The ground rods 1-4 can be inserted into the ground, thereby stabilizing the rectangular frame 1-1. The inserting holes 4-3 in the pre-inserting rods 4-2 can be inserted with iron sticks, the iron sticks are nailed into the ground, the reinforcing rods 4-1 and the pre-inserting rods 4-2 are further fixed, and the two retaining frames 2 are further supported by the two reinforcing rods 4-1, so that the two retaining frames 2 are more stable.
