Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of assembly of control boards of liquid crystal panels, in particular to an automatic plugging device.
Background
In the assembly process of the control board of the existing liquid crystal panel, a hard PCB board and a soft FPC board are required to be connected. The current assembly method is: after a cover plate (commonly called as a piano cover) on the PCB is manually lifted, the FPC flexible circuit is inserted into the cover plate, the cover plate is covered, and then the liquid crystal panel is conducted for testing, so as to see whether the assembly is successful. The drawbacks of this operation are: the series of actions are all manual operations, so that the automatic requirement of the production line cannot be met, and the efficiency is low.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present inventors have actively studied and innovated to create an automatic plugging device, which has a more industrial value.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic plugging device which can automatically connect an FPC board to a PCB board, save labor and improve efficiency.
To achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
An automatic plugging device comprising a workbench and a plugging mechanism, wherein:
The workbench is configured to fix a first circuit board and a second circuit board, and the first circuit board is provided with at least one cover plate capable of opening and closing;
The inserting mechanism is arranged at the side part of the workbench and comprises an inserting jig and a driving piece for driving the inserting jig to move, the inserting jig comprises a lifting cover assembly, an adsorption assembly, a clamping assembly and a gland assembly which are arranged on a fixing frame, and the lifting cover assembly is configured to be inserted between the cover plate and the first circuit board; the adsorbing assembly is configured to adsorb the second circuit board; the clamping assembly is configured to press the second circuit board against the cover lifting assembly; the capping assembly is configured to urge the cover plate to cap onto the first circuit board.
As a preferable scheme of the automatic plugging device, the fixing frame is further provided with a CCD, and the CCD can acquire a position image of the cover plate and a position image of the second circuit board clamped on the clamping assembly.
As a preferable mode of the automatic plugging device, the cover lifting assembly comprises a flat plate-shaped plate body, wherein an end portion of the plate body is provided with an inclined plane, and the height of the inclined plane is smaller than a clearance value between the cover plate and the first circuit board.
As a preferable mode of the automatic plugging device, the suction assembly includes a suction nozzle mounting plate, and a plurality of first suction nozzles mounted on the suction nozzle mounting plate.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the automatic plugging device of the present invention includes a table 100 and a plugging mechanism 200, wherein the table 100 is configured to fix a first circuit board 300 and a second circuit board 400, the first circuit board 300 is provided with at least one cover plate 310 capable of opening and closing; the plugging mechanism 200 is disposed at a side portion of the workbench 100, the plugging mechanism 200 includes a plugging jig 210 and a driving member 220 for driving the plugging jig 210 to move, the plugging jig 210 includes a cover lifting assembly 212 disposed on a fixing frame 211, an adsorption assembly 213, a clamping assembly 214, and a capping assembly 215, and the cover lifting assembly 212 is configured to be inserted between the cover 310 and the first circuit board 300; the adsorption assembly 213 is configured to adsorb the second circuit board 400; the clamping assembly 214 is configured to press the second circuit board 400 against the flip assembly 212; the capping assembly 215 is configured to push the cap plate 310 to cap onto the first circuit board 300. In the present invention, the first circuit board 300 is a PCB board, and the second circuit board 400 is an FPC board. The automatic plugging device of the invention utilizes the plugging jig 210 and the driving piece 220 to realize the actions of automatically lifting the cover plate 310 of the PCB, automatically taking the FPC and automatically clamping the FPC to be plugged with the PCB, replaces the existing manual operation with a mechanical structure, truly realizes the full-automatic production and improves the productivity of the production line.
Specifically, the driving member 220 is a six-axis manipulator, the plugging fixture 210 is mounted at an output end of the six-axis manipulator, and the fixing frame 211 is connected with the six-axis manipulator. In order to accurately plug the FPC board into the PCB board, the present invention further provides a CCD216 on the fixing frame 211, and the CCD216 can obtain a position image of the cover plate 310 and a position image of the second circuit board 400 clamped on the clamping assembly 214. The position image of the cover plate 310 and the position image of the second circuit board 400 clamped on the clamping assembly 214 are obtained through the CCD216, on one hand, the driving piece 220 can drive the cover lifting assembly 212 to accurately lift the cover plate 310 according to the position image of the cover plate 310; on the other hand, during plugging, the position image of the second circuit board 400 can be compared with the position image of the cover plate 310, and position compensation can be performed by various mechanism modes until the second circuit board 400 moves to the plugging position under the cover plate 310 accurately, so that plugging can be performed.
In order to enable the cover assembly 212 to open the cover 310, the cover assembly 212 of the present invention includes a flat plate 2121, wherein an end of the plate 2121 has a slope with a height smaller than a gap between the cover 310 and the first circuit board 300. In this way, the inclined surface can be in smooth contact with the cover plate 310, so that the cover plate 310 is prevented from being scratched, and the whole plate 2121 is facilitated to be inserted between the cover plate 310 and the first circuit board 300.
The suction unit 213 is provided on the side of the cover unit 212, and the suction unit 213 includes a nozzle mounting plate 2131 and a plurality of first nozzles 2132 mounted on the nozzle mounting plate 2131; the clamping assembly 214 is disposed above the cover lifting assembly 212, and the clamping assembly 214 includes a pressing plate 2141 opposite to the plate 2121, and a first driving member 2142 for driving the pressing plate 2141 to reciprocate relative to the plate 2121, wherein the first driving member 2142 may be an air cylinder, and the FPC board to be plugged can be clamped between the pressing plate 2141 and the plate 2121 under the action of the first driving member 2142; the capping assembly 215 is disposed on the other side of the cover lifting assembly 212, and the capping assembly 215 includes a push head 2151, a second driving member 2152 for driving the push head 2151 to abut against or away from the cover 310, and the second driving member 2152 may also be a cylinder. It can be seen that the cover lifting assembly 212, the adsorbing assembly 213, the clamping assembly 214 and the capping assembly 215 are compact in layout, and occupy small space and do not interfere with each other.
Since the cover plate 310 is pivotally connected to the PCB board, in order to enable the cover plate 310 to be supported by the capping assembly 215 at a proper angle, the present invention provides the adjustment assembly 217 for adjusting the installation angle of the second driving member 2152 in the fixing frame 211. The adjusting component 217 may be a mounting plate provided with an arc-shaped slot, and is movably connected with the second driving member 2152 to adjust the mounting angle of the second driving member 2152 within the angle range of the arc-shaped slot.
When the second circuit board 400 is plugged with the first circuit board 300, the second circuit board 400 needs to be fixed to cover the cover plate 310, so as to avoid movement of the second circuit board 400 in the covering process. As shown in fig. 3, the present invention is to attach the second circuit board 400 to the table 100 by providing the second suction nozzle at the table 100. Of course, the intermediate transfer area 110 for temporarily storing the second circuit board 400 may be further disposed on the workbench 100, so that the adsorption assembly 213 and the clamping assembly 214 can obtain the second circuit board 400 nearby, thereby meeting the working range of the six-axis manipulator; meanwhile, the second circuit board 400 may be positioned in the transit area 110.
The working principle of the automatic plugging device of the invention is as follows:
The driving piece 220 drives the first suction nozzle 2132 to adsorb the FPC board from the material waiting area to the transfer area 110, and the second suction nozzle fixes the FPC board; the cover lifting assembly 212 lifts the cover plate 310 on the PCB, the clamping assembly 214 clamps the FPC board from the transferring area 110, the CCD216 grabs the position image of the FPC board, and the driving piece 220 acts to enable the FPC board to move to the vicinity of the cover plate 310; the CCD216 grabs the position image of the cover plate 310, performs contrast matching according to the position image, performs position compensation by using the driving piece 220, and drives the FPC board to be inserted into the cover plate 310; after insertion, the gland assembly 215 pushes the cover plate 310 closed; the clamping assembly 214 is retracted.
