本发明公开了一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括主体,主体顶部左侧设有卡扣A,卡扣A右侧设有吸盘,吸盘有侧设有卡扣B,主体左侧中间设有进气管,主体左侧中间设有出气管,主体内部左侧设有隔板,隔板中间设有旋流板,隔板右侧设有过滤层A,过滤层A有侧设有催化层,催化层右侧设有过滤层B,主体外侧前面对应过滤层A出设有卡板A,主体外侧前面对应过滤层B出设有卡板B,过滤层A采用HEPA过滤网,催化层内置蜂窝催化陶瓷片,过滤层B采用活性炭吸附网;本汽车净化装置,可直接通过法兰与汽车排气管连接,顶部设吸盘和卡扣双重固定,内部设过滤、催化层尾气进行多重净化,外侧设卡板与主体无缝镶接,可自由打开对过滤层进行保养、方便耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及净化技术领域,具体为一种汽车尾气净化装置。
背景技术
汽车尾气中含有上百种不同的化合物,其中的污染物有固体悬浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等。汽车尾气对地球环境以及人们身体的损害是巨大的。一辆轿车一年排出的有害废气比自身重量大3倍。英国空气洁净和环境保护协会曾发表研究报告称,与交通事故遇难者相比,英国每年死于空气污染的人要多出10倍。而对于尾气的治理仅仅靠绿植或外部环境净化治标不治本,从根本上解决使尾气排放时直接被净化才是关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车尾气净化装置,具有集除尘净化为一体,可自由拆换、便于保养的优点、解决了现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括主体、进气管、隔板、旋流板、卡槽A、过滤层A、催化层、卡槽B、过滤层B、出气管、卡扣A、吸盘、卡扣B、卡板A和卡板B,所述主体顶部左侧设有卡扣A,所述卡扣A通过螺钉固定在主体上,所述卡扣A右侧设有吸盘,所述吸盘底部通过螺钉固定在主体上,所述吸盘有侧设有卡扣B,所述卡扣B通过螺钉固定在主体上,所述主体左侧中间设有进气管,所述进气管焊接在主体上,所述主体左侧中间设有出气管,所述出气管焊接在主体上,所述主体内部左侧设有隔板,所述隔板上下两端焊接在主体内,所述隔板中间设有旋流板,所述旋流板焊接在隔板上,所述隔板右侧设有过滤层A,所述过滤层A上下两端通过卡槽A卡箍在主体内,所述卡槽A均通过螺钉固定在主体内,所述过滤层A有侧设有催化层,所述催化层上下两端通过螺钉固定在主体内,所述催化层右侧设有过滤层B,所述过滤层B上下两端通过卡槽B卡箍在主体内,所述卡槽B均通过螺钉固定在主体内,所述主体外侧前面对应过滤层A出设有卡板A,所述卡板A右端通过铰链固定在主体上,所述主体外侧前面对应过滤层B出设有卡板B,所述卡板B右端通过铰链固定在主体上。
优选的,所述进气管采用PVC管材料,所述主体整体采用导热性金属材料,所述隔板采用绝热板,所述旋流板采用顺风式扇叶。
优选的,所述进气管可通过法兰与汽车排气管连接,所述卡板A和卡板B整体均通过无缝镶接在主体上。
优选的,所述过滤层A采用HEPA过滤网,所述催化层内置蜂窝催化陶瓷片,所述过滤层B采用活性炭吸附网。
优选的,所述主体左右两端采用圆锥式容器,所述主体中间采用倒放的圆柱式容器,所述主体两端与中间均采用无缝焊接连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本汽车净化装置,可直接通过法兰与汽车排气管连接,顶部设吸盘和卡扣双重固定,内部设过滤、催化层尾气进行多重净化,外侧设卡板与主体无缝镶接,可自由打开对过滤层进行保养、方便耐用。

工作原理:本发明一种汽车尾气净化装置,将进气管2通过法兰与汽车的尾气的尾气排放管连接,将顶部吸盘12吸在合适位置,再用卡扣A11和卡扣13固定,当汽车尾气排放时,尾气通过进气管2进入,废气风力带动旋流板4内风叶转动,废气经过旋流板4尾气颗粒被打散均匀进入过滤层A6经过HEPA过滤网将灰尘颗粒过滤层,过滤后的尾气进入催化层7蜂窝陶瓷对尾气中的一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等进行催化净化,最后被催化净化的尾气进入过滤层B9残余有害气体被活性炭吸附,最终净化空气经过出气管排放到大气中,使用一段时间打开卡板A14将过过滤层A6取出进行拍打等处理将HEPA过滤网灰尘处理归位,将打开卡板B15取出过滤层B9对活性炭进行更换即可再次使用。
