Specifically, a piston can be connected in the branch oil pipe 3 in a sliding and sealing manner, and then the sealing strip 4 is connected with the piston to realize the sliding connection of the sealing strip 4 and the branch oil pipe 3. The sealing strip 4 is provided with a through hole which can be communicated with the oil outlet channel 12, and the sealing strip 4 is driven to move to enable the through hole to be staggered with the oil outlet channel 12, so that the oil outlet channel 12 is sealed.
