The silver paste dispensing device 300 includes a silver paste dispensing moving mechanism disposed above the transporting device 500, a first mounting plate 340 disposed on the silver paste dispensing moving mechanism, a second camera 360 disposed on the first mounting plate 340 and gripping the mark 120, a silver paste dispensing mechanism 350 disposed on the first mounting plate 340 and performing a silver paste dispensing operation, and a silver paste dispensing processing module connected to the positioning device 200, the second camera 360 and the silver paste dispensing mechanism 350, respectively; wherein, the spot silver paste processing module obtains the position of the small hole through the mark 120, and controls the spot silver paste mechanism 350 to work on the small hole 11.
Specifically, assuming that the transportation direction of the transportation device 500 is the Y axis, the spot silver paste movement mechanism includes an X axis movement assembly 320 and a Z axis movement assembly 330, the first mounting plate 340 is disposed on the Z axis movement assembly 330, and the first mounting plate 340 is moved on the vertical plane of the transportation device 500 by the cooperation of the X axis movement assembly 320 and the Z axis movement assembly 330; and, regarding the Y-axis moving direction, the silver paste dispensing moving mechanism may include a Y-axis moving assembly, so that the first mounting plate 340 may implement spatial three-axis movement, or referring to fig. 3, the jacking clamping moving mechanism 610, the X-axis moving assembly 320 and the Z-axis moving assembly 330 may be linked, so that the first mounting plate 340 may implement spatial three-axis movement with respect to the jig 100; and, during the movement of the first mounting plate 340, the second camera 360 and the silver paste dispensing mechanism 350 are driven to perform corresponding operations.
Regarding the X-axis moving assembly 320, the X-axis moving assembly 320 is disposed on a table through the support 310. And the X-axis moving assembly 320 is spanned across the transporter 500 by the carriage 310.
Regarding the workflow, the second camera 360 is moved to obtain the identification code on the jig 100, so as to obtain the unique identity information of the jig 100, and the coordinate parameters of each small hole of the jig 100 are called; and then the second camera 360 is moved to obtain the positions of the marks 120 according to a certain sequence, so that the positions of the small holes 11 around the marks 120 are obtained according to the called data information, and the small holes 11 are operated according to the small hole position moving point silver paste moving mechanism.
In this embodiment, the silver paste dispensing mechanism 350 includes a silver paste dispensing port for dispensing silver paste, and a screw valve for controlling the amount of silver paste dispensed from the silver paste dispensing port.
As shown in FIG. 9, the present invention provides a preferred embodiment of the pin apparatus. Fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of the pin device of the present invention.
The pin device 400 includes a pin moving mechanism far from the transporting device 500, a second mounting plate 440 disposed on the pin moving mechanism, a third camera 460 disposed on the second mounting plate 440 and grasping the mark 120, a pin mechanism 450 disposed on the second mounting plate 440 and performing a pin operation, and a pin processing module connected to the positioning device 200, the third camera 460 and the pin mechanism 450, respectively; wherein, the pin processing module obtains the hole position through the mark 120 and controls the pin mechanism 450 to work on the hole 11.
Specifically, assuming that the transport direction of the transport device 500 is the Y axis, the pin moving mechanism includes an X axis moving assembly 420 and a Z axis moving assembly 430, the second mounting plate 440 is disposed on the Z axis moving assembly 430, and the second mounting plate 440 moves on a vertical plane of the transport device 500 by the cooperation of the X axis moving assembly 420 and the Z axis moving assembly 430; and, regarding the Y-axis moving direction, the pin moving mechanism may include a Y-axis moving assembly, so that the second mounting plate 440 may implement spatial three-axis movement, or referring to fig. 3, the lifting clamping moving mechanism 610, the X-axis moving assembly 420 and the Z-axis moving assembly 430 may be linked, so that the second mounting plate 440 may implement spatial three-axis movement with respect to the jig 100; and, during the movement of the second mounting plate 440, the third camera 460 and the pin mechanism 450 are driven to perform corresponding operations.
Regarding the X-axis moving assembly 420, the X-axis moving assembly 420 is disposed on a table through the stand 410. And the X-axis movement assembly 420 is traversed across the transporter 500 by the carriage 410.
Regarding the workflow, the third camera 460 is moved to obtain the identification code on the jig 100, so as to obtain the unique identity information of the jig 100, and the coordinate parameters of each small hole of the jig 100 are called; and then the third camera 460 is moved to obtain the positions of the marks 120 in a certain sequence, so that the positions of the small holes 11 around the marks 120 are obtained according to the called data information, and the small hole 11 is operated according to the small hole position moving point pin mechanism 450.
In this embodiment, the pin mechanism 450 includes a wire feeding unit that feeds a wire to the pin unit, a cutting unit that cuts the wire fed to the pin unit, and a pin unit. The specific flow is as follows: the wire feeding assembly feeds the material, such as wire, inserted into the aperture 11 onto the pin assembly, and the pin assembly clamps the wire and is cut by the cutting assembly, forming a length of small wire on the pin assembly to form a needle wire, and then inserting the needle wire into the corresponding aperture 11 through the pin assembly.
In this embodiment, the pin device 400 further includes a fourth camera and a fifth camera aligned with the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction of the pin assembly of the pin device 400, and a judging processing module connected to the fourth camera and the fifth camera, respectively, for judging whether the wire-out pins exist or not and/or judging whether the wires are askew. The structure is as follows: the fourth camera and the fifth camera can be adjacently arranged, the fourth camera directly faces the contact pin assembly, and the fourth camera obtains the condition of the contact pin assembly in the other direction (after 90 degrees turn) through the 90-degree reflecting mirror, so that whether the wire is smoothly conveyed and cut onto the contact pin assembly is judged, and meanwhile, whether the contact pin assembly is vertical or not and whether bending is generated or not is judged.
The fourth camera and the fifth camera only acquire photos, and the specific judging flow is realized through a judging and processing module.
In this embodiment, the wire is a tin wire, and the insertion force is controlled to ensure that the tin wire is not deformed when it is inserted into the small hole 11.
As shown in FIG. 10, the present invention provides a preferred embodiment of a pin system with multiple workspaces. Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the practical pin system.
The transporting device 500 includes a feeding end, a discharging end, and a plurality of transporting lines disposed between the feeding end and the discharging end, and each of the silver paste dispensing device 300 and the pin device 400 forms a group and is disposed in a matching manner with one of the transporting lines.
Specifically, three transport lines (710, 720 and 730) are included, and the transport direction of the transport lines is shown by an arrow, and three groups of silver paste devices and pin devices 400 are sequentially arranged from the beginning feeding end.
The pin system comprises a second workbench 700, the second workbench 700 comprises a plurality of working areas, a plurality of conveying lines are arranged on the second workbench 700, and each working area is provided with a silver paste pointing device 300 and a pin pointing device 400 which form a group.
In the present invention, the positioning device 200, the silver paste dispensing device 300 and the pin device 400 all have processing modules, which may be processing circuits respectively provided in the functional devices of the pin system (such as the positioning device 200, the silver paste dispensing device 300 and the pin device 400), so as to realize data transmission, or may be a total control platform to respectively perform total control, data transmission, data processing and the like on the functional devices of the pin system (such as the positioning device 200, the silver paste dispensing device 300 and the pin device 400), or may be a mixture of the two modes.
In the present invention, each of the moving mechanisms or moving assemblies, such as the lift clamp moving mechanism 610, the Y-axis moving assembly 220, the X-axis moving assembly 240, the X-axis moving assembly 320, the Z-axis moving assembly 330, the X-axis moving assembly 420, and the Z-axis moving assembly 430, may be various moving structures, preferably an electric platform.

Claims (13)

1. A pin system, comprising:
The jig is provided with a plurality of workpieces with small holes, is provided with marks for visual positioning and identification codes for identifying jig information, a plurality of workpiece arrays are arranged on the jig, and the marks are provided with a plurality of marks and are respectively arranged between the workpiece positions;
The positioning device acquires the positions of the small holes of each workpiece on the jig according to the marked positions, and matches the small hole position information with the corresponding identification codes;
the silver paste dispensing device obtains small holes through the marks and the identification codes, and performs silver paste dispensing operation on the small holes corresponding to the workpieces;
The pin inserting device acquires the small hole position through the mark and the identification code, and performs pin inserting operation on the small hole of the corresponding workpiece;
the silver paste counting device is arranged at a silver paste counting station of the conveying device, the contact pin device is arranged at a contact pin station of the conveying device, and the conveying device drives the jig to move to the silver paste counting station and the contact pin station respectively;
The pin device comprises a pin moving mechanism far away from the conveying device, a second mounting plate arranged on the pin moving mechanism, a third camera arranged on the second mounting plate and used for grabbing marks, a pin mechanism arranged on the second mounting plate and used for conducting pin operation, and a pin processing module respectively connected with the positioning device, the third camera and the pin mechanism; the pin processing module obtains the small hole position through the mark and the identification code and controls the pin mechanism to work on the small hole.
2. The pin system of claim 1, wherein: the jacking clamping device is arranged at the silver paste point station and the contact pin station respectively and comprises a jacking mechanism for jacking the jig to leave the conveying device and a clamping mechanism for clamping the jig.
3. The pin system of claim 2, wherein: the jacking and clamping device further comprises a jacking and clamping moving mechanism moving along the moving direction of the conveying device, and the jacking mechanism and the clamping mechanism are arranged on the jacking and clamping moving mechanism.

A pin system according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that: the conveying device comprises two conveying belts which are arranged in parallel, and the jacking mechanism comprises a lifting platform arranged at the bottom of the conveying device and a jacking piece which is arranged between the two conveying belts and jacks up the jig along with the lifting platform; the clamping mechanism comprises a front limiting assembly, a rear limiting assembly and a left clamping assembly and a right clamping assembly, wherein the front limiting assembly and the rear limiting assembly are arranged between two conveying belts and ascend along with a lifting platform, the left clamping assembly and the right clamping assembly are arranged on the left side and the right side of the two conveying belts, and the left clamping assembly and the right clamping assembly are arranged on the left side and the right side of the two conveying belts.
5. The pin system of claim 1, wherein: the workpiece is a ceramic heating body.
6. The pin system of claim 1, wherein: the positioning device comprises a first workbench, a positioning plate arranged on the first workbench and used for placing a positioning jig, a first camera arranged above the positioning plate and used for acquiring image information, a positioning moving mechanism used for driving the positioning plate or/and the first camera to move, and a position identification processing module connected with the first camera and used for acquiring coordinate parameters of the position of the small hole according to the image information; the first camera acquires image information of surrounding workpieces according to the positions of the marks.

A pin system according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that: the silver paste dispensing device comprises a silver paste dispensing moving mechanism arranged above the conveying device, a first mounting plate arranged on the silver paste dispensing moving mechanism, a second camera arranged on the first mounting plate and used for capturing marks, a silver paste dispensing mechanism arranged on the first mounting plate and used for performing silver paste dispensing operation, and a silver paste dispensing processing module respectively connected with the positioning device, the second camera and the silver paste dispensing mechanism; the spot silver paste processing module obtains the positions of the small holes through the marks and the identification codes, and controls the spot silver paste mechanism to work on the small holes.
8. The pin system of claim 7, wherein: the silver paste dispensing mechanism comprises a silver paste dispensing opening for discharging silver paste and a screw valve for controlling the silver paste discharging amount of the silver paste dispensing opening.
9. The pin system of claim 1, wherein: the contact pin mechanism comprises a wire feeding component, a cutting component and a contact pin component, wherein the wire feeding component feeds wires to the contact pin component, and the cutting component cuts wires fed to the contact pin component.

The pin system of claim 9, wherein: the pin device also comprises a fourth camera and a fifth camera which are aligned with the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction of the pin component of the pin device, and a judging processing module which is respectively connected with the fourth camera and the fifth camera and used for judging whether the wire outlet pin exists or not or/and judging whether the wire is askew or not.

The pin system of claim 1, wherein: the conveying device comprises a feeding end, a discharging end and a plurality of conveying lines arranged between the feeding end and the discharging end, and each silver paste pointing device and one pin inserting device form a group and are matched with one conveying line.

The pin system of claim 11, wherein: the contact pin system comprises a second workbench, the second workbench comprises a plurality of working areas, a plurality of conveying lines are arranged on the second workbench, and each working area is provided with a silver paste pointing device and a contact pin device which form a group.
13. A pin system, comprising:
The jig is provided with a plurality of workpieces with small holes, and is provided with marks for visual positioning and identification codes for identifying jig information;
The positioning device acquires the positions of the small holes of each workpiece on the jig according to the marked positions, and matches the small hole position information with the corresponding identification codes;
the silver paste dispensing device obtains small holes through the marks and the identification codes, and performs silver paste dispensing operation on the small holes corresponding to the workpieces;
the pin inserting device acquires a small hole position through the mark and the identification code, and performs pin inserting operation on the small hole position on the small hole of the corresponding workpiece;
the silver paste counting device is arranged at a silver paste counting station of the conveying device, the contact pin device is arranged at a contact pin station of the conveying device, and the conveying device drives the jig to move to the silver paste counting station and the contact pin station respectively;
