In addition, after the first timing operation member 30 is rotated by a certain angle, the first timing operation member 30 can be kept stationary at the current angle, so that the user does not need to hold the first timing operation member 30 all the time, and the motor 11 can keep running at the current rotation speed. The second operation speed 40 is disposed beside the first operation speed 30, and the rotation speed of the motor 11 is regulated by both the first operation speed 30 and the second operation speed 40. In addition, when the user adjusts the rotational speed of the motor 11 by rotating the first jog operation member 30, if the user suddenly stops the trigger of the first jog operation member 30 and keeps the first jog operation member 30 at a position rotated by a certain angle, the motor 11 continues to operate at a certain rotational speed, thereby achieving the jog function.
