Background
As rail transit networks continue to increase, the demand for rail fasteners is also increasing. It is counted that the common fasteners account for 60% of the line planning. In the common fastener system, common fastener designs are spring strips, rail bottom pads, iron seats, height adjusting pads and anchor bolts, and the whole set of fastener has simple structure, high installation efficiency, low price and the like.
The common fastener design has related problems in the use process, for example, when an iron seat is broken in subway maintenance or other reasons need to be replaced, the steel rail must be lifted up, and meanwhile, all the spring strips on the affected fasteners need to be removed for replacement, so that the maintenance difficulty is greatly increased, and the maintenance efficiency is low; meanwhile, the fastener elastic strip is low in installation efficiency, and the problems of e-shaped elastic strip and toe transition installation or overlarge w-shaped elastic strip installation torque and the like often occur in the installation process; and the existing common fastener iron seat costs account for 40% of the total fastener cost, the structure and cost need to be considered when designing the fastener system.
Chinese patent CN 109457554A discloses a ballastless track fastener system, which comprises an iron pad, a gauge baffle, a spring strip, an anchor bolt, an insulating block and a cushion pad; the system still includes the blotter early warning subassembly that becomes invalid, the blotter is become invalid pretension subassembly and is assembled and can trigger the visual early warning signal of the outside release of blotter early warning subassembly when the blotter thickness subsides below the threshold value, but this supporting sleeper of ballastless track fastener system need take the fender shoulder, adopts anchor bolt mode to withhold the bullet strip, the iron backing plate sets up to monolithic structure, overall structure is complicated, the adaptability is poor, the installation effectiveness is low, market cost is higher, and this system structure class is high-altitude ballastless track structure is current, the high-speed condition of train makes W type bullet strip appear the damage fracture easily.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a spring bar iron seat fastener system with high reliability, convenient maintenance and low cost, which does not need to lift the steel rail when the iron casting needs to be replaced, and further, other fasteners nearby cannot be affected, so that the maintenance efficiency can be greatly improved, and the cost is reduced.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages
(1) Compared with the e-shaped elastic strip and the w-shaped elastic strip, the bolt-free elastic strip is more flexible and easy to assemble and disassemble;
(2) The iron seat is designed to be symmetrically separated, so that the iron seat is firmer than one iron seat in the prior art;
(3) The structure of the auxiliary plate is adopted, so that the spring strip can be prevented from falling off more pertinently;
(4) The elastic strip nylon sleeve is added outside the elastic strip, so that the contact area and friction force between the elastic strip nylon sleeve and the steel rail can be increased;
(5) The invention has the advantages of simple overall structure, low cost, convenient disassembly, strong adaptability and high reliability;
(6) The fastener does not need to say that the steel rail is lifted when the iron casting needs to be replaced, so that other nearby fasteners are not affected when the iron casting needs to be replaced, the maintenance efficiency can be greatly improved, and the cost is reduced.

The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-11, a split symmetrical iron seat fastener system is provided, wherein the fastener mainly comprises an elastic strip 6, an anchor bolt 2 and an iron seat 4, the iron seat 4 is symmetrically split, a height-adjusting base plate 3 is arranged on the lower surface, and the iron seat is positioned through step grooves 31 at two ends of the height-adjusting base plate 3; the iron seat 4 is independently provided with a bolt through hole 12; the anchor bolt 2 penetrates through the iron seat 4 and the height-adjusting base plate 3; the cap of the anchor bolt 2 is provided with a mounting auxiliary plate 5; one end of the installation auxiliary plate 5 is connected with the anchor bolt 2, and the other end is lapped on the gauge block 8, so that the elastic strip 6 is conveniently preassembled and plays a role in preventing falling.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the two ends of the height-adjusting base plate 3 are respectively provided with a step groove 31 for placing the iron seat 4, the step grooves 31 can limit the horizontal movement of the iron seat 4, and meanwhile, the upper surface of the middle part of the height-adjusting base plate 3 is provided with a rail lower base plate 9.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the iron seat 4 has two pieces, which are respectively disposed at two sides of the rail 10 and are separated independently. The iron seat 4 is provided with the spring strip seat 41 of the spring strip 6, the installation hole of the spring strip seat 41 is set into a slope round hole 42, the size of the hole is slightly larger than the diameter of the spring strip, when the spring strip spring toe 61 enters upwards along the slope, the spring strip seat plays a role in guiding and limiting, and plays a role in preventing falling after the spring strip is installed. Limiting blocks 43 are arranged on two sides of the iron seat 4 and correspond to the spring toe grooves 62 on the spring strip spring toe 61 to prevent the spring strip 6 from loosening.
As shown in fig. 6, the two ends of the gauge block 8 are provided with steps 11 and are connected with rib plates at the two ends of the installation seat of the toe 61; meanwhile, a gauge block groove 81 is formed in the surface of the gauge block 8, and an auxiliary plate is positioned and installed; the middle of the gauge block 8 is provided with the step 82, and the rail lower backing plate 9 can be pressed under the step 82 during installation, so that the installation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, one end of the auxiliary mounting plate 5 is sleeved on the nut of the anchor bolt 2, one end of the auxiliary mounting plate is matched with the track gauge block groove 81 on the track gauge block 8, meanwhile, the upper surface of the auxiliary mounting plate 5 is provided with a preassembly boss 51, and the preassembly boss 51 is matched with a preassembly groove 71 below the elastic nylon cap 7; the anchoring bolt 2 is arranged below the spring strip position, sequentially passes through the iron seat 4 and the height-adjusting base plate 3, and is connected with the embedded nylon sleeve 1 to fix the iron seat 4 on the road bed.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 12 to 13, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the spring strip 6 is changed to an e-shaped spring strip, and two bolt through holes 44 are provided on the iron base 4.
