Abstract

Description
本发明涉及在水净化器中混合空气和水的装置,该装置包括一条连接于水源且伸入水净化罐的进水管和一条在进水管内共轴延伸的进气管,进气管的一端设在罐外,另一端设在进水管内,在进气管的端部和进水管内壁之间形成一环形间隙,进水管具有一个从环形间隙延伸至进水管在罐内的口部。
饮用水曝气是减少水中杂质的一种现有技术的方法。这种水净化器公开在瑞典专利第8900169-7号及瑞典专利申请第9303412-2号、第9402780-2号和第9403643-1号中。在所有上述文件中的结构中,使用了喷射器原理,将空气混入从饮用水源泵入一个罐中的饮用水中。空气量,实际上是混入水中的空气中的氧气量影响净化过程。与水混合的氧气越多净化越好。
一种在水中增加含氧量的技术是使来自喷射器的水-空气混合物低于罐中水面地在罐中流出,这种技术公开在SE-9403643-1中。搅拌作用是在罐内完成的,这有利于氧气与水的混合。在试验中已经发现,使流出发生在水面之下也可实现增加空气通过进气管的进气量。
尽管增加进气量和使用上述搅拌作用,由于流量增加时空气和水的混合变劣,水的净化仍将变劣。
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种混合装置,它可提供比现有技术的结构更多的空气,同时保证水和空气的满意混合。
为实现上述目的,提供一种在水净化器中混合空气和水的装置,所述装置包括一条连接于水源且伸入水净化罐中的进水管,以及一条在进水管内共轴延伸的进气管,该进气管的一端设置在罐外,而另一端设置在进水管内,在进气管的口部和进水管的内壁之间形成一个环形间隙,所述进水管具有一个从该环形间隙延伸至罐内水管口部的混合部分,其特征在于:设置在进水管内侧上的至少一个环安装在混合部分中,所述环由水穿过间隙时形成的环形水流击打,从而迫使水与空气混合。
现在对照附图借助实施例详述本发明,该附图示意地表示设置在水净化罐中的本发明的装置。
附图表示装在水净化罐2中的按照本发明的混合装置1。应指出的是,所有对于理解本发明并非必要的水净化器中的零件未在附图中画出。例如,这样的零件可以是泵、液面指示器、气管排放装置等。混合装置具有穿过罐顶的进水管3。位于罐外的水管端部4连接于来自井泵的管道。设在罐内的水管端部5布置在罐下部中的一个高度上,所述高度总是低于罐中的水面。因此,当空气-水混合物在罐内流出时,水将被连续地被搅拌。进气管6共轴地装在进水管的上部中,并具有一个位于罐外的端部。进气管的另一端以一圆锥形扩张的口部7终止。在进水管3的内表面和扩张的口部7之间形成一环形间隙8。在环形间隙之后,进入管加宽并形成一个第一混合部分9,在该部分中通过焊接装置设有三个环10-12。当水经过环形间隙8时,空气通过管6吸入,在管6的圆锥形扩张的口部7的区域内发生一定程度的混合。空气的速度越高,在扩张部的区域内的混合程度越小。从间隙8向下流动的环形水流击打第一环,空气和水在该环附近混合。这种混合也发生在第一环下游的另外两个环11和12附近,第一混合部分通入直径增大的第二混合部分13。第二混合部分13在管3的端部5处以一圆盘14终止。该圆盘在其圆周有三根杆15-17,该圆盘借助它们安装,从而与管的端部隔开一个距离。含有大量小气泡的水-空气混合物在杆间流出,并在罐2中对水完成连续的搅拌。
在现有技术的结构中,从水中释放的气体如氡气借助风扇从罐中吸出。使用本发明的结构则无需风扇。在净化过程中罐内的压力很高,使气体无需风扇就可以经由罐上部中的一个出口(未画出)排出。
已经发现,在第一和第二混合部分之间的管的尺寸增大将有助于吸气,因此,可以获得与水混合的较大量的空气。
在上述推荐实施例中,已经采用了下述措施和尺寸。混合装置1的最上部分大约150mm长,进气管的外径为21mm。第一混合部分9为350mm,外径为42mm。三个环10-12的直径为5mm,分别设置在离开混合部分9的开始处60mm、160mm和280mm的位置上。第二混合部分13为500mm长,外径为60mm。圆盘14安装在管的端部5之外50mm处。
Claims (4)
1.在水净化器中混合空气和水的装置,所述装置包括一条连接于水源且伸入水净化罐(2)中的进水管(3),以及一条在进水管内共轴延伸的进气管(6),该进气管的一端设置在罐外,而另一端设置在进水管内,在进气管的口部(7)和进水管的内壁之间形成一个环形间隙(8),所述进水管具有一个从该环形间隙延伸至罐内水管口部的混合部分(9,13),其特征在于:设置在进水管内侧上的至少一个环(10-12)安装在混合部分(9,13)中,所述环(10-12)由水穿过间隙(8)时形成的环形水流击打,从而迫使水与空气混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:三个环(10-12)在垂向上等距相互隔开。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于:混合部分划分成容纳环(10)或环(10-12)的第一部分(9)和直径大于第一部分的第二部分(13)。
4.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于:一圆盘(14)借助该圆盘圆周上的杆安装在进水管的罐内端部(5)正前方。
