The invention discloses a rapid acid discharge pickling tank and a use method thereof, wherein the pickling tank comprises a box-shaped main body with an opening at the top end and a top cover covering the opening of the main body, the upper part of the main body is provided with an acid inlet, the bottom of the main body is provided with an acid discharge opening, the main body is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, the upper layer is a pickling layer, the lower layer is a liquid storage layer, the pickling layer and the liquid storage layer are separated by a partition plate, the pickling layer and the liquid storage layer are connected by acid discharge devices which are uniformly distributed, the acid discharge device comprises an acid discharge pipeline, one end of the acid discharge pipeline is connected to the bottom of the pickling layer, the other end of the acid discharge pipeline is connected to the upper part of the liquid storage layer, the acid discharge pipeline is provided with a valve, and the upper parts of the pickling layer and the liquid storage layer are respectively provided with air pipes. Background
In order to improve the pickling working environment and reduce acid mist emission, most of the currently adopted low-power thermal pickling processes adopt a dry-in and dry-out pickling mode, a sample is placed in a sealed pickling tank, acid liquor enters through an acid inlet, and after the sample is soaked in the acid liquor, the acid liquor is discharged through an acid outlet. The main reason is that the pickling tank is relatively airtight, only one hole is used for discharging acid, the acid discharging time is long, the acid liquor is discharged to the position below the surface of the sample for a little long time, and the residual acid on the surface are easily evaporated to dryness due to high temperature of the surface of the sample, so that acid spots can not be removed in later flushing, and the acid spots are left.

After all the acid liquor enters the liquid storage layer 102, the valve of the air pipe 6 is closed, the switch valve between the acid discharge port 5 and the waste liquid pool is opened, and the acid liquor is discharged into the waste liquid pool.

c. the acid inlet is connected with acid liquid supply equipment, acid liquid enters through the acid inlet and overflows the sample for acid washing;
d. after pickling is completed, a pickling device valve is opened, a pickling layer air pipe valve is opened, a liquid storage layer air pipe valve is opened, an air pump charges air into the pickling layer, air in the liquid storage layer is pumped by the air pump, negative pressure is formed in the liquid storage layer, high pressure is formed in the pickling layer, and acid liquid is discharged into the liquid storage layer through a plurality of acid discharge pipelines;
