In S502, the number of occurrences of each history character in each history description period is counted, and history characters whose number of occurrences is greater than a preset threshold are selected as feature characters.
In this embodiment, the terminal device performs semantic analysis on the history description segment, extracts each phrase in the history description segment, and identifies each phrase as a history character string. The terminal device may pass through the number of occurrences of each history character in different history descriptor segments, i.e. the word frequency of the history character. And selecting the history characters with word frequency larger than a preset threshold value as characteristic characters, and indicating that the history characters are universal and representative.
In S503, the post description paragraph associated with the post keyword is generated based on a plurality of the feature characters.
In this embodiment, after determining a plurality of feature characters, the terminal device combines the feature characters, thereby forming a post description section related to the post keyword, and achieving the purpose of automatically generating the post description section.
In the embodiment of the invention, the historical description language segments of the post keywords are determined by analyzing the historical description language segments, and the post description language segments are generated based on the plurality of historical description language segments, so that the generation efficiency of the post description language segments is improved.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention.

By way of example, the computer program 72 may be divided into one or more units, which are stored in the memory 71 and executed by the processor 70 to accomplish the present invention. The one or more units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing a specific function for describing the execution of the computer program 72 in the terminal device 7. For example, the computer program 72 may be partitioned into a job record acquisition unit, a job parameter generation unit, a job description paragraph acquisition unit, and a job description document generation unit, each of which functions specifically as described above.
The terminal device 7 may be a computing device such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a cloud server, etc. The terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 70, a memory 71. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that fig. 7 is merely an example of the terminal device 7 and does not constitute a limitation of the terminal device 7, and may include more or less components than illustrated, or may combine certain components, or different components, e.g., the terminal device may further include an input-output device, a network access device, a bus, etc.

The memory 71 may be an internal storage unit of the terminal device 7, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device 7. The memory 71 may be an external storage device of the terminal device 7, such as a plug-in hard disk, a smart memory card (SMART MEDIA CARD, SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) card, a flash memory card (FLASH CARD) or the like, which are provided on the terminal device 7. Further, the memory 71 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal device 7. The memory 71 is used for storing the computer program as well as other programs and data required by the terminal device. The memory 71 may also be used for temporarily storing data that has been output or is to be output.
In addition, each functional unit in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in software functional units.

determining post keywords of the post dimension based on the post feature values of the post dimension, and acquiring post description language segments associated with the post keywords;
importing the post description language section into a post document template to generate a post description document of the target post;
the step of generating the post parameters of the target post according to the employee information comprises the following steps:
based on employee identification in the employee information, extracting a history resume matched with the employee identification from a resume database;
According to the history resume, determining history parameters of the history staff about each post dimension;
importing each history parameter and the job time of the history staff into a preset post characteristic value calculation model, and determining the post characteristic value of the post dimension; the post characteristic value calculation model specifically comprises the following steps:

2. The method of generating according to claim 1, wherein the determining a post keyword of the post dimension based on the post feature value of each of the post dimensions, and obtaining a post descriptive paragraph associated with the post keyword, comprises:
marking post coordinates of each post dimension on a preset post coordinate system according to the post characteristic values; the post coordinate system comprises coordinate axes of all post dimensions;
calculating the area of a closed graph surrounded by the post coordinates, and identifying the area of the area as the post radiation area;
inquiring the post grade corresponding to the post radiation area based on the corresponding relation between the pre-set post grade and the area;
and extracting the post keywords matched with the post grades from a post keyword library.
3. The method of generating according to any one of claims 1-2, further comprising, after said importing said post description fragment into a post document template to generate a post description document of said target post:
acquiring a department personnel list of a department to which the target post belongs, and selecting an auditing employee with auditing authority from the department personnel list;
configuring auditing nodes for each auditing employee, and generating a post document auditing path according to each auditing node; the post document auditing path comprises N auditing nodes; the N is the total number of the auditing staff;
and if the auditing passing information returned by the auditing node with the auditing order of N is received, issuing the post description document.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising, before the step of determining a step keyword of the step dimension based on the step feature value of each step dimension, and acquiring a step description section associated with the step keyword:
Extracting a plurality of history description language segments containing the post keywords from the history description document;
Counting the occurrence times of each history character in each history description language segment, and selecting the history character with the occurrence times larger than a preset threshold value as a characteristic character;
And generating the post description language segments associated with the post keywords based on a plurality of the characteristic characters.
