After the first locking post 101 moves upward to a preset position to complete clamping and positioning, the second locking post 104 slides along the horizontal through hole in the bottom plate 111 and contacts with the side wall of the first locking post 101, friction is generated by extrusion to limit downward movement and resetting of the first locking post 101, and the firmness of clamping and positioning of the first locking post 101 and the locking arm 109 on the head of the wrench body 110 is ensured.
The shape of the clamping block 115 is consistent with the shape of the head of the wrench body 110, so that the side surface of the clamping block 115 can clamp the side surface of the head of the wrench body 110 in a fitting manner, and the occupied space of the structure can be saved.
The front end of the bottom plate 111 is further provided with a plurality of support brackets 116, and the support brackets 116 are used for supporting the head and the handle of the wrench body 110. A plurality of supporting brackets 116 are arranged on the bottom plate 111 below the head of the wrench body 110 to form a height difference matched with the arc surfaces of the head of the wrench body 110 and the lower surface of the clamping block 115, so as to stably support the head of the wrench body 110. In addition, a support frame 116 is also arranged at the handle part of the wrench body 110 to support the handle part, and finally, the wrench body 110 is stably supported in a vertical plane through two support points.
The first locking column 101 and the second locking column 104 are further respectively sleeved with a first spring structure 106 and a second spring structure 103, first ends of the first spring structure 106 and the second spring structure 103 are respectively connected with the first locking column 101 and the second locking column 104, and second ends of the first spring structure 106 and the second spring structure 103 are fixedly connected with the bottom plate 111. The first spring structure 106 and the second spring structure 103 are in a compressed state, and the first locking column 101 automatically moves upwards under the action of the first spring structure 106 to clamp and position the head of the wrench body 110, so as to form a self-locking state. When the wrench body 110 needs to be released, the first locking column 101 needs to be moved downward by an external force. Similarly, the second locking post 104 will automatically move toward the first locking post 101 under the action of the second spring structure 103, and the head will press against the sidewall of the first locking post 6, limiting the downward movement of the first locking post 101 by friction, so as to further lock the whole structure in clamping position against the head of the wrench body 110.
The middle part of the second locking column 104 is also fixedly sleeved with a control block 102, the control block 102 is positioned in a control groove 105 formed in the rear end of the bottom plate 111, the control block 102 is pushed by an external device to move the second locking column 104 reversely, so that the second locking column 104 unlocks the first locking column 101, and then the first locking column 104 is further moved downwards to unlock the head of the wrench body 110 for clamping and positioning.
The bottom plate 111 is slidably disposed on a clamp sliding plate 113, a positioning block 114 is disposed at each of the front end and the rear end of the clamp sliding plate 113, and the pallet can slide on the production line by disposing the clamp sliding plate 113, thereby ensuring that each processing step of the wrench body 1 is successfully completed.
The front end of the bottom plate 111 is further provided with a cover plate 112, the cover plate 112 includes two side surfaces on the left side and the right side of the bottom plate 111 and a top surface above the locking arm 109, and the top surface is provided with a plurality of openings, so that the structures such as the wrench body 110, the supporting frame 116 and the first locking column 101 are not blocked by the top surface of the cover plate 112. The cover plate 112 is arranged for preventing iron chips in the machining process from entering the main body of the pallet, and the use reliability of the pallet is ensured.
The reaming equipment provided by the invention is suitable for assembly line work, a workpiece to be machined does not need to be transferred to two or more machining equipment for machining by workers, and the workpiece to be machined does not need to be repeatedly repositioned, so that errors are accumulated, the machining quality is influenced, the efficiency is improved, and the machining quality of a product is improved.

1. A reaming device is characterized by comprising a rack and a pallet, wherein the rack is provided with an installation platform, and the installation platform is provided with a pallet limiting mechanism, a pallet jacking and positioning mechanism and a reaming mechanism;
the pallet jacking positioning mechanism comprises a first mounting seat, the first mounting seat is mounted on the mounting platform, a horizontal driving cylinder is mounted on the first mounting seat, an output shaft of the horizontal driving cylinder is connected with one end of a push rod, the other end of the push rod is conical, and a conical hole is formed in the position, opposite to the push rod, of the pallet;
the axis of the ejector rod is staggered with the axis of the taper hole, the axis of the taper hole is positioned below the axis of the ejector rod, and the distance between the axis of the taper hole and the axis of the ejector rod is smaller than the maximum radius of the taper hole;
the clamp limiting mechanism comprises a first supporting seat and a second supporting seat, the first supporting seat is arranged on the first mounting seat, a through hole is formed in the first supporting seat, the other end of the ejector rod penetrates through the through hole, the second supporting seat is arranged on the other side of the traveling clamp, a first groove is formed in one side, opposite to the traveling clamp, of the second supporting seat in the horizontal direction, a round rod is fixedly arranged in the first groove in the horizontal direction, one part of the round rod is located outside the first groove, a second groove is formed in one side, opposite to the first groove, of the traveling clamp, the shape of the second groove is matched with the surface of the round rod, a first blocking cylinder is arranged on one side of the first supporting seat, an output shaft of the first blocking cylinder is connected with a first stop rod, and a second blocking cylinder is arranged on one side of the second supporting seat, an output shaft of the second blocking cylinder is connected with a second blocking rod;
the reaming mechanism comprises a power driving device and a reamer, and the power driving device is connected with the reamer and drives the reamer to move up and down and rotate.

The reaming equipment according to claim 1, wherein a notch is further formed in the mounting platform and located right below the pallet, a chamfering mechanism is further arranged on the frame and located right below the notch, the chamfering mechanism comprises a mounting base plate, two angle adjusting plates are arranged at two ends of the mounting base plate, a chamfering device is arranged between the two angle adjusting plates, two ends of the chamfering device are rotatably connected with the two angle adjusting plates, the chamfering device comprises a vertical driving component, and an output shaft of the vertical driving component is connected with the angle grinding head.

The reaming equipment according to claim 2, wherein the chamfering device comprises a second mounting seat, two ends of the second mounting seat are rotatably connected with the angle adjusting plate through rotating shafts, the second mounting seat comprises an upper mounting plate and a lower mounting plate, the upper mounting plate is connected with one side of the lower mounting plate through the vertical mounting plate, a vertical lifting cylinder is mounted at the bottom of the lower mounting plate, an output shaft of the vertical lifting cylinder is connected with a push plate, the push plate is connected with a sliding plate through a connecting rod, an angle grinding head is mounted on the sliding plate, a through groove is formed in the upper mounting plate, and the vertical lifting cylinder drives the angle grinding head to pass through the through groove and move up and down.
