As shown in fig. 1, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the elevator component recognition system further includes a maintenance client 60, and the maintenance client 60 may be a terminal installed with a maintenance application program, through which a maintenance person can log in to the service center 10 to realize network connection between the maintenance client 60 and the service center 10.
In the embodiment of the invention, the service center 10 generates the identification result of the first elevator element 40 after comparing the element identifier with the original plant element identifier, when the first elevator element 40 is identified to be a non-original plant elevator element, the result can be sent to the maintenance client 60, and the maintenance client 60 can generate alarm information according to the identification result to prompt the maintenance personnel that the first elevator element 40 is the non-original plant elevator element, so that the maintenance personnel can find the non-original plant elevator element in the elevator in time and replace the non-original plant elevator element with the original plant elevator element in time, the elevator maintenance efficiency is improved, and the service quality of an elevator service provider is further improved.
The following describes a procedure in which an elevator component recognition system according to an embodiment of the present invention recognizes an elevator component and generates a recognition result.
In the embodiment of the invention, it is first identified whether the first elevator component 40 is a genuine elevator component.
Specifically, the service center 10 determines whether the component identifier is identical to the original plant component identifier after receiving the component identifier, determines that the first elevator component 40 is a non-original plant elevator component when the component identifier is not identical to the original plant component identifier, generates a first recognition result, and transmits the first recognition result to the first control board 20 and the maintenance client 60, wherein the first recognition result is that the first elevator component 40 is a non-original plant elevator component.
The first control board 20 restricts the use of the first elevator component 40 according to the first recognition result when receiving the first recognition result, for example, the first control board 20 shields the function of the first elevator component 40, for example, the first elevator component 40 is a display board, the first control board 20 can shield the function of the display board for displaying floor information, the control display board displays abnormal information, for example, the first elevator component 40 is a door panel, the door opening and closing function of the door panel can be controlled to be disabled, and the like.
Maintenance client 60 can generate alarm information according to first recognition result after receiving first recognition result and be non-original factory elevator component with the first elevator component 40 of suggestion maintainer to make maintainer can in time discover the non-original factory elevator component in the elevator, and in time change non-original factory elevator component for original factory elevator component.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of identifying whether an elevator component is a genuine elevator component in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the process of identifying whether an elevator component is a genuine elevator component is as follows:
s0, starting;
s1, determining whether the elevator is electrified, if so, executing S2 and S3;
s2, controlling the elevator to work normally when the elevator is electrified;
s3, the control panel acquires the component identifiers of all elevator components;
s4, the control board sends the element identifier to a service center through communication equipment;
s5, in the normal working process of the elevator, determining whether an elevator element is accessed again, if so, executing S6, otherwise, returning to S2 to control the elevator to work normally;
s6, the control board acquires the component identification of the accessed elevator component to send to the service center through the communication equipment;
s7, the service center determines whether the element identifier is consistent with the original factory element identifier, if so, the elevator element is determined to be the original factory elevator element, the elevator element is available, S2 is returned to control the normal operation of the elevator, and if not, S8 is executed;
s8, determining the elevator component as a non-genuine elevator component, the elevator component being restricted from use by the control panel.
When the elevator element in the elevator is electrified or is electrified again after the elevator element is replaced, the control panel sends the element identifier of the elevator element to the service center, the element identifier is compared with the original factory element identifier through the service center to determine whether the elevator element is the original factory elevator element or not, the use of the non-elevator element is further limited and maintenance personnel are informed, the problems that the elevator is in fault due to the fact that the non-original factory elevator element is used in the elevator, an elevator service provider needs to maintain the elevator repeatedly, and the service quality of the elevator service provider is reduced are solved, therefore, the original factory elevator element is used in the elevator, the elevator can run normally, the fault rate of the elevator is reduced, and the service quality of the elevator service provider is improved.
Further, for the first elevator component 40 whose component identifier is the genuine elevator component identifier, the service center 10 also determines whether there is a usage record for the component identifier transmitted from the first control board 20 before receiving the component identifier, wherein the usage record is generated when the communication device 30 receives the identification of the component transmitted by the second control panel of the second elevator, the identification of the component transmitted by the second control panel being the identification of the component of the second elevator in the second elevator, in particular, the service center 10 can be connected to a plurality of elevators via the communication device 30, for example the service center 10 is connected to the control panels of a plurality of elevators via routers, the elevators other than the first elevator are second elevators, the control panel of the second elevator is the second control panel, the elevator elements of the second elevator are second elevator elements, and the second control panel also sends the element identifications of the second elevator elements to the service center 10.
For the first elevator component 40 in the first elevator, it is necessary to verify whether it is a cloned elevator component, and therefore it is necessary to determine whether the identifier of the first elevator component 40 has a usage record, and if the usage record has been made, receive the usage status of the second elevator component sent by the second control board of the second elevator corresponding to the usage record from the communication device 30, and when the usage status is in use, indicate that the second elevator component having the same component identifier is in use in the second elevator, determine that the first elevator component 40 is the cloned elevator component of the second elevator component, the service center 10 generates a second identification result, the second identification result is that the first elevator component 40 is the cloned elevator component, the service center 10 sends the second identification result to the first control board 20 and the maintenance client 60, the first control board 20, when receiving the second identification result, restricts the use of the first elevator component according to the second identification result, and after receiving the second identification result, the maintenance client 60 generates alarm information according to the second identification result to prompt the maintenance personnel that the first elevator element 40 is a cloned elevator element. In practical application, the elevator component during elevator manufacturing production is the elevator component of the original factory, the first use record of the component identifier after the elevator is put into use is the use record of the elevator component of the original factory, in the use process of the elevator, when the service center 10 receives the component identifier consistent with the component identifier of the original factory, whether the first elevator component is the cloned elevator component or not is determined according to the use state of the second elevator component corresponding to the component identifier of the existing use record, the leakage of the component identifier of the original factory can be avoided, the problem that the cloned elevator component is applied to the elevator is caused, the elevator component of the original factory is guaranteed to be used in the elevator, and a maintenance person can be timely informed to replace the cloned elevator component as the elevator component of the original factory in time.
If the service center 10 determines that the component identifier does not have the use record, it determines that the first elevator component 40 is the original elevator component used for the first time, the service center 10 generates a fifth recognition result, the fifth recognition result is that the first elevator component is the original elevator component used for the first time, the service center 10 sends the fifth recognition result to the first control board 20, and the first control board 20 controls the first elevator component 40 to normally work according to the fifth recognition result.
Further, when the component identifier has a usage record, and when the second elevator component is not used, the service center 10 determines whether the first elevator and the second elevator are associated with the same serviceman identifier, if so, the first elevator component 40 is determined as a calling elevator component, a third identification result is generated, the third identification result is that the first elevator component 40 is a calling elevator component, the third identification result is sent to the first control board 20, the first control board 20 controls the first elevator component 40 to normally work according to the third identification result when receiving the third identification result, specifically, the maintenance of the elevator can be managed in a sub-zone, the elevators in the same sub-zone are associated with the same serviceman identifier, which can be the work number, mobile number, etc. of the serviceman, and the serviceman can log in a maintenance client through the serviceman identifier, the service center 10 may look up the serviceman identifiers associated with the first elevator and the second elevator to determine whether the same serviceman identifier is associated. If the first elevator and the second elevator are associated with the same serviceman identifier and the second elevator component is not in use, since one component identifier corresponds to one unique elevator component, it is indicated that the first elevator component and the second elevator component are the same elevator component, and the first elevator component calls the second elevator component in the second elevator into the first elevator for the serviceman, that is, the first elevator component 40 can be used normally.
Further, if the component identifier is not used and the identifier of the serviceman associated with the first elevator and the identifier of the serviceman associated with the second elevator are not the same, the service center 10 determines that the first elevator component 40 is an illegal source original elevator component, generates a fourth identification result, the fourth identification result is that the first elevator component 40 is an illegal source original elevator component, the service center 10 sends the fourth identification result to the first control board 20 and the service client 60, the first control board 20, upon receiving the fourth identification result, sets the first elevator component 40 to be restricted from being used after a preset time period, for example, the first elevator component 40 can be normally used within 24 hours or 48 hours, and the first elevator component 40 is restricted from being used after 24 hours or 48 hours.
After receiving the fourth recognition result, the maintenance client 60 generates alarm information according to the fourth recognition result to prompt the maintenance person that the first elevator component 40 is the original elevator component of the illegal source, optionally, the service client 60 generates a permanent use request for the first elevator element 40 upon receiving the fourth identification and sends it to the service center 10, for example after the service client 60 receives the information of the source of the first elevator element 40 entered by the service person, a permanent use request containing the origin information is sent to the service center 10, the service center 10 determines whether the first elevator element 40 is a legitimate origin in response to the permanent use request to generate and send a control command for the first elevator element 40 to the communication device 30, the first control board 20 receives the control command from the communication device 30, and determines whether to control the first elevator element 40 to operate normally after a preset time period according to the control command.
Fig. 3 shows a flow chart of the elevator component identification performed by the service center 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the procedure of the elevator component identification performed by the service center 10 is as follows:
s201, comparing the component identifier with the original plant component identifier by the service center, and executing S202-S204 when the component identifier is consistent with the original plant component identifier, or executing S205;
