Abstract
本发明涉及一种光伏发电多功能充电桩,包括基座、支撑柱、充电箱、箱门、检测箱、固定环、连接杆、照明灯、三角架及太阳能板,所述在基座顶面设置有支撑柱,且在支撑柱中下端设置有充电箱,箱门并与充电箱铰接连接,所述在支撑柱中间位置设置有检测箱,所述固定环设置在支撑柱中上位置,且连接杆一端与固定环焊接连接,并在连接杆另一端底面设置有照明灯,所述三角架设置在支撑柱顶面,且在三角架斜面处设置有太阳能板,设计合理,安全可靠,宜推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光伏发电多功能充电桩。
背景技术
光伏发电多功能充电桩是一种新能源充电桩,其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,不仅能够安装在道路上为车辆进行充电,而且还能够安装在居民小区内,然而小区内的充电桩比较单一,不能为居民带来良好的使用性,因此,需要一种光伏发电多功能充电桩,来提高社区群众的日常生活,从而利于智慧小区的有效建设。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种光伏发电多功能充电桩,以解决上述技术问题。为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案;一种光伏发电多功能充电桩,包括基座、支撑柱、充电箱、箱门、检测箱、固定环、连接杆、照明灯、三角架及太阳能板,所述在基座顶面设置有支撑柱,且在支撑柱中下端设置有充电箱,箱门并与充电箱铰接连接,所述在支撑柱中间位置设置有检测箱,所述固定环设置在支撑柱中上位置,且连接杆一端与固定环焊接连接,并在连接杆另一端底面设置有照明灯,所述三角架设置在支撑柱顶面,且在三角架斜面处设置有太阳能板。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述基座由方形底座、螺杆、基板螺栓孔及全包螺帽组成,所述在方形底座顶面四角位置设置有螺杆,且支撑柱底面与基板顶面焊接连接,并在基板顶面四角位置设置有螺栓孔,所述螺杆插进螺栓孔内,且全包螺帽与螺杆螺纹连接。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述在充电箱内设置有发电机与充电插口,且在检测箱上设置有噪声检测装置和pm2 .5检测装置,照明灯并采用具有光感式LED灯,所述充电箱内的发电机与充电插口、检测箱上的噪声检测装置和pm2 .5检测装置及照明灯均通过电源线与太阳能板串联连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本充电桩采用太阳能板发电提供电力,太阳能板发电具有无枯竭危险、安全可靠、无噪声、无污染排放外和绝对干净等优点;照明灯采用具有光感式LED灯,不仅节能环保,而且使用寿命长,便于在夜晚使用充电桩;在检测箱上设置有噪声检测装置和pm2 .5检测装置,不仅能够检测白天或晚上的噪声是否超标,而且还能够检测空气中的pm2 .5,为居民生活提供了保障;本充电桩结构简单,安装方便,在安装的地方挖一个能够将方形底座掩埋的土坑,由于支撑柱与基板连接关系,只需要把螺杆插进螺栓孔内,然后用扳手将全包螺帽与螺杆螺纹连接,即可固定本充电桩;全包螺帽能够将螺杆全部包裹,避免了螺杆长期暴露在空气中,受到空气中水分腐蚀,从而提高了螺杆的使用寿命;本充电桩不仅能够提高社区群众的日常生活,而且有利于小区的有效建设,设计合理,安全可靠,宜推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
一种光伏发电多功能充电桩,包括基座1、支撑柱2、充电箱3、箱门4、检测箱5、固定环6、连接杆7、照明灯8、三角架9及太阳能板10,所述在基座1顶面设置有支撑柱2,且在支撑柱2中下端设置有充电箱3,箱门4并与充电箱3铰接连接,所述在支撑柱2中间位置设置有检测箱5,所述固定环6设置在支撑柱2中上位置,且连接杆7一端与固定环6焊接连接,并在连接杆7另一端底面设置有照明灯8,所述三角架9设置在支撑柱2顶面,且在三角架9斜面处设置有太阳能板10。
所述基座1由方形底座11、螺杆12、基板13螺栓孔14及全包螺帽15组成,所述在方形底座11顶面四角位置设置有螺杆12,且支撑柱2底面与基板13顶面焊接连接,并在基板13顶面四角位置设置有螺栓孔14,所述螺杆12插进螺栓孔14内,且全包螺帽15与螺杆12螺纹连接。
所述在充电箱3内设置有发电机与充电插口,且在检测箱5上设置有噪声检测装置和pm2 .5检测装置,照明灯8并采用具有光感式LED灯,所述充电箱3内的发电机与充电插口、检测箱5上的噪声检测装置和pm2 .5检测装置及照明灯8均通过电源线与太阳能板10串联连接。

1.一种光伏发电多功能充电桩,其特征在于:包括基座(1)、支撑柱(2)、充电箱(3)、箱门(4)、检测箱(5)、固定环(6)、连接杆(7)、照明灯(8)、三角架(9)及太阳能板(10),所述在基座(1)顶面设置有支撑柱(2),且在支撑柱(2)中下端设置有充电箱(3),箱门(4)并与充电箱(3)铰接连接,所述在支撑柱(2)中间位置设置有检测箱(5),所述固定环(6)设置在支撑柱(2)中上位置,且连接杆(7)一端与固定环(6)焊接连接,并在连接杆(7)另一端底面设置有照明灯(8),所述三角架(9)设置在支撑柱(2)顶面,且在三角架(9)斜面处设置有太阳能板(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏发电多功能充电桩,其特征在于,所述基座(1)由方形底座(11)、螺杆(12)、基板(13)螺栓孔(14)及全包螺帽(15)组成,所述在方形底座(11)顶面四角位置设置有螺杆(12),且支撑柱(2)底面与基板(13)顶面焊接连接,并在基板(13)顶面四角位置设置有螺栓孔(14),所述螺杆(12)插进螺栓孔(14)内,且全包螺帽(15)与螺杆(12)螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏发电多功能充电桩,其特征在于,所述在充电箱(3)内设置有发电机与充电插口,且在检测箱(5)上设置有噪声检测装置和pm2 .5检测装置,照明灯(8)并采用具有光感式LED灯,所述充电箱(3)内的发电机与充电插口、检测箱(5)上的噪声检测装置和pm2 .5检测装置及照明灯(8)均通过电源线与太阳能板(10)串联连接。
