Abstract
本发明涉及一种BGL隔声板的加工方法，具体包括以下步骤：1)将石墨聚苯板进行凹槽切割，切割之后的石墨聚苯板上表面为平面，下表面为凹凸面；2)在石墨聚苯板上表面粘贴增强保护布。一种BGL隔声板，采用上述加工方法制得。本发明优点在于：制作工艺简单，能有效保温降噪，减少楼板撞击声传递，可以解决中心住宅区防噪声能力差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种BGL隔声板及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着人们对居住环境绿色节能要求的提高，各种噪声给居住在城市的我们带来了巨大的威胁,其中尤以处于较复杂环境中的住宅受到的影响最大。如何解决城市噪声影响，强化住宅的防噪声能力已成为中心住宅区面临的重要问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种BGL隔声板及其加工方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种BGL隔声板的加工方法，具体包括以下步骤：
1)将石墨聚苯板进行凹槽切割，切割之后的石墨聚苯板上表面为平面，下表面为凹凸面；
2)在石墨聚苯板上表面粘贴增强保护布。
作为优选，所述步骤1)中的下表面为正弦波曲面。
作为优选，所述步骤2)中所用到的增强保护布为无纺布。
一种BGL隔声板，采用上述任一项的加工方法制得。
BGL隔声板是针对石墨模塑聚苯隔声板用于建筑工程的英文代号缩写。
本发明优点在于：制作工艺简单，能有效保温降噪，减少楼板撞击声传递，可以解决中心住宅区防噪声能力差的问题。

1)将石墨聚苯板进行凹槽切割，切割之后的石墨聚苯板上表面1为平面，下表面2为凹凸面；
2)在石墨聚苯板上表面粘贴增强保护布3。
作为优选，所述步骤1)中的下表面2为正弦波曲面。
作为优选，所述步骤2)中所用到的增强保护布3为无纺布。
一种BGL隔声板，采用上述任一项的加工方法制得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种BGL隔声板的加工方法，其特征在于：所述步骤1)中的下表面为正弦波曲面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种BGL隔声板的加工方法，其特征在于：所述步骤2)中所用到的增强保护布为无纺布。
4.一种BGL隔声板，其特征在于，采用权利要求1-3任一项的加工方法制得。
