The invention discloses a counting switch for an insulin syringe, wherein a circuit board and a switch driving piece are arranged in the insulin syringe, the counting switch comprises an insulator, a moving spring piece and a static spring piece, wherein the moving spring piece and the static spring piece are fixedly arranged on the insulator, the moving spring piece comprises a first elastic arm and a first connecting part electrically connected with the circuit board, the static spring piece comprises a second elastic arm and a second connecting part electrically connected with the circuit board, the free end of the first elastic arm is provided with a pushing part exceeding the second elastic arm, the first elastic arm is separated from the second elastic arm in an initial state, and the pushing part is configured to be pushed by the switch driving piece to be away from one side of the second elastic arm when the insulin syringe is injected so as to drive the first elastic arm to be contacted with the second elastic arm and enable the first elastic arm to elastically reset after the switch driving piece passes over from the tail end edge of the switch driving piece. Technical Field

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the invention discloses a counting switch 100 for an insulin pump, wherein a circuit board 200 and a switch driving member are disposed in the insulin pump, the counting switch 100 comprises an insulator 1, a moving spring 2 and a static spring 5 which are fixedly disposed on the insulator 1, the moving spring 2 comprises a first elastic arm 20 and a first connecting portion 30 electrically connected with the circuit board 200, the static spring 5 comprises a second elastic arm 50 and a second connecting portion 60 electrically connected with the circuit board 200, the free end of the first elastic arm 20 has a pushing portion 21 exceeding the second elastic arm 50, in an initial state, the first elastic arm 20 is separated from the second elastic arm 50, and the pushing portion 21 is configured to be pushed by the switch driving member to face one side of the second elastic arm 50 to drive the first elastic arm 20 to contact with the second elastic arm 50 when the insulin pump is injecting, and to elastically reset the first elastic arm 20 after the switch driving member passes over from the end edge thereof. Through the design, the counting switch 100 can be conducted when the insulin syringe is injected each time so as to achieve the purpose of recording the injection times, and the circuit board 200 in the insulin syringe can be used for sending the related injection times information to the mobile terminal or the cloud of the user, so that the use experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the moving spring plate 2 and the static spring plate 5 are both injection molded in the insulator 1, so that an assembly process is not required, and the cost of manual operation is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in some embodiments, the first elastic arm 20 includes a contact area 22 at an end thereof, the second elastic arm 50 includes a first contact portion 51 spaced apart from the contact area 22 and close to an inner side of the contact area 22, and during the pushing process of the pushing portion 21, the inner side of the contact area 22 is first contacted with the first contact portion 51, and a contact position of the contact area 22 and the first contact portion 51 gradually moves outwards.
