Description

Taxus chinensis collateral dredging cream for dredging channels and relieving pain and soreness and distension and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of Chinese yew processing, and particularly relates to Chinese yew collateral dredging cream for dredging channels and relieving pain and soreness and distension and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Taxus chinensis is an evergreen coniferous tree or shrub, is an ancient tree species left over by the fourth glacier, and has a history of 250 ten thousand years on the earth.
Taxus chinensis has great medicinal value, which is not separated from special chemical components contained in the taxus chinensis, and mainly contains taxane diterpenoid compounds, alkaloids, phytosterol, flavone, lignin and other beneficial mineral elements. In the pharmacopoeia of modern Chinese medicine dictionary, the Chinese medicinal plant essences and the like, extracts in the bark of yew have the effects of dredging the channels and collaterals, diminishing inflammation, relieving pain and the like. According to the principle, the taxus chinensis vein relaxing cream is researched to have obvious effect under the condition that natural plants such as taxus chinensis leaf bark, vegetable glycerin, menthol and the like are selected and matched, and particularly has obvious effect on rheumatalgia, arthritis, cervical spondylosis, lumbar myalgia, pain caused by hyperosteogeny, migraine, toothache, sore throat and the like by matching with a manipulation.
Because the yew grows slowly under natural conditions and cannot meet the increasing market demand, natural resources are seriously damaged and are in short supply under the drive of huge economic benefits, and the market demand of the yew is met by artificially planting the yew at present.

Example two
As shown in fig. 1, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the taxus chinensis collaterals-dredging cream for dredging channels and collaterals and relieving pain and soreness, wherein the taxus chinensis collaterals-dredging cream is prepared by using any one of the raw materials in parts by weight, and comprises the following steps:
step 1: primarily pulverizing solid raw materials including Japanese Yew bole leaf bark, Olibanum, Myrrha, fructus Vitics Simplicifoliae, herba Scutellariae Barbatae, radix et rhizoma Rhei, fructus forsythiae, herba Taraxaci, Atractylodis rhizoma, Scutellariae radix and Aloe, sieving with at least 20 mesh sieve to obtain fine powder, and micronizing the fine powder to obtain solid raw material powder;
step 2: mixing and hot melting the menthol, the penetrating agent and the thermal inductance agent by using a measuring cup with a stirrer, stirring for 15-25 minutes, pouring the solid raw material powder and the vegetable glycerin after the mixture is uniform, and then strongly stirring all oil products for 15-25 minutes to fully and uniformly mix all the components and cool;
and step 3: according to the weight ratio of the raw materials, the emulsifier is sequentially mixed with water from 500 g and stirred by a stirrer until the emulsification is complete, then all the cooled oil products are added into a condensation emulsifying pot according to the proportion, and the preservative and the anti-allergic agent are added, so that the cream is formed.
Wherein, after the solid raw material is primarily crushed in the step 1, the solid raw material passes through a 50-100-mesh sieve, and the finer the primary crushing is, the shorter the crushing time of the superfine crushing is. And after the solid raw material is subjected to superfine grinding, the solid raw material passes through a 100-10000-mesh sieve. The superfine grinding time is 5-30 min, and the longer the grinding time is, the smaller the obtained particle size is, the more beneficial the effective component is dissolved out.
Further, in the step 1, the taxus chinensis leaves are cleaned and then naturally dried or dried at low temperature. Preferably, the yew leaf bark in the step 1 is selected from yew leaf bark within 2 months after picking, and dried by adopting a low-temperature drying method with the temperature lower than 60 ℃ before primary crushing. Because the paclitaxel and the derivative thereof are sensitive to high temperature, the content of the paclitaxel can be ensured not to be lost by adopting a low-temperature drying method for drying; in addition, because the content of taxol and derivatives thereof in the collected yew leaves is explained along with the prolonging of the storage time, the adopted yew leaves should be timely treated and stored for not more than 2 months. Preferably, the temperature of the low-temperature drying method is-4 to 40 ℃. During the comminution, it has been found that lower temperatures are more favorable for the active substance but require more energy for the comminution apparatus. Therefore, the grinding temperature is preferably in the range of-4 to 40 ℃ in consideration of the requirements on equipment. In addition, the cleaning method of the taxus chinensis leaf bark comprises the steps of firstly washing off dust and mud on the taxus chinensis leaf bark by using clear water, then circularly leaching by using a weak acid detergent, then leaching by using clear water, and finally spraying by using deionized water.
Further, after the step 1, a mixed solution of the pomelo grain extract, the orange peel extract and the broccoli extract is used as an extraction solvent to extract the solid raw material powder.
Further, in the step 2, the hazelnut juice and the decyl glucose are mixed into the solid raw material powder and are uniformly stirred.
The preparation method of the taxus chinensis collateral-dredging cream for dredging channels and relieving pain and swelling adopts pure natural plants as raw materials, and is simple and feasible, low in cost, green and environment-friendly, good in repeatability and strong in practicability.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
