本申请公开了一种用于覆盖增强的资源配置方法及装置,用于解决现有的PRB与TBS对照表无法支持比MCS 0更低的码率的问题。包括:基站向终端设备发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息包含第一物理资源块个数,所述物理资源块用于承载所述基站和终端设备之间传输的数据;所述基站向所述终端设备发送第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息携带第一参数,所述第一参数用于所述终端设备基于所述第一参数和所述第一物理资源块个数确定第二物理资源块个数,所述第二物理资源块个数用于确定传输块大小TBS。
