It should be noted that the fatigue testing machine is a conventional technology, and is not described herein.
In a preferred embodiment, the toothed belt environmental test chamber further comprises a tensioning device arranged in the middle of the chamber 1; the tensioning device comprises a first tensioning wheel 15 and a second tensioning wheel 16, wherein the first tensioning wheel 15 and the second tensioning wheel 16 are hemispheres and are arranged between two toothed belts 8 to be tested, and the arc surface of the first tensioning wheel 15 and the arc surface of the second tensioning wheel 16 are respectively contacted with the two toothed belts 8 to be tested; the tensioning device further comprises a pair of cylindrical supporting rods 17 with equal length, wherein the cylindrical supporting rods 17 are arranged between the first tensioning wheel 15 and the second tensioning wheel 16 and are used for simulating the actual loading condition of the toothed belt 8 during operation, the toothed belt environment test box is provided with a plurality of pairs of supporting rods 17 with unequal lengths, and an operator can select a pair of supporting rods 17 with proper lengths according to actual needs and arrange the pair of supporting rods 17 between the first tensioning wheel 15 and the second tensioning wheel 16 so as to adjust the distance between the first tensioning wheel 15 and the second tensioning wheel 16, so that the wrap angle of the toothed belt 8 is changed; the both sides of bottom plate 3 are equipped with a pair of slide rail support frame 20, and slide rail support frame 20's top is fixed with a pair of slide rail 19 that spanes two slide rail support frames 20, and the both ends of first take-up pulley 15 and second take-up pulley 16 are connected with a pair of slider 18 respectively, and first take-up pulley 15 and second take-up pulley 16 pass through slider 18 sliding connection respectively on a pair of slide rail 19, and when setting up the profile of tooth area 8 atress in first take-up pulley 15 and second take-up pulley 16 both sides uneven, first take-up pulley 15 and second take-up pulley 16 can drive slider 18 and slide along slide rail 19 in order to automatically regulated, have played the effect of automatic centering.
When the toothed belt environment test box provided by the embodiment of the application is used, firstly, two toothed belt 8 test samples with certain lengths are selected, tooth surfaces of the test samples are outwards placed on the inclined plate 7, the test samples are fixed on the inclined plate 7 through four pressing plates 9 and bolts and nuts matched with the pressing plates, and the grooves of the pressing plates 9 are meshed with the tooth shapes of the toothed belts 8 to prevent the toothed belts 8 from sliding in the test; secondly, placing the test box on a fatigue testing machine, and connecting a pair of vertical plates 6 with the fatigue testing machine; finally, respectively introducing moisture and salt fog into the test box through the humidifying channel 11 and the salt fog channel 12, starting the heating plate 10 to start working, starting the circulating fan 14, after a period of time, starting the fatigue testing machine to perform fatigue test after the temperature, humidity and salt fog environment in the test box meet the requirements and are stable and uniformly distributed; and after the fatigue testing machine is loaded, taking out the toothed belt 8 for analysis. It should be noted that, the device may consider the influence of any environmental factor among temperature, humidity or salt fog concentration on the fatigue life of the toothed belt 8 alone, or may consider the influence of multiple factors on the fatigue life of the toothed belt 8 comprehensively, and in practical application, one or more environmental factors may be selected appropriately according to actual needs. The toothed belt environment test box adopts an integrated design, and can simulate a severe environment for the toothed belt 8, so that the influence of severe environment factors such as temperature, humidity, salt fog and the like on the fatigue life of the toothed belt 8 can be considered simultaneously when a fatigue test is carried out. In addition, the device can test two toothed belts 8 simultaneously, shortens test time, and reduces time cost.
