All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The front and rear of the azimuth term in the embodiment of the present invention correspond to the 2 directions identified in fig. 1 and 5, respectively.
Embodiment one:
referring to fig. 1-3, a drainage kit for preventing cancer cell skin implantation is shown, and comprises a catheter assembly, a hose assembly, a joint assembly and a drainage bag assembly which are sequentially connected.
The catheter assembly includes a pigtail catheter, an annular balloon, and a positioner. The front section of the pigtail catheter is provided with an access hole for adsorbing tissue fluid such as bile at a lesion to be drained. The annular air bag is sleeved outside the rear section of the pigtail catheter, an umbrella-shaped part which stretches backwards is formed when the annular air bag is inflated, and the outer edge of the umbrella-shaped part is turned forward, and the turned edge is favorable for blocking drainage liquid flowing along the outer wall of the pigtail catheter. The positioner is sleeved outside the pigtail catheter in a sliding manner and positioned behind the annular air bag, the positioner can be fixed at a selected position of the pigtail catheter, and the front end of the positioner is provided with a sucker. When the pigtail catheter is used, the pigtail catheter penetrates through the opening of the leather part, and when the annular air bag is inflated and the positioner is fixed at a selected position, the leather part can be clamped between the umbrella-shaped part and the sucker.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, in drainage surgery, the pigtail catheter is inserted into a focus to be drained in the body through the opening of the skin part, then the annular air bag is inflated to form an umbrella-shaped part which is stretched backwards, the position of the umbrella-shaped part is adjusted to cover the internal wound of the opening of the skin part, then the position of the positioner is adjusted to enable the sucker to be tightly adhered to the external wound of the opening of the skin part, and the skin part can be fixedly positioned, at the moment, the umbrella-shaped part and the sucker can be clamped, so that the umbrella-shaped part always covers the internal wound, in the subsequent drainage process, if part of drainage liquid with cancer cells flows along the outer wall of the pigtail catheter, the drainage liquid is blocked when flowing to the umbrella-shaped part, and cannot reach the wound part, thereby avoiding cancer cell skin part planting.

The hollow pipe head is connected to the front end of the hose sleeve, the hose sleeve is sleeved outside the hose body, and the front end of the hose body is communicated with the rear end of the pigtail catheter in the hollow pipe head. The choke clip is arranged on the hose sleeve and used for blocking drainage liquid in the hose body, for example, the drainage liquid in the hose body can be blocked when the connection relation of each joint in the joint assembly is changed.
Further, the joint assembly comprises a first joint, a second joint and a third joint, and the rear end of the hose body is arranged on the first joint in a penetrating mode. The rear end of the first connector can be spliced with the front end of the second connector or spliced with the front end of the third connector.
