However, in the current research, the fuel temperature has a great influence on the spray combustion process, such as the ignition delay period, the flame floating length, the soot content and the like, and when numerical simulation and calculation analysis are performed later, the fuel temperature is an important influence factor for input, the input is uncontrollable, and the output result has a high error. Therefore, the fuel temperature is controllable, and the optical experiment result in the combustion bomb is more reliable, so that the effective control of the fuel temperature of the fuel injector is very important for researching the spray combustion process of the engine.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the temperature of an oil sprayer body and the temperature of fuel oil are uncontrollable in the spray combustion experiment process based on a combustion bomb, the invention provides a set of cooling system which can adjust different temperatures of cooling liquid according to different target experiment working conditions, thereby realizing the accurate control of the temperature of the fuel oil in the oil sprayer.

The hollow inverted cone-shaped revolving body structure of the oil sprayer cap 5 increases the contact area of the cooling liquid and the oil sprayer cap 5, and meanwhile, the circular through holes in the oil sprayer cap 5 also increase the contact area of the cooling liquid, so that the heat at the tip of the oil sprayer is taken away quickly through the oil sprayer cap 5, and the cooling efficiency of the oil sprayer is improved.
The oil sprayer cooling water jacket 1 is of a structure that a cooling liquid flow channel 2 is formed in an entity, a hollow cooling liquid cavity 3 is reserved in the center of the entity, and a round through hole is formed in the lower portion of the entity. On one hand, the cooling liquid flow channel 2 is beneficial to the circulating flow of cooling liquid conveyed by a cooling liquid inlet pipeline 9 in the oil sprayer cooling water jacket 1, and on the other hand, a cooling liquid cavity 3 formed by an oil sprayer cap 5, a support ring 6 and an oil sprayer assembling cover 7 can enable the cooling liquid to be full of a large enough space and fully contact with the oil sprayer, so that the oil sprayer is well cooled; and a sealing groove 4 is respectively arranged at the contact part of the oil atomizer cooling water jacket 1 and the oil atomizer cap 5, the contact part of the oil atomizer cap 5 and the nozzle, and the contact part of the oil atomizer assembling cover 7 and the oil atomizer so as to install a rubber sealing ring for sealing and prevent the cooling liquid from leaking. In addition, the lower part of the fuel injector is provided with a round through hole, so that the fuel injector can conveniently pass through the round through hole, normal fuel injection is not influenced, and the subsequent combustion condition can be conveniently observed. The fuel injector cooling water jacket 1 is arranged on the outer side of the fuel injector and is fixed on a combustion bomb experimental device, and the fuel injector is fixed in the middle of the fuel injector cooling water jacket 1 through a mechanical clamp; the two sides above the oil sprayer cooling water jacket 1 are respectively connected with a cooling liquid inlet pipeline 9 and a cooling liquid outlet pipeline 10, a cooling liquid flow channel 2 is formed in the cooling water jacket, cooling liquid enters the cooling liquid flow channel 2 through the cooling liquid inlet pipeline 9, and then enters a cooling liquid cavity 3 formed by an oil sprayer cap 5, a support ring 6 and an oil sprayer assembling cover 7 through six holes formed in the oil sprayer cap 5 to fully contact with an oil sprayer, so that a good cooling effect on the oil sprayer is realized; the fuel injector cap 5 is made of aluminum, so that heat can be better transferred between the nozzle and the cooling liquid, and the cooling effect is enhanced; the contact part of the oil atomizer cooling water jacket 1 and the oil atomizer cap 5, the contact part of the oil atomizer cap 5 and the nozzle, and the contact part of the oil atomizer assembly cover 7 and the oil atomizer are respectively provided with a sealing groove 4 for installing a rubber sealing ring for sealing so as to prevent cooling liquid from leaking; the lower part of the oil sprayer cooling water jacket 1 is provided with a round through hole so as to facilitate the oil sprayer to pass through, not influence normal oil spraying and facilitate the follow-up observation of the combustion condition.
The working principle is as follows: the spray combustion experiment is carried out by using the combustion bomb, different target working conditions exist, the influence of different working conditions on the fuel temperature is different, different fuel temperatures also have different influences on the spray combustion experiment, and therefore the fuel temperature is ensured to be consistent under all experimental working conditions. Before the spray combustion experiment is carried out, firstly, the fuel injector is calibrated under the target experiment working condition. Namely, a blank fuel injector without spray orifices is used for a calibration experiment, a thermocouple is installed in the fuel injector, fuel is put in the fuel injector, different temperatures of cooling liquid are adjusted through a cooling liquid box 8 under the working condition of a target experiment, when the temperature measured by the thermocouple reaches the target fuel temperature, and the difference between the temperatures of inlet and outlet cooling liquids measured and displayed by temperature sensors 12 on a cooling liquid inlet pipeline 9 and a cooling liquid outlet pipeline 10 is less than 2 ℃, the fuel temperature is considered to reach a stable state, the fuel temperature at the moment is also the average value of the temperature difference, and the temperature of the cooling liquid at the moment is recorded. And then changing different experimental working conditions, and carrying out the calibration experiment again to obtain the corresponding relation between the temperature of the cooling liquid and the experimental working conditions when the temperatures of the fuel oil are consistent. Then the blank fuel injector is replaced by a real fuel injector connected with a high-pressure common rail, and then the temperature of the cooling liquid corresponding to different target experiment working conditions can be adjusted through the cooling liquid box 8, so that the spray combustion experiment is carried out.
