In recent years, polyester plus stretch yarn DTY adopts a POY tail-passing and non-doffing operation mode in order to reduce labor cost, so that the POY tail-passing and yarn breakage not only influences the DTY production efficiency and improves the labor capacity of workers, but also directly influences the DTY full-rolling rate, and the DTY has higher and higher requirements on the tail-passing rate. There are many factors that affect the over-tail rate, such as the quality of POY products, the quality of paper tubes, equipment factors, etc. Under the premise of ensuring the normality of external factors such as equipment, paper tubes and the like, the POY tows have better cohesion and are beneficial to improving the DTY tail passing rate. The conventional method is to improve the oil content of the POY tows to improve the cohesion of the tows, but the maintenance period of the DTY hot box is shortened when the oil content of the POY tows is too high, and the upper limit of the oil content of the POY tows is limited. In the prior art, pre-oriented polyester POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn) has no requirement on existence of network points, and the function of a network device is generally to improve the homogenization of an oiling agent so that the POY has no network points.
