Detailed Description
As understood by those skilled in the art, as in the background art, when a car accident, a circuit damage or a gas passage failure occurs in a passenger car in the prior art, a common emergency valve cannot realize functions, and a door is opened from the outside of the car, which is not beneficial to rescue work.

According to the emergency handle for the vehicle door, after the emergency valve shell is opened, the handle is pulled upwards by the operation part, and the unlocking plate of the vehicle door is pulled by the pull rope connected with the handle, so that the guide pin slides in the guide groove in the process, and the handle is limited to move only in the vertical direction; after the door reaches the preset position, the handle is rotated to enable the guide pin to enter the limiting groove, the handle does not move in the vertical direction any more, the unlocking plate is stably kept in a triggered state, the door is in an unlocking state, and the door can be easily pushed away by hands. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the door emergency handle provided in some embodiments of the present invention includes an emergency valve housing 1, a mirror 2, an alarm switch 3, a handle 4, a guide pin 5, a pull glove 6, and a pull cord 7.
The emergency valve housing 1 comprises an emergency valve upper cover 11, an emergency valve lower cover 12, an emergency valve cover hinge 13 and a buckling structure 15, wherein the emergency valve lower cover 12 is arranged on an outer skin of a vehicle body through screws, one side of the emergency valve upper cover 11 is hinged with one side of the emergency valve lower cover 12 through the emergency valve cover hinge 13, and a torsion spring 14 is arranged on the emergency valve cover hinge 13; the other side of the emergency valve upper cover 11 is connected with the other side of the emergency valve lower cover 12 through a buckling structure 15.
In some embodiments, the emergency valve upper cover 11 and the emergency valve lower cover 12 are circular. The appearance universality is good, the appearance is basically consistent with that of a common pneumatic emergency valve, and the tail end modeling of the emergency unlocking device of various vehicle types can be ensured to be consistent maximally.
When the buckle structure 15 is in a closed state, namely the other side of the emergency valve upper cover 11 is in contact connection with the other side of the emergency valve lower cover 12, the emergency valve upper cover 11 and the emergency valve lower cover 12 form a relatively sealed accommodating bin for accommodating the handle 4; when the fastening structure 15 is in a separated state, that is, the other side of the emergency valve upper cover 11 is separated from the other side of the emergency valve lower cover 12, the handle 4 is exposed from the accommodating bin and can be operated by a user.

As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the catch structure 15 includes an upper catch 141, a tab 142, a spring 143, and a lower cover 144; the lower cover 144 is fixedly connected with the emergency valve lower cover 12, the sliding tongue 142 is fixedly connected with the lower cover 144 by the spring 143, and the upper buckle 141 is connected with the sliding tongue 142.
By operating the upper catch 141, the sliding tongue 142 is separated from the emergency valve upper cover 11, and the emergency valve upper cover 11 and the emergency valve lower cover 12 are unfolded and maintained at a specific angle under the action of the torsion spring 14, thereby facilitating rapid operation.
Of course, the above is only one specific embodiment of the present invention, and the specific structure of the emergency valve housing 1 of the present invention is not limited thereto, and other structures, such as a glass plate provided on the top end surface of the emergency valve housing 1, and the handle 4 in the accommodating chamber can be operated after breaking the glass plate.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the alarm switch 3 is mounted between the emergency valve upper cover 11 and the emergency valve lower cover 12: when the buckle structure 15 is in a closed state, the emergency valve upper cover 11 is pressed on the alarm switch 3, and the alarm switch 3 is in an open state; when the catch arrangement 15 is in the disengaged state, the alarm switch 3 is in the closed state. And outputting a contact signal to the central console, wherein the central console can control the alarm to give an alarm and also can give out safety matters for reminding passengers.
The perspective view mirror 2 is arranged on the emergency valve upper cover 11, so that the position and the form of the handle 4 in the accommodating bin can be clearly observed, and the quick operation is facilitated. In some embodiments, an operation indication mark is provided on the emergency valve upper cover 11 or the emergency valve lower cover 12, and can be observed through the perspective mirror 2. The visual surface between the emergency valve upper cover 11 and the emergency valve lower cover 12 is large, so that the content of the attached indication mark can be richer.

The handle sleeve 6 is fixedly connected with the emergency valve housing 1. In some embodiments, the guiding groove 611 is parallel to the axis of the handle sleeve 6, the limiting groove 612 is perpendicular to the guiding groove 611, a positioning point is arranged on the limiting groove 612, the positioning point is a semicircular concave area, and the volume of the concave area is slightly larger than that of the guiding pin 5.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the pull cord 7 has one end connected to the connection portion of the pull handle 4 and the other end for connection to an unlocking plate of the vehicle door. In some embodiments, the pull cord 7 is a steel wire that is both flexible and ductile.
From the above embodiments, it can be seen that the door emergency handle provided by the invention has the following advantages:
the mechanical wire drawing structure is adopted, the passenger door mechanism can be unlocked by pulling the handle to drive the unlocking plate at the other end of the pull rope 7, and then the vehicle door is opened by hand, so that the conditions that the vehicle door cannot be opened due to power failure and pipeline blockage are avoided; the adaptability is good, and the situation that the common emergency valve cannot be used due to the limitation of an air source or a power interface on a passenger car can be avoided; the appearance universality is good, the appearance is basically consistent with that of a common pneumatic emergency valve, and the tail end modeling of the emergency unlocking device of various vehicle types can be ensured to be consistent maximally.
Furthermore, as a mechanical unlocking device, the cover opening alarming function is reserved, and the handle is arranged in the accommodating bin, so that misoperation can be effectively prevented. The mechanical bus outer door emergency handle device is good in modeling universality, attractive, reliable and high in safety.

and one end of the pull rope is connected with the connecting part of the handle, and the other end of the pull rope is used for being connected with the unlocking plate of the vehicle door.
