Abstract
本发明提供了一种贴合式保温板及其加工工艺,属于新材料技术领域。它解决了现有技术存在着稳定差的问题。本贴合式保温板包括由上至下重叠设置的表层、面层、连接层和底层,所述面层为PVC板,所述连接层为化纤基布,所述底层为PVC发泡板,上述底层内侧部分穿过连接层并与面层相固连,上述表层贴合在面层外侧。本工艺包括以下步骤:A、备料;B、连接;C、涂覆:通过热贴合的方式将表层稳定的贴合在面层外侧,待表层与毛坯件连接牢固后得到成品装饰板。本贴合式保温板稳定性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于新材料技术领域,涉及一种贴合式保温板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
现有建筑物为了达到比较好的保暖效果,通常采用保暖效果好的材料。
例如采用聚苯板,它是目前使用比较普遍和保温性能比较高的材料。但是,由于其材质单一,导致其强度不高。
采用水泥珍珠岩和水泥蛭石类,虽然也具有一定的保温性能,但是,其施工作业要求高,而且不环保。
现有的其它建筑材料也都存在着类似的问题。
在环保保温篷房中为了达到比较好的保温效果,通常也是采用单一结构的聚苯板,它还是存在着强度不足,稳定性差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种环保、阻燃、耐候性和保温性能均比较好的贴合式保温板。
本发明的第二个目的是提供上述贴合式保温板的加工工艺。
本发明的第一个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种贴合式保温板,其特征在于,包括由上至下重叠设置的表层、面层、连接层和底层,所述面层为PVC板,所述连接层为化纤基布,所述底层为PVC发泡板,上述底层内侧部分穿过连接层并与面层相固连,上述表层贴合在面层外侧。
在表层的作用下能使装饰板表面平整,并能提高其表面性能。具体的参数性能取决于具体的表层材料,例如,为了达到美观效果的或者为了达到其它物理性能的。
在PVC板和PVC发泡板材的作用下能使面层、连接层和底层三者之间牢固的来连接在一起。
由于面层和底层为PVC材料,因此,整个装饰板具有良好的阻燃性、耐候性和保温性能。由于上述各层之间连接过程中没有借助额外的黏胶,因此,其环保性能还比较高。
在上述的贴合式保温板中,所述表层为PVDF膜片。
表层采用该材料能具备良好的耐磨性和耐候性。
在上述的贴合式保温板中,所述表层为PVF膜片。
表层采用该材料能具备良好的连接稳定性。
在上述的贴合式保温板中,所述表层为亚克力膜片。
表层采用该材料能使整个装饰板具有比较好的耐候性、易染色、易加工,其外观优美。
本发明的第二个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种贴合式保温板的制作工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:
A、备料:准备面层、连接层和底层,上述面层为PVC板,上述连接层为化纤基布,上述底层为PVC发泡板;
B、连接:将连接层贴靠在面层上,PVC发泡板经发泡处理后,PVC发泡板内侧穿过连接层并连接在面层上,得到面层、连接层和底层三者稳定连接的后得到毛坯件;
C、涂覆:通过热贴合的方式将表层稳定的贴合在面层外侧,待表层与毛坯件连接牢固后得到成品装饰板。
在上述的额贴合式保温板的制作工艺中,所述步骤C中表层为PVDF膜片。
在上述的额贴合式保温板的制作工艺中,所述步骤C中表层为PVF膜片。
在上述的额贴合式保温板的制作工艺中,所述步骤C中表层为亚克力膜片。
在上述的额贴合式保温板中,所述新型的保温板用于户外农业大棚。
在上述的额贴合式保温板中,所述新型的保温板用于建筑保暖板。
在上述的额贴合式保温板中,所述新型的保温板用于儿童防护垫板。
与现有技术相比,本贴合式保温板在面层和底层的作用下能使其具备良好的保温性、阻燃性和耐候性,由于各层之间连接没有借助黏胶,因此,其结构紧凑且环保。在表层的作用下不仅能提高其外面美观性,而且还进一步的提高了其耐候性。
另外,本制作工艺中面层、连接层和底层连接为毛坯件后,再在毛坯件上贴合表层,因此,其工艺易于实施,具有很高的实用价值。
具体实施方式
本贴合式保温板包括由上至下重叠设置的表层、面层、连接层和底层,所述面层为PVC板,所述连接层为化纤基布,所述底层为PVC发泡板,上述底层内侧部分穿过连接层并与面层相固连,上述表层贴合在面层外侧。
所述表层为PVDF膜。
所述表层为PVF膜。
所述表层为亚克力膜。
本贴合式保温板的制作工艺包括以下步骤:

3.根据权利要求1所述的贴合式保温板,其特征在于,所述表层为PVF膜片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的贴合式保温板,其特征在于,所述表层为亚克力膜片。
5.一种贴合式保温板的制作工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:
