Abstract
本发明提供一种染织废水处理工艺,所述废水处理工艺包括:步骤一:废水在第一沉淀池内静置降温,加入活性炭颗粒进行吸附,通过过滤网进行过滤;步骤二:废水进入调节池,调节池内加入混凝剂,通过过滤网过滤;步骤三:向废水内加入漂白剂进行漂白;步骤四:废水进入厌氧池,厌氧池内加入厌氧菌对有机分子降解持续5h;步骤五:废水进入好氧池,好氧池内加入硝化菌,通入氧气,对有机物进行转化持续5h;步骤六:废水进入第二沉淀池,加入混凝剂,通过过滤网和渗透膜进行过滤形成清水;步骤七:对清水进行水质检测。通过吸附过滤、混凝过滤、漂白、厌氧分解、好氧分解、混凝过滤,对污水内的有机污染物降解排出,有效的提高了污水净化效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线染织技术领域,尤其涉及一种染织废水处理工艺。
背景技术
目前在纱线进行染色过程中,会产生有色污水,而有色污水中由于产生含有化学物质,因此无法直接排放,需要对有色污水进行处理,目前对有色污水处理,仅仅只是通过简单的漂白和过滤,以便于达到排放标准,但污水内还剩有大量的有机污染物没有处理,因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种染织废水处理工艺,通过吸附过滤、一次混凝过滤、漂白、厌氧分解、好氧分解、二次混凝过滤,有效的对污水内的有机污染物进行降解排出,解决了染织污水内有机污染物处理的问题。
本发明提供一种染织废水处理工艺,所述废水处理工艺包括:
步骤一:废水进入第一沉淀池内静置降温,向第一沉淀池中加入活性炭颗粒进行吸附,再通过过滤网进行过滤;
步骤二:废水进入调节池内,向调节池内加入混凝剂,在通过过滤网进行过滤;
步骤三:向废水内加入漂白剂进行漂白;
步骤四:废水进入厌氧池,厌氧池内加入厌氧菌进行有机分子降解持续5h;
步骤五:废水进入好氧池,好氧池内加入硝化菌,并通入氧气,对有机物进行转化持续5h;
步骤六:废水在进入第二沉淀池内,再加入混凝剂,通过过滤网和渗透膜进行过滤形成清水;
步骤七:对清水进行水质检测。
进一步改进在于:厌氧池和好氧池ph调节在7-8。
进一步改进在于:混凝剂采用聚合氯化铁,聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺、硫酸亚铁中的一种。
本发明的有益效果:通过活性炭颗粒进行吸附,使废水中的污染物质被吸附在活性炭表面被过滤除去;在通过加入混凝剂与废水中的有机分子进行混凝反应产生沉淀进行过滤除去;向废水内加入漂白剂将有色废水进行漂白;废水在厌氧池内因为微生物的代谢作用将难降解的大分子有机物降解成小分子有机物;废水在进入好氧池内通过微生物的代谢作用将部分有机物转化成水和二氧化碳进行排出,最后在对净化后的污水进行检测,有效的提高了污水净化的效果,减少了污染的产生。

本实施例提供一种染织废水处理工艺,所述废水处理工艺包括:
步骤一:废水进入第一沉淀池内静置降温,向第一沉淀池中加入活性炭颗粒进行吸附,再通过过滤网进行过滤;
步骤二:废水进入调节池内,向调节池内加入混凝剂,在通过过滤网进行过滤;
步骤三:向废水内加入漂白剂进行漂白;
步骤四:废水进入厌氧池,厌氧池内加入厌氧菌进行有机分子降解持续5h;
步骤五:废水进入好氧池,好氧池内加入硝化菌,并通入氧气,对有机物进行转化持续5h;
步骤六:废水在进入第二沉淀池内,再加入混凝剂,通过过滤网和渗透膜进行过滤形成清水;
步骤七:对清水进行水质检测。
厌氧池和好氧池ph调节在7-8。混凝剂采用聚合氯化铁,聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺、硫酸亚铁中的一种。

1.一种染织废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述废水处理工艺包括:
步骤一:废水进入第一沉淀池内静置降温,向第一沉淀池中加入活性炭颗粒进行吸附,再通过过滤网进行过滤;
步骤二:废水进入调节池内,向调节池内加入混凝剂,在通过过滤网进行过滤;
步骤三:向废水内加入漂白剂进行漂白;
步骤四:废水进入厌氧池,厌氧池内加入厌氧菌进行有机分子降解持续5h;
步骤五:废水进入好氧池,好氧池内加入硝化菌,并通入氧气,对有机物进行转化持续5h;
步骤六:废水在进入第二沉淀池内,再加入混凝剂,通过过滤网和渗透膜进行过滤形成清水;
步骤七:对清水进行水质检测。
