本发明提供一种全景画面调整方法，用于对平面显示装置上的柱面全景画面进行画面调整操作，其包括接收画面调整指令；根据画面调整指令，获取柱面全景画面的当前显示区域；根据柱面全景画面的当前显示区域以及预设显示区域，确定柱面全景画面的画面调整参数；基于画面调整参数，将柱面全景画面调整至预设显示区域。
