The clamping base 6 can be in a flat plate shape, can be embedded on the clamping seat 1, and can be assembled on the clamping seat 1 through a fastener or a clamping structure. As shown in fig. 2, the clamping member 2 includes a first clamping member 8 and a second clamping member 9 which are symmetrically disposed on the left and right, and a connecting member 10 connected to the first clamping member 8 and the second clamping member 9.
The connecting piece 10 is approximately a plate body mounting structure, and an elastic pressing component is arranged near the outer edge part to realize elastic pressing of the top wall of the hole opening end 11 of the pipe joint casting 7. The elastic compression assembly comprises a cavity seat 22 convexly arranged on the top wall of the outer edge part of the connecting piece 10, a compression block 23 with the lower end being in limit fit in the cavity seat 22, and a compression spring 24 sleeved on the compression block 23 to act on the compression block 23. In the compressed state, the lower end wall of the compression block 23 is compressed against the top wall of the hole opening end 11 of the pipe joint casting 7. In order to realize the limit of the compression block 23 and prevent the compression block from falling out of the bottom of the cavity seat 22, a limit ring plate 25 extending radially inwards is arranged at the bottom of the cavity seat 22, and an annular baffle plate 26 arranged on the limit ring plate 25 is arranged at a position close to the upper section of the lower end of the compression block 23. The first clamping piece 8 and the second clamping piece 9 are also plate structures, the first clamping piece 8 and the second clamping piece 9 are jointly provided with a pull-connecting piece 12 for pulling the pull rod 3, and the first clamping piece 8 and the second clamping piece 9 are respectively provided with a clamping end 13 so as to realize the compression of the clamping end 13 on a bottom plate 14 on the pipe joint casting 7 when the pull rod 3 pushes the pull-connecting piece 12 to enable the clamping piece 2 to rotate relative to the clamping seat 1. In order to realize the rotary assembly of the clamping piece 2 on the clamping seat 1, a mounting shaft 20 is respectively arranged on the first clamping piece 8 and the second clamping piece 9 in a penetrating way, and the mounting shafts 20 are respectively arranged on the clamping seat 1, so that the rotary assembly of the clamping piece 2 on the clamping seat 1 is realized through the first clamping piece 8, the second clamping piece 9 and the corresponding mounting shafts 20. In some embodiments, the pull rod 3 is provided with a hooked pull-out end 21, the pull-out end 21 being hooked with the pull-out piece 12, and both ends of the pull-out piece 12 being threaded onto the first clamping piece 8 and the second clamping piece 9. Refer to fig. 4.
When in use, a workpiece (namely the pipe joint casting 7) is placed in the clamping groove 5 of the clamping seat 1, the bottom plate 14 of the workpiece is placed on the clamping base 6, the center positioning column 15 is used for positioning the through hole 17 at the bottom end 16 of the workpiece, and the sub positioning columns 18 are used for positioning the mounting holes 19 on the bottom plate 14. Then, the self cylinder piston rod of the lathe is started, so that the pull rod 3 is advanced to push the pull-connecting piece 12, and the clamping piece 2 rotates relative to the clamping seat 1, so that the clamping end 13 compresses the bottom plate 14 on the workpiece.
