技术领域
本发明涉及一种家居地毯及其生产方法,具体涉及一种超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯及其复合工艺。
背景技术
目前，现有一般家庭地表装饰材料中包含：木地板、大理石、板材、瓷砖。然而现在市面上一般的家居地毯放在这些上面，根本不能达到良好的防滑效果。现有家居地毯包括：1.乳胶复合：味重，不耐磨。地上都是掉的渣，遇水掉的更快。2.EVA发泡，止滑不错，柔软，气味超重，整个房间都是臭味。3.橡胶粉复合：整个房间都是橡胶的异味。4.海绵：止滑不错，有柔性，但不耐氧化，不耐磨，易吸水。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯及其复合工艺，复合地毯止滑效果好，不翘边，耐光照、抗老化，无毒无味，安全可靠。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯，由面料层和TPE层复合而成,所述TPE由80～90%的氧化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物和10～20% 的聚丙烯组成，所述TPE层厚度为1～2mm。
作为进一步的改进，所述TPE层底面设有图案层，所述TPE层和图案层为一体式结构。
作为一种优选，所述面料层为涤纶面料层、羊毛面料层、尼龙面料层或丝毯层。
一种超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯的复合工艺，包括如下步骤，
第一，先将透明的TPE通过预加热80℃后，加入流延机器的料桶中，通过螺杆搅拌TPE，加热温度从140℃～200℃分6～9个区间加热，加热后的TPE形成浆糊状；
第二，浆糊状的TPE通过金属接管挤入模头；
第三，通过模头将浆糊状的TPE呈平面瀑布状流出，流出同时和所要复合的毯面背部一起从印花辊和橡胶辊之间穿过，与面料层底面复合成型。
作为一种优选，所述模头长2.8米，设有9～13个加热区域，所述模头最两端的两个区域加热温度为190～200℃，中间区域加热温度为180～190℃。
作为进一步的改进，所述印花辊为渡洛表面花3D立体正方型圆棍，让TPE和毯面牢固贴合具有正方型3D立体形状。
作为进一步的改进，所述金属接管处设有加热区。
本发明TPE地毯背胶采用新材料是利用氢化方式降TPE分子中的双键加氢饱和化，饱和后的TPE由于软质段为饱和型烯系结构，所以比TPE的耐侯性、耐热老化性、抗臭氧性、韧性、热稳定性更佳，从根本上解决了TPE的耐高低温和黄变问题，扩大了产品的应用范围。
本发明可放置在木地板、大理石、瓷砖、玻璃、金属板、真皮上，不滑动，不掉渣，无异味，经久使用，不刮花木地板的超强止滑立体TPE弹性地毯，保护少儿、老人、不摔倒，不被绊倒的好地毯，适合广泛推广使用。
本发明的有益效果是: TPE毯背复合，纹理清晰，通透清洁，止滑环保，柔软韧性，耐温-50℃～+70℃，耐磨擦、抗老化（5～10年）。不变形，不开裂、不翘边，不滑动。具有良好的防滑性及平整性能，从而彻底避免小孩、老人踩在地毯上勾到地毯边缘而摔倒，或地毯滑动而后仰的伤害隐患。

具体实施方式
实施例1：如附图1所示，一种超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯，由面料层1和TPE层2复合而成,所述TPE由80～90%的氧化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物和10～20% 的聚丙烯组成，所述TPE层2厚度为1～2mm。所述TPE层2底面设有图案层，所述TPE层2和图案层为一体式结构。所述面料层1为涤纶面料层、羊毛面料层、尼龙面料层或丝毯层。
如下为5种复合地毯送样摩擦系数测试表：
其中ABCD为现有市场面料，E为本发明超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯，其它A为涤纶植绒复合地毯，B为丙纶复合地毯，C为涤纶复合地毯，D的为涤纶提花复合地毯，E为超强止滑TPE复合羊毛地毯。
如下为上述5 种复合地毯送样感观、气味测试表：
在感观、气味同样达到现有产品的情况下，止滑效果更好，不翘边，耐光照、抗老化，无毒无味，安全可靠。
实施例2：一种超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯的复合工艺，包括如下步骤，
第一，先将透明的TPE通过预加热80℃后，加入流延机器的料桶中，通过螺杆搅拌TPE，加热温度从140℃～200℃分6～9个区间加热，加热后的TPE形成浆糊状；
第二，浆糊状的TPE通过金属接管挤入模头；所述金属接管处设有加热区；
第三，通过模头将浆糊状的TPE呈平面水流，流出同时和所要复合的毯面背部一起从印花辊和橡胶辊之间穿过，与面料层底面复合成型；所述印花辊为渡洛表面花3D立体条纹辊，让TPE和毯面牢固贴合具有纹理。
其中所述模头长2.8米，设有9～13个加热区域，所述模头最两端的两个区域加热温度为190～200℃，中间区域加热温度为180～190℃。

Claims (7)

1.一种超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯，其特征在于：由面料层（1）和TPE层（2）复合而成,所述TPE由80～90%的氧化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物和10～20% 的聚丙烯组成，所述TPE层（2）厚度为1～2mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯，其特征在于：所述TPE层（2）底面设有图案层，所述TPE层和图案层为一体式结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯，其特征在于：所述面料层（1）为涤纶面料层、羊毛面料层、尼龙面料层或丝毯层。
4.一种超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯的复合工艺，其特征在于：包括如下步骤，
第一，先将透明的TPE通过预加热80℃后，加入流延机器的料桶中，通过螺杆搅拌TPE，加热温度从140℃～200℃分6～9个区间加热，加热后的TPE形成浆糊状；
第二，浆糊状的TPE通过金属接管挤入模头；
第三，通过模头将浆糊状的TPE呈平面水流，流出同时和所要复合的毯面背部一起从印花辊和橡胶辊之间穿过，与面料层底面复合成型。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯的复合工艺，其特征在于：所述模头长2.8米，设有9～13个加热区域，所述模头最两端的两个区域加热温度为190～200℃，中间区域加热温度为180～190℃。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯的复合工艺，其特征在于：所述印花辊为渡洛表面花3D立体条纹辊，让TPE和毯面牢固贴合具有纹理。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯的复合工艺，其特征在于：所述金属接管处设有加热区。
