本发明公开了中置铝合金遮阳一体化双层窗，包括框架，框架的内部设置有窗架，窗架的内侧壁固定有对称设置的玻璃，窗架的一侧侧壁固定有卷帘，窗架的两侧侧壁均固定有转轴，转轴的另一端均与框架内侧壁转动连接，框架的顶端和底端内壁开设有第一凹槽，第一凹槽的两侧侧壁均开设有对称设置的固定槽，窗架的顶端和底端侧壁均固定有固定板，固定板的两侧侧壁均开设有对称设置的第二凹槽，第二凹槽之间开设有第一通孔，第二凹槽的内部设置有固定机构，固定机构包括滑动连接在第二凹槽两侧侧壁之间的滑板。本发明能够起到较好的隔音隔热效果，同时能够对双层窗进行旋转，便于对外层玻璃进行清洗，提高了便捷性。

技术领域
本发明涉及窗户技术领域，尤其涉及中置铝合金遮阳一体化双层窗。
背景技术
窗户，在建筑学上是指墙或屋顶上建造的洞口，用以使光线或空气进入室内。事实上窗和户的本意分别指窗和门，在现代汉语中窗户则单指窗。“窗”本作“囱”（“囱”为俗字），即在墙上留个洞，框内的是窗棂，可以透光，也可以出烟，后加“穴”字头构成形声字。《说文》说：“在墙曰牅，在屋曰囱。窗，或从穴。”窗框负责支撑窗体的主结构，可以是木材、金属、陶瓷或塑料材料，透明部分依附在窗框上，可以是纸、布、丝绸或玻璃材料。
现有的窗户为了达到较好的隔音隔热效果，往往都设置双层窗，传统的双层窗进行使用过程中，外层窗的玻璃清洗十分不方便，同时，双层窗的密封性能较为一般，降低了实用性，为此，我们提出了中置铝合金遮阳一体化双层窗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的中置铝合金遮阳一体化双层窗。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
中置铝合金遮阳一体化双层窗，包括框架，所述框架的内部设置有窗架，窗架的内侧壁固定有对称设置的玻璃，所述窗架的一侧侧壁固定有卷帘，所述窗架的两侧侧壁均固定有转轴，转轴的另一端均与框架内侧壁转动连接，所述框架的顶端和底端内壁开设有第一凹槽，第一凹槽的两侧侧壁均开设有对称设置的固定槽，所述窗架的顶端和底端侧壁均固定有固定板，固定板的两侧侧壁均开设有对称设置的第二凹槽，第二凹槽之间开设有第一通孔，所述第二凹槽的内部设置有固定机构，固定机构包括滑动连接在第二凹槽两侧侧壁之间的滑板，滑板的一侧侧壁安装有与第二凹槽侧壁连接的复位弹簧，所述滑板远离复位弹簧的一侧侧壁固定有垂直设置的固定块，且固定块与固定槽之间卡接设置。
优选的，所述滑板远离固定块的一侧侧壁连接有调节线，所述第一通孔的一侧侧壁开设有第二通孔，且调节线远离滑板的一端穿过第二通孔固定有拉块。
优选的，所述框架的内侧壁开设有第三凹槽，第三凹槽的两侧侧壁之间滑动连接有移动板，移动板的一侧侧壁固定有密封垫，且移动板与密封垫之间平行设置。
优选的，所述框架的一侧侧壁沿其长度方向连接有插销，所述移动板的一侧侧壁沿其长度方向开设有多个插孔，且插销与插孔之间卡接设置。
优选的，所述窗架的两侧侧壁均开设有密封槽，且密封槽与密封垫之间卡接设置。
优选的，所述转轴远离窗架的一端均转动连接在第三凹槽的侧壁，且转轴与窗架之间垂直设置。
优选的，所述固定块的一侧侧壁为弧形面，且固定块与滑板之间垂直设置。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明通过设置的双层玻璃、转轴、固定板、固定机构、第一凹槽以及固定槽之间的配合，能够起到较好的隔音隔热效果，同时能够对双层窗进行旋转，便于对外层玻璃进行清洗，提高了便捷性；
本发明通过设置的插销、移动板、密封垫、密封槽、卷帘之间的配合，能够进行遮阳处理，同时能够提高双层窗的密封效果。

参照图1-5，中置铝合金遮阳一体化双层窗，包括框架1，框架1的内部设置有窗架2，窗架2的内侧壁固定有对称设置的玻璃3，窗架2的一侧侧壁固定有卷帘20，窗架2的两侧侧壁均固定有转轴4，转轴4的另一端均与框架1内侧壁转动连接，框架1的顶端和底端内壁开设有第一凹槽5，第一凹槽5的两侧侧壁均开设有对称设置的固定槽6，窗架2的顶端和底端侧壁均固定有固定板7，固定板7的两侧侧壁均开设有对称设置的第二凹槽8，第二凹槽8之间开设有第一通孔12，第二凹槽8的内部设置有固定机构，固定机构包括滑动连接在第二凹槽8两侧侧壁之间的滑板9，滑板9的一侧侧壁安装有与第二凹槽8侧壁连接的复位弹簧11，滑板9远离复位弹簧11的一侧侧壁固定有垂直设置的固定块10，且固定块10与固定槽6之间卡接设置。
滑板9远离固定块10的一侧侧壁连接有调节线13，第一通孔12的一侧侧壁开设有第二通孔，且调节线13远离滑板9的一端穿过第二通孔固定有拉块14，框架1的内侧壁开设有第三凹槽15，第三凹槽15的两侧侧壁之间滑动连接有移动板16，移动板16的一侧侧壁固定有密封垫17，且移动板16与密封垫17之间平行设置，框架1的一侧侧壁沿其长度方向连接有插销18，移动板16的一侧侧壁沿其长度方向开设有多个插孔，且插销18与插孔之间卡接设置，窗架2的两侧侧壁均开设有密封槽19，且密封槽19与密封垫17之间卡接设置，转轴4远离窗架2的一端均转动连接在第三凹槽15的侧壁，且转轴4与窗架2之间垂直设置，固定块10的一侧侧壁为弧形面，且固定块10与滑板9之间垂直设置。
工作原理：当对双层窗进行清洗时，取出插销18，然后通过拉动拉块14，拉块14带动调节线13，调节线13拉动滑板9移动，滑板9带动固定块10进入第二凹槽8，然后转动窗架2，使窗架2带动玻璃3进行旋转，窗架2旋转过程中挤压密封垫17进入第三凹槽15内部，使外层玻璃3对准室内，然后对其进行清洗，清洗完成后，将密封垫17拉出第三凹槽15，然后插上插销18，对移动板16位置进行固定，从而对密封垫17位置进行固定，然后转动窗架2，使外层玻璃3对准室外，同时，使固定板7位于第一凹槽5内部，然后松开拉块14，在复位弹簧11的弹力作用下，固定块10与固定槽6之间卡接设置，完成对窗架2的固定，最后通过打开卷帘20，进行遮阳处理，该设计简单快捷，能够起到较好的隔音隔热效果，同时能够对双层窗进行旋转，便于对外层玻璃进行清洗，提高了便捷性。

1.中置铝合金遮阳一体化双层窗，包括框架（1），其特征在于，所述框架（1）的内部设置有窗架（2），窗架（2）的内侧壁固定有对称设置的玻璃（3），所述窗架（2）的一侧侧壁固定有卷帘（20），所述窗架（2）的两侧侧壁均固定有转轴（4），转轴（4）的另一端均与框架（1）内侧壁转动连接，所述框架（1）的顶端和底端内壁开设有第一凹槽（5），第一凹槽（5）的两侧侧壁均开设有对称设置的固定槽（6），所述窗架（2）的顶端和底端侧壁均固定有固定板（7），固定板（7）的两侧侧壁均开设有对称设置的第二凹槽（8），第二凹槽（8）之间开设有第一通孔（12），所述第二凹槽（8）的内部设置有固定机构，固定机构包括滑动连接在第二凹槽（8）两侧侧壁之间的滑板（9），滑板（9）的一侧侧壁安装有与第二凹槽（8）侧壁连接的复位弹簧（11），所述滑板（9）远离复位弹簧（11）的一侧侧壁固定有垂直设置的固定块（10），且固定块（10）与固定槽（6）之间卡接设置。
