However, the installation mode of the hob on the normal pressure cutterhead is more complicated than that of a common cutterhead, and in order to ensure that the hob is installed correctly, the hob needs to be rotated once after the hob is installed so as to test whether the hob monitoring sensor and the cutter are installed normally or not. At present, the tool is manually rotated on site, and can only be rotated after the tool cylinder is disassembled, so that the method is relatively original and inconvenient.

The hob 3 is fixed on the hob base 2 through a hob base bolt 5, and the hob base 2 is fixed in the hob barrel 1 through a hob base bolt 9.
As shown in fig. 1, in a cutter head hob turning method, a rear cover of a cutter barrel 1 is firstly disassembled, a hob 3 is cleaned by a high-pressure water gun, and other steps are as follows:
a, adopting a sheet iron ring as a guide piece 4, bending the sheet iron ring to smoothly pass out along the outline of the hob before the punching, adopting an iron wire to connect the end part of the guide piece 4 with one end of a binding belt 8, paying attention to the iron wire to be tightly clung to be compact so as to prevent the gap between a hob body and a hob barrel from being clamped, using the guide piece 4 to punch the binding belt 8 along the hob 3, when the end part of the guide piece 4 appears at the other side of the hob 3, using a hook to hook the binding belt 8 out of the other side of the hob 3, realizing winding of the binding belt 8 on the hob 3, and taking down the guide piece 4.
b, adopting the manual packer 6 as an operation tool, placing the operation tool on the upper end face of the cushion block 7, and tightly pressing one end of the binding band 8 on the presser foot of the manual packer 6 and gradually tightening the other end of the binding band 8 on the tightening shaft of the manual packer 6 by the arc-shaped laminating hob 3 at the lower part of the cushion block 7.
c pulling the handle of the manual packer 6 to rotate the hob 3.

the cutter head hob turning method comprises the following steps:
