As shown in fig. 1, various smart home devices in the internet of things of the home, such as a smart air conditioner, a smart refrigerator, a smart television, a smart air purification device, a smart lighting device, a smart water purification device, and the like, are all connected to the home gateway node through a communication network, which may include various connection types of networks, such as a wired network, a wireless communication link network, or an optical fiber cable network. When each intelligent home device is accessed to the home gateway node for the first time, the home gateway node uploads the corresponding device parameters to the blockchain network, so that the user node, the device manufacturer node and the service management platform node can acquire the corresponding device parameters from the blockchain network when the intelligent home device fails. The user node may be various electronic devices with a display screen, including but not limited to a smart phone, a tablet computer, a portable computer, a desktop computer, and the like. The service management platform node can be used for carrying out identity authentication on the home gateway node and the equipment manufacturer node.
Based on the scenario diagram shown in fig. 1, the following describes a related embodiment of the fault handling method according to the present application.
Example 1:
the embodiment provides a fault handling method based on a block chain, which is applied to a home gateway node, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S102: and monitoring the running condition of the intelligent household equipment in real time.
In this embodiment, intelligent household equipment can be intelligent air conditioner, intelligent refrigerator, intelligent TV, intelligent air purification equipment, intelligent lighting apparatus, intelligent water purification unit etc. is connected with the home gateway node through communication network, in order to discover trouble or abnormal conditions in time, the operating conditions of intelligent household equipment is monitored in real time to the home gateway node.
In this embodiment, a corresponding sensing device is installed in the home internet of things formed by the smart home devices, the operating conditions of the smart home devices are sensed in real time, and the sensing device can send the operating conditions of the smart home devices to the home gateway node in real time.
Optionally, before the step of monitoring the operation condition of the smart home device in real time, the method may further include:
acquiring equipment parameters when the intelligent household equipment is accessed to a network for the first time, wherein the equipment parameters also comprise an access date and a user contact way;
and writing the device parameters into the blockchain network.
During the research and practice of the prior art, the inventor finds that: when the intelligent home equipment breaks down, a user is often in a mess because the user cannot find a purchase record or a fault call report, and the like, so that the user cannot contact an equipment manufacturer in time to process the fault call. Meanwhile, when the user cannot find the purchase record, the equipment manufacturer is difficult to determine whether the intelligent household equipment is in the warranty period. Therefore, in the embodiment, the device parameters of the smart home device when the smart home device is accessed to the network for the first time are uploaded to the block chain network, so that the traceability of the device information can be realized.
Specifically, the home gateway node is used as a node of the block chain network, and when the smart home device is accessed to the home gateway node for the first time, the home gateway node obtains device parameters corresponding to the device, where the device parameters may include a device identifier, a date of leaving the factory, a date of accessing the network, a user contact manner, an after-sale phone, and the like, and user node information corresponding to the device parameters may be obtained through the user contact manner. And the home gateway node generates an encrypted file of the device parameter and stores the encrypted file in the block chain network. When the intelligent household equipment breaks down, the user can obtain the corresponding after-sale telephone from the block chain network so as to timely contact an equipment manufacturer for maintenance processing. Meanwhile, when the equipment manufacturer receives a user maintenance request, the corresponding network access date can be obtained from the block chain network so as to determine whether the intelligent household equipment is in the warranty period.
Step S104: and judging whether the intelligent household equipment is abnormal or failed according to the operation condition.
Step S106: if yes, acquiring abnormal information/fault information of the intelligent household equipment, wherein the abnormal information/fault information comprises equipment identification.
In this embodiment, when the home gateway node determines that the smart home device is abnormal or has a fault according to the operation condition, the home gateway node may control to restart the smart home device first, and if the operation condition of the smart home device is still abnormal/has a fault after the restart, the home gateway node determines that the smart home device is abnormal/has a fault. When the abnormality/failure is judged to occur, the home gateway node generates abnormality/failure information according to the abnormality/failure event, and the abnormality/failure information may include a unique failure identification code, a device identification, abnormality/failure cause or abnormality/failure description information, the time when the abnormality/failure occurs, the place where the abnormality/failure occurs, and the like.
Step S108: and broadcasting the abnormal information/fault information to the blockchain network, wherein the blockchain network stores equipment parameters in advance when the intelligent household equipment is accessed to the network for the first time, and the equipment parameters comprise equipment identification.
In this embodiment, the home gateway node broadcasts the abnormal information/fault information to the blockchain network after performing the private key signature on the abnormal information/fault information, so that the device manufacturer node can respond in time. All nodes in the block chain network can be used as accounting nodes of the block chain, private key signature verification is carried out on all broadcast information in the block chain, and the broadcast information is recorded into a block chain account book after verification is passed.
In this embodiment, the device manufacturer node receives broadcast information in the blockchain network in real time, when the device manufacturer node receives abnormal information/fault information of the smart home devices broadcasted in the blockchain network, the abnormal information/fault information is obtained, whether the smart home devices are devices produced by the device manufacturer node is judged according to device identifiers in the abnormal information/fault information, if yes, device parameters, stored in advance in the blockchain network, of the smart home devices when the smart home devices are accessed to the network for the first time are further obtained, whether fault processing is performed is judged according to the device parameters, and when the judgment result is yes, fault processing information of the smart home devices is broadcasted to the blockchain network. Specifically, the device manufacturer node may first acquire a device parameter matched with the device identifier in the blockchain network, determine whether the device parameter is in a maintenance range according to a network access date in the device parameter, and if the smart home device is in the maintenance range, start a fault handling process, so that a maintenance worker can perform fault handling on the smart home device and broadcast fault handling information of the smart home device to the blockchain network. The equipment manufacturer node may select a suitable maintenance person according to the abnormality/fault reason or the abnormality/fault description information in the fault information and the location where the abnormality/fault occurs, so as to implement timely processing of the fault, where the fault processing flow may be an internal processing flow of the manufacturer, or a fault processing flow on the open blockchain network, and the like, and this is not limited here.
In this embodiment, if there is no device manufacturer node corresponding to the device identifier in the blockchain network, or the smart home device is not within the warranty scope, the fault handling information of the smart home device will not be broadcast in the blockchain network. At this moment, in order to better serve the user, if the service management platform node does not receive the fault processing information of the intelligent home equipment broadcasted in the block chain network after the preset time arrives, the equipment parameters prestored in the block chain network when the intelligent home equipment is accessed to the network for the first time are obtained, an equipment manufacturer node selection list is sent to the user node corresponding to the intelligent home equipment according to the equipment parameters, so that the user can select a proper target equipment manufacturer node according to the suggestion of the service management platform node for fault maintenance. When the service management platform node receives a target equipment manufacturer node selected from an equipment manufacturer node selection list sent by a user, maintenance instruction information is sent to the target equipment manufacturer node, the maintenance instruction information can carry an equipment identifier, and after the target equipment manufacturer node receives the maintenance instruction information, the target equipment manufacturer node can actively contact the user to carry out equipment fault maintenance by acquiring a user contact way in a block chain network.
In this embodiment, after the fault processing of the smart home device is completed, the fault processing result of the smart home device may be written into the block chain network by the device manufacturer node or the user node corresponding to the maintenance staff, so as to facilitate subsequent tracking and data statistics.
In a specific embodiment, after a user purchases a new smart home device and needs to access a network, and after the smart home device performs network access authentication, the home gateway node records an identifier of the smart home device, and obtains a factory date, a network access date, a user contact information, an after-sale phone number, and the like of the smart home device by reading information with the smart home device. The home gateway node is used as a block chain link point to encrypt the information and store the encrypted information in a block chain network for a user or an equipment manufacturer to read in real time. When the intelligent home equipment breaks down in the operation process, the home gateway node triggers a fault alarm process by acquiring fault information, generates broadcast information by an algorithm according to the fault information and sends the broadcast information to the block chain network. After receiving the fault information, each equipment manufacturer node in the block chain network analyzes the fault information, judges whether the equipment manufacturer node is self-produced equipment or not, and responds in time if the intelligent home equipment is produced by an equipment manufacturer A and is within a maintenance range; specifically, the A equipment manufacturer node reads the equipment parameters of the intelligent household equipment during the first network access through the block chain network information to judge whether the intelligent household equipment is in an after-sales service range, and if the intelligent household equipment is in the after-sales service range, the specific information of the fault is analyzed to process and track the fault. Meanwhile, after the preset time is reached, if the service management platform node does not receive the fault processing information of the intelligent home equipment broadcasted in the block chain network, an equipment manufacturer node selection list is sent to the user for the user to select. After the fault processing is finished, the fault processing result of the intelligent household equipment can be written into the block chain network by the equipment manufacturer node or the user node, so that the follow-up tracking and data statistics are facilitated.
In the fault processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, in order to find the fault or the abnormal condition in time during the operation of the intelligent home equipment, the home gateway node monitors the operation condition of the intelligent home equipment in real time, judges whether the intelligent home equipment is abnormal or faulty according to the operation condition, acquires the abnormal information/fault information of the intelligent home equipment when the judgment result is yes, and broadcasts the abnormal information/fault information to the block chain network, so that the equipment manufacturer node can acquire the abnormal information/fault information in time. And after the equipment manufacturer node acquires the abnormal information/fault information, judging whether the intelligent household equipment is self-produced equipment according to the equipment identifier in the abnormal information/fault information, if so, acquiring equipment parameters which are stored in advance in the block chain network when the intelligent household equipment is accessed to the network for the first time, judging whether fault processing is carried out according to the equipment parameters, and if the equipment manufacturer node judges that the intelligent household equipment is subjected to fault processing, broadcasting the fault processing information of the intelligent household equipment to the block chain network. If the service management platform node does not receive fault processing information of the intelligent home equipment broadcasted in the block chain network after the preset time is reached, the service management platform node acquires equipment parameters which are stored in the block chain network in advance when the intelligent home equipment is accessed to the network for the first time, and sends an equipment manufacturer node selection list to a user node corresponding to the intelligent home equipment according to the equipment parameters, so that the service management platform node sends maintenance instruction information to a target equipment manufacturer node after the user selects the appropriate target equipment manufacturer node. Therefore, the problems that in the prior art, due to the fact that various kinds of intelligent household equipment on the market are various, people cannot find the intelligent household equipment in time when a fault occurs, and corresponding equipment manufacturers cannot be notified to maintain in time after the intelligent household equipment is found are solved.
