The flushing device 3 comprises a second supporting table 31, a heating cavity 32, a water inlet pipe 33 and a flushing head 34, wherein the second supporting table 31 is positioned at one side of the heating cavity 32, the flushing head 34 is placed on the second supporting table 31, the water inlet pipe 33 is positioned in the heating cavity 32, and one end of the water inlet pipe 33 penetrates through the heating cavity 32 and is communicated with the flushing head 34; the other end of the water inlet pipe 33 penetrates through the heating cavity 32 and is provided with a water inlet joint 35; a heat conducting plate 36 is further arranged in the heating cavity 32, the heat conducting plate 36 is horizontally arranged below the water inlet pipe 33, and a heater 37 is arranged below the heat conducting plate 36.
The invention designs the flushing device 3, wherein the design of the second supporting table 31 is convenient for operators to place the flushing heads 34, the water inlet joint 35 can be connected with purified water or disinfectant, and can rotate according to actual operation, and meanwhile, the number of the water inlet pipes 33 and the flushing heads 34 is at least 1, and a plurality of the flushing heads can be designed in actual operation, so that the use of purified water and disinfectant can be conveniently carried out simultaneously; the invention also designs the heater 37 and the heat conducting plate 36 for heating the water inlet pipe 33, so as to improve the temperature of the liquid in the water inlet pipe 33, and whether the heater 37 is started or not can be selected according to actual operation, so that the whole device is suitable for various working conditions and has higher practicability.
Heating wires are arranged in the left side plate 112, the right side plate 113, the second fixed shaft 1152 and the third fixed shaft 1153, and heating wires are arranged in the side walls of the heating cavity 32.
The upper ends of the left side plate 112 and the right side plate 113 are respectively provided with a first magnetic piece 116, the left end and the right end of the top plate 111 are respectively provided with a second magnetic piece 117, and the first magnetic piece 116 and the second magnetic piece 117 are matched and fixed.
The lower ends of the left side plate 112 and the right side plate 113 are respectively hinged with the bottom plate 114, and handles are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the left side plate 112 and the right side plate 113; the first magnetic member 116 is an L-shaped magnet, and the second magnetic member 117 is a C-shaped magnet.
A spring 27 is arranged in the mounting groove 26, two ends of the fixing piece 23 are matched ends 231, the matched ends 231 penetrate through the mounting groove 26, and the matched ends 231 are connected with the spring 27; the fixing member 23 is provided with an elastic layer 28 on a side close to the second placing plate 25.
The first telescopic cylinder 1154, the second telescopic cylinder 1155 and the third telescopic cylinder 22 are all connected with a switch, and the switch is connected with a controller, and the model of the controller is DATA-7311.
The invention designs a first magnetic piece 116 and a second magnetic piece 117, and the left side plate 112, the top plate 111, the right side plate 113 and the top plate 111 are all fixed in a matched manner through the first magnetic piece 116 and the second magnetic piece 117; the magnetism of the first magnetic piece 116 is opposite to that of the second magnetic piece 117, and the left side plate 112 and the right side plate 113 are designed to be of a movable structure, so that the medical equipment can be placed and cleaned conveniently.
When the child arm fixing device is used, firstly, the child arm is placed on the second placing plate 25, and the movement of the third telescopic oil cylinder 22 is regulated, so that the fixing piece 23 moves downwards along with the third telescopic oil cylinder until the fixing piece 23 is restrained on the child arm; the water inlet joint 35 is connected with purified water or disinfectant according to actual needs, and after the liquid enters the heating cavity 32, an operator can heat the liquid by using the heater 37; an operator can rinse purified water or disinfectant through the rinsing head 34 to clean the wound, and then select different medical instruments according to the wound condition to clean the wound; after the wound cleaning is finished, an operator can open the left side plate 112 and the right side plate 113 by using a handle, at the moment, the first magnetic piece 116 and the second magnetic piece 117 are separated, the first telescopic oil cylinder 1154 and the second telescopic oil cylinder 1155 start to move, so that the first placing plate 1156 moves towards the outer side of the inner cavity 115, the operator places an instrument on the first placing plate 1156, and moves the first placing plate 1156 into the inner cavity 115 again through the telescopic action of the first telescopic oil cylinder 1154 and the second telescopic oil cylinder 1155, and the left side plate 112 and the right side plate 113 are closed, at the moment, the first magnetic piece 116 and the second magnetic piece 117 are mutually matched and fixed; the sterilizing liquid is sprayed through the spray nozzle 1157, and the inner cavity 115 is heated by the electric heating wire, so that the high-temperature sterilization and disinfection of the instrument are realized, and the drying operation is performed.
The invention designs the wound cleaning and nursing device for the child surgical operation, which has the advantages of reasonable structural design and simple operation, is convenient for operators to clean wounds of children, improves the operation safety, avoids inconvenience caused by crying of the children, simultaneously carries out subsequent treatment on waste water and medical instruments after cleaning the wounds, integrates the device design, improves the cleaning efficiency of the wounds, and has higher practicability.
