Abstract
The invention discloses a production process of a PMMA arc-shaped plate, which is manufactured by a PMMA plate through the steps of silk screen printing, film coating, hot bending forming and the like. The PMMA arc-shaped plate produced by the production process has the advantages of transparent appearance and high transparency, can meet the requirements of household appliance markets on the bending radian and the bearing of the plate, and can be used for manufacturing various household appliance bases. The invention also discloses a television base which is made of the PMMA arc-shaped plate, has novel shape and high transparency and meets the market demand.

Background
Traditional TV base adopts toughened glass, injection molding or metalwork preparation to form usually, and the TV base appearance of toughened glass preparation is penetrating pleasing to the eye, but breakable easy splitting, and the practicality is poor, and the injection molding quality is light, but needs the die sinking, and is with high costs, and the metalwork is heavier, and the appearance is comparatively stiff.

s1: firstly, baking two sides of a PMMA plate at 200-220 ℃ for 5-10 min, then cooling to 130-150 ℃, heating to 200-220 ℃ again, baking two sides of the PMMA plate for 5-10 min for the second time, and repeating the cooling and heating for 1-3 times to gradually soften the PMMA plate;
s2: placing the baked PMMA plate into a bending die to be bent to obtain a PMMA arc plate;
s3: and (3) placing the bent PMMA arc-shaped plate on a shaping jig for cooling and shaping to obtain the PMMA arc-shaped plate finished product.
In the step 1, the ink used for screen printing is high-temperature resistant ink.

s2: placing the baked PMMA plate into a bending die to be bent for 8min to obtain a PMMA arc plate;
s3: and (3) placing the bent PMMA arc-shaped plate on a shaping jig for cooling and shaping for 15min to obtain a PMMA arc-shaped plate finished product.

step 4, engraving: putting the PMMA arc-shaped plate into a carving jig for five-axis carving processing to finish the shape and hole site processing of the PMMA arc-shaped plate;
