In the present invention, the structure of the second adjusting assembly 4 is the same as that of the first adjusting assembly 3, the structure of the second seat assembly 220 is the same as that of the first seat assembly 210, and the mounting and matching manners of the second adjusting assembly 4 and the second seat assembly 220 with the valve body 1 are the same as those of the first adjusting assembly 3 and the first seat assembly 210 with the valve body 1, so the detailed descriptions of the mounting and matching manners of the second adjusting assembly 4, the second seat assembly 220, and the second adjusting assembly 4 and the second seat assembly 220 with the valve body 1 are omitted.

1. An upper-mounted ball valve comprises
The valve body (1) is provided with a valve cavity (110), and an upper opening (120), a liquid inlet channel (130) and a liquid outlet channel (140) which are respectively communicated with the valve cavity (110) are formed on the valve body (1);
the ball-valve seat assembly (2) comprises a first valve seat assembly (210) and a second valve seat assembly (220) which are arranged in the valve cavity (110) and are respectively positioned at the liquid inlet channel (130) and the liquid outlet channel (140), and a ball body (230) which is arranged between the first valve seat assembly (210) and the second valve seat assembly (220) and is in sealing contact with the first valve seat assembly (210) and the second valve seat assembly (220), wherein a conducting channel (231) is formed in the ball body (230), and when the ball body (230) is rotated to enable two ends of the conducting channel (231) to be respectively communicated with the liquid inlet channel (130) and the liquid outlet channel (140), the upper-mounted ball valve is conducted;
the method is characterized in that:
the valve body (1) is provided with a first adjusting assembly (3) and a second adjusting assembly (4), the first valve seat assembly (210) and the second valve seat assembly (220) are respectively connected with the first adjusting assembly (3) and the second adjusting assembly (4), the first adjusting assembly (3) and/or the second adjusting assembly (4) are/is adjusted to enable the distance between the first valve seat assembly (210) and the second valve seat assembly (220) to be larger and smaller, and when the first adjusting assembly (3) and the second adjusting assembly (4) are adjusted, the maximum distance between the first valve seat assembly (210) and the second valve seat assembly (220) is larger than the distance required for taking and assembling a ball body (230);
a first annular mounting groove (150) communicated with the valve cavity (110) is arranged in the valve body (1) around the liquid inlet channel (130), a first external thread is arranged on the outer surface of the valve body (1) in a region around the first annular mounting groove (150), the first adjusting component (3) comprises a first adjusting sleeve (310), a first movable sleeve (320), a first connecting rod (330) and a first connecting sleeve (340), a first internal thread is arranged on the inner wall surface of the first adjusting sleeve (310), the first adjusting sleeve (310) and the first movable sleeve (320) are sleeved on the region of the valve body (1) provided with the first external thread, a first internal thread on the first adjusting sleeve (310) is screwed with the first external thread on the valve body (1), and the first movable sleeve (320) is positioned between the first adjusting sleeve (310) and the ball body (230), the first movable sleeve (320) is axially and rotatably connected with the first adjusting sleeve (310), the first connecting sleeve (340) is arranged in the first annular mounting groove (150), a plurality of through grooves (160) communicated with the first annular mounting groove (150) are formed in the area of the valve body (1) provided with the first external threads, a first connecting rod (330) is arranged in each through groove (160), and two ends of each first connecting rod (330) are respectively connected with the first movable sleeve (320) and the first connecting sleeve (340); the first valve seat component (210) is arranged in the first annular mounting groove (150), the first valve seat component (210) is in sealing contact with the groove wall of the first annular mounting groove (150), and the first connecting sleeve (340) is connected with the first valve seat component (210);
the structure of the second valve seat assembly (220) is the same as that of the first valve seat assembly (210), and the structure of the second adjusting assembly (4) is the same as that of the first adjusting assembly (3).

A top-loading ball valve according to claim 1, wherein the first valve seat assembly (210) comprises a first valve seat (211), a first sealing gasket (212), a first outer sealing ring (213) and a first inner sealing ring (214), the first valve seat (211) is of a shaft sleeve-shaped structure with a hollow interior and two open ends, one end of the first valve seat (211) is inserted in the first annular mounting groove (150), the other end of the first valve seat (211) extends into the valve cavity (110), one end of the first valve seat (211) extending into the valve cavity (110) is provided with the first sealing washer (212), the first outer sealing ring (213) and the first inner sealing ring (214) are respectively arranged between the outer circumferential surface of the first valve seat (211) and the first annular mounting groove (150) and between the inner circumferential surface of the first valve seat (211) and the first annular mounting groove (150).

The top-loading ball valve according to claim 2, wherein the first valve seat (211) is composed of a first straight line section (2111), a first circular platform section (2112) and a second straight line section (2113) which are connected in sequence, the first straight line section (2111) is positioned in the first annular mounting groove (150), the second straight line section (2113) partially extends into the valve cavity (110), and the first outer sealing ring (213) and the first inner sealing ring (214) are respectively arranged between the outer circumferential surface of the second straight line section (2113) and the first annular mounting groove (150) and between the inner circumferential surface of the second straight line section (2113) and the first annular mounting groove (150); the first valve seat assembly (210) further comprises a first outer baffle (215) and a first inner baffle (216), wherein the first outer baffle (215) and the first inner baffle (216) are both arranged at the opening of the first annular mounting groove (150) and respectively block the first outer sealing ring (213) and the first inner sealing ring (214); upon adjustment of the first seat assembly (210) toward a ball (230) by the first adjustment assembly (3), the first frustoconical section (2112) and the first outer flapper (215) cooperate to elastically deform the first outer sealing ring (213), and the first frustoconical section (2112) and the first inner flapper (216) cooperate to elastically deform the first inner sealing ring (214).
4. A top-loading ball valve according to claim 3, wherein the first outer baffle (215) and the first inner baffle (216) are both detachably connected to the valve body (1).

A top-loading ball valve according to claim 2, wherein the first valve seat assembly (210) further comprises an elastic element (217), the elastic element (217) is arranged between the first connecting sleeve (340) and the first valve seat (211), and two ends of the elastic element (217) are fixedly connected with the first connecting sleeve (340) and the first valve seat (211), respectively.
6. A top-loading ball valve according to claim 5, wherein the resilient member (217) is a cylindrical spring.
7. A top-loading ball valve according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first connecting rod (330) and the first movable sleeve (320) and the first connecting rod (330) and the first connecting sleeve (340) are detachably connected.

A top-loading ball valve according to claim 1, wherein the first adjusting sleeve (310) is provided with a convex ring (311), the convex ring (311) extends to partially overlap with the first movable sleeve (320), the first movable sleeve (320) is provided with an annular groove (321) in a region overlapping with the convex ring (311), the convex ring (311) is provided with a protrusion (3111) extending into the annular groove (321), and the annular groove (321), the protrusion (3111) and the convex ring (311) cooperate together to realize the axial and rotational connection between the first movable sleeve (320) and the first adjusting sleeve (310).
