Abstract
The invention provides a novel elasticized paper tube with small paper tube caliber, good strength and raw material saving and a manufacturing method thereof. The paper tube comprises a cylindrical paper tube body, wherein the inner diameter of a straight opening of the paper tube body is 60-61 mm, the outer diameter of the straight opening of the paper tube body is 65-68 mm, the edge of an upper straight opening of the paper tube body is curled inwards to form a rolling head, a wire groove is formed in the surface of the paper roll body at a position close to a lower straight opening, and the length of the paper tube body is 289-291 mm; it is made up by cutting raw paper, feeding film tube, pre-baking winding tube, fine cutting, detecting and boxing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of other paper products, and in particular relates to a novel elasticized paper tube for terylene in a chemical fiber plant and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The low stretch polyester yarn (Draw texturing yarn, DTY for short) is a textured yarn type of polyester and chemical fiber, and is produced by taking polyester chips (PET) as raw materials, adopting high-speed spinning polyester pre-oriented yarn (POY), and then carrying out drafting false twisting. The DTY stretch textured yarn is a finished yarn which is stretched continuously or simultaneously on a texturing machine and is textured by a twisting device. The elasticized paper tube is used for the DTY as a winding core on an elasticizing machine, and the quality of the elasticized paper tube can directly influence the quality of the DTY.
The existing elasticized paper tube mainly has the following problems:
1. the caliber of the existing elasticized paper tube is large, and the tension of the terylene winding is sufficient, so that the final clustered silk yarn is not well molded; meanwhile, the large caliber of the paper tube also can lead to the weakening of the strength of the paper tube, and the paper tube is easy to be extruded and deformed; in addition, a large amount of space is occupied during transportation, and the transportation cost is increased.
2. The existing elasticized paper tube is rough in production, is a traditional product for many years, and cannot meet the increasingly sophisticated DTY elasticizing technology;
3. the existing production process parameters of the elasticized paper tube lead to larger consumption of raw materials for producing the paper tube, and serious pollution of waste materials in the later stage, which is not beneficial to environmental protection.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a novel elasticized paper tube with small caliber, good strength and raw material saving and a manufacturing method thereof.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a novel elasticized paper tube, which comprises a cylindrical paper tube body, wherein the inner diameter of a straight opening of the paper tube body is 60-61 mm, the outer diameter of the straight opening of the paper tube body is 65-68 mm, the edge of an upper straight opening of the paper tube body is curled inwards to form a rolling head, a wire groove is formed in the surface of the paper roll body at a position close to a lower straight opening, the length of the paper tube body is 289-291 mm, the gram weight of the paper tube body is 150-190 g, and the compression resistance of the paper tube body is 1200-2500N.
As optimization, the inner diameter of the straight opening of the paper tube body is 60.2mm-60.5mm, the outer diameter of the straight opening of the paper tube body is 67mm-68mm, and the length of the paper tube body is 290mm plus or minus 0.5mm.
As optimization, the edge rolling length of the paper tube cup body is 16mm, and the minimum inner diameter of the rolling head of the paper tube body is 49.5mm-50mm.
As optimization, the total length of the fiber groove of the paper tube body is 160mm, the fiber groove is divided into a guide fiber port and a tail fiber port, the length of the guide fiber port is 60mm, the width of the guide fiber port is greater than 3mm, the length of the tail fiber port is 100mm, and the width of the tail fiber port is 0.8mm.
As optimization, the distance between the wire groove of the paper tube body and the upper straight opening is 279mm-282mm.
As optimization, the lower straight edge of the paper tube body is edging.
The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the novel elasticized paper tube, which comprises the following steps:
1) Cutting the base paper into strips with the width of 104mm-108 mm;
2) Lifting the strip-shaped base paper to a paper frame, then receiving the base paper, and after one roll of paper is used up, receiving the other roll of paper and carrying out film feeding;
3) Pre-drying a long paper tube formed by a coiled tube at 40-45 ℃, performing finish cutting after pre-drying for 30-35 minutes to obtain a short paper tube, feeding the upper straight edge of the short paper tube into an elbow machine for hemming, enabling the hemming length to be 16mm, edging the lower straight edge, and then forming a silk groove;
4) Sending the short paper tube which is curled and edged and has the silk groove opened into a main drying room to be dried for 50-60 minutes at 95-105 ℃ until the water content of the paper is 7-9%;
5) And (5) carrying out compression resistance and size test inspection on the paper tubes conveyed out of the main drying room, and boxing after the paper tubes are qualified.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the inner diameter of the elasticized paper tube is reduced from 69mm to 60mm, the paper consumption can be reduced by more than 10%, the raw materials are saved, and the environment is protected.
2. The inner diameter of the invention is reduced, the strength of the elasticized paper tube is obviously increased, the elasticized paper tube is not easy to squeeze and deform, and the compressive strength can be increased by 600N-900N compared with the prior art.
3. The elasticized paper tube of the invention can reduce the recovery amount of waste paper and reduce the pollution to the environment when the paper is recovered in the later stage because the paper consumption is reduced.
4. The elasticized paper tube of the invention reduces the space in transportation due to the reduction of the inner diameter, and the foreign trade cabinet can be packaged into 735 boxes by using the original paper tube, and the number can be increased by 30 percent, thereby correspondingly saving the transportation cost.
5. From the user, the strength of the elasticized paper tube is increased, the forming quality of polyester yarns can be ensured, 11 paper tubes for per ton of polyester yarns are reduced, 2 paper boxes are reduced, the packaging cost of packaging belts, nylon bags and labels is obviously reduced, and the packaging cost of per ton of polyester yarns is saved by about 40 yuan to 50 yuan; meanwhile, waste silk is reduced in silk falling operation, and boxing space and transportation cost are also reduced in transportation, so that production cost is reduced.
6. The production process parameters of the elasticized paper tube reduce the consumption of raw materials for producing the paper tube, reduce the pollution of waste materials in the later period, save energy sources, reduce waste and facilitate environmental protection; meanwhile, the quality of the paper tube is improved, a novel paper tube is provided for customers, and the packaging cost and waste silk of the customers are reduced.

The embodiment is a elasticized paper tube, the paper tube comprises a cylindrical paper tube body, the straight mouth inner diameter D1 of the paper tube body is 60mm-61mm, the embodiment is preferably 60.3+/-0.2 mm, the straight mouth outer diameter D2 is 65mm-68mm, and the embodiment is preferably 67+/-0.2 mm.
The upper straight edge of the paper tube body is curled inwards to form a curled end, the curled edge length is 16mm, the minimum inner diameter D3 of the curled end is 49.5mm-50mm, and the embodiment is preferably 49.5+/-0.2 mm.
The surface of the paper roll body is provided with a fiber groove at a position close to the lower straight opening, the fiber groove is transversely arranged on the surface of the paper roll body and is used for butt joint of tail fibers, namely, the tail fibers are clamped into the fiber groove, and then the paper roll is started to rotate. The total length of the fiber groove is 160mm, the fiber groove is an ACB section in fig. 5, the fiber groove is divided into a fiber guiding port and a fiber guiding port, the fiber guiding port is an AC section in fig. 5, the fiber guiding port is a CB section in fig. 5, the length of the fiber guiding port is 60mm, the width of the fiber guiding port is larger than 3mm, the embodiment is preferably 4mm, the fiber guiding port is used for elasticizing and hanging fibers, the length of the fiber guiding port is 100mm, and the width of the fiber guiding port is 0.8mm. The distance L1 between the silk groove and the upper straight opening is 279mm plus or minus 0.5mm.
The length L2 of the paper tube body is 289mm-291mm, and the preferred length of the paper tube body is 290mm plus or minus 0.5mm in the embodiment.
The gram weight of the paper tube body is 150-190 g, the compression resistance of the paper tube body is 1200-2500N, and the gram weight and the compression resistance can be adjusted by adjusting the gram weight and the paper grade of paper for manufacturing the paper tube body. In this example, the paper tube body is 180 g, and the normal compression resistance is 1350N, and the paper tube compression resistance is equal to the hardness.
Example 2
The embodiment is a manufacturing method of the elasticized paper tube of embodiment 1, which comprises the following specific steps:
1) Cutting the base paper into strips with the width of 104mm-108 mm;

4) After edging the curled edge, sending the short paper tube with the cut-in silk groove into a main drying room, drying for 60 minutes at 95 ℃, and drying until the water content of the paper is 7-9%, wherein the length of the paper tube reaches 290mm plus or minus 0.5;
5) And (5) carrying out compression resistance and size test inspection on the paper tubes conveyed out of the main drying room, and boxing after the paper tubes are qualified.
