦纶布层、所述丙纶布层的外侧分别设有1毫米厚的玻璃纤维布层;且针织毡两端相接呈中空筒状,所述锦纶布层、所述丙纶布层、所述玻璃纤维布层和所述基布层均通过橡胶树脂粘合;所述针织毡沿圆周方向设有若干滤筒,所述滤筒的外围设有滤套,所述滤筒与所述滤套为分离式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,其特征在于:针织毡一端设有连接布,所述连接布呈凹型,所述连接布一端与针织毡一端相接,针织毡另一端嵌入所述连接布内,所述连接布与所述针织毡的端部通过魔术贴相接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,其特征在于:所述连接布内侧,针织毡的端部两侧均设有魔术贴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,其特征在于:所述滤筒内设有滤料,所述滤套的结构与针织毡结构相同;所述滤套的两端与针织毡相接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,其特征在于:所述滤料为活性炭或无烟煤或果壳滤料或活性氧化铝球或沸石滤料或火山岩滤料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,其特征在于:所述滤筒呈中空状主体,所述滤筒的外围设有若干通孔,所述滤筒的上下两端设有封闭塞。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于钢铁生产的高炉煤气用针刺毡,其特征在于:所述封闭塞呈凸型结构,所述封闭塞直径较小的一端嵌入所述滤筒内,所述封闭塞直径较大的一端与所述滤筒直径相同,与所述封闭塞与所述滤筒通过螺纹相接。
