The front fixing handle 73 and the rear fixing handle 74 are respectively mounted on the top ends of the front fixing screw 731 and the rear fixing screw 741, so that the vertical height of the pressing rod 71 can be conveniently adjusted. The pressing block 75 is arranged at the bottom end of the left cross rod of the pressing rod 71 and is matched with the carriage bottom plate supporting block 44 on the support assembly 4 for use, so that the flatness and the stability of the carriage bottom plate after fixing are ensured.
Referring to fig. 2 and 12, in the present embodiment, the limiting rod assembly 8 is mainly used for positioning the distance between the left and right side plates of the car; after the left and right side plates of the carriage are placed on the clamp, the distance between the left and right side plates is fixed by the limiting rod assembly 8, and then the left and right side plates are fixed by the left and right clamp assemblies 6. The limiting rod assembly 8 comprises a limiting rod shaft 81, a fixed pressing claw 82 and a movable pressing claw 83. The limiting rod shaft 81 is mounted at the upper ends of the left and right side plates of the carriage and is specifically arranged between the left and right side plates of the carriage; the fixed pressing claw 82 is fixed at the two ends of the limit rod shaft 81 through a hexagonal thin nut 84 and an adjusting screw 85; the movable pressing claw 83 is arranged on the outer side of the fixed pressing claw 82 and is in threaded fit connection with the fixed pressing claw 82 through an adjusting support 86; a space for accommodating the left and right side plates of the spacing compartment is formed between the movable pressing claw 83 and the fixed pressing claw 82. In this embodiment, the fixed pressing claw 82 and the movable pressing claw 83 are used to fix the initial positions of the left and right plates; the limit lever shaft 81 is used for determining the distance between the left side plate and the right side plate; the adjusting support 86 is used for adjusting the movable pressing claw 83; the adjusting screw 85 is used for adjusting the position of the fixed pressing claw 82.
The working principle is as follows:
(1) firstly, placing left and right side plates of a carriage at the corresponding positions of the left and right clamp assemblies 6;
(2) the distance between the left side plate and the right side plate is determined by utilizing the limiting rod assembly 8;
(3) fixing the left and right side plates by using the left and right clamp assemblies 6, and taking the limiting rod assembly 8 away;
(4) the position of the adjusting positioning pin 46 for leaning the front side plate of the carriage against the bracket assembly 4;
(5) placing and fixing a rear side plate of the carriage on a rear side clamp assembly 5;
(6) the bottom plate of the carriage is placed on a carriage bottom plate supporting block 44 of the bracket assembly 4, the left side and the right side of the carriage are aligned with the left side plate and the right side plate, and the rear side of the carriage is aligned with the rear side plate;
(7) the carriage bottom plate and the front side plate are fixed by a pressure lever assembly 7;
(8) after one side is welded in a position, the welding operation can be performed on the position which is not welded and is rotated by rotating the clamp body 3, and the situation that an operator rotates around the clamp body 3 to weld is avoided.
The clamp is adopted to carry out the tailor-welding work of the truck carriage, so that the clamp is simple to operate, time-saving and labor-saving, the working efficiency and the operation safety of operators can be ensured, and the overall quality and the consistency of manufactured products can be ensured.

1. A splicing welding clamp for a truck carriage is characterized by comprising a base assembly, a turntable assembly arranged at the upper end of the base assembly, a clamp body fixedly connected with the rotating movable end of the turntable assembly, and sub-assemblies which are arranged on the clamp body and used for fixing side plates and a bottom plate of the carriage; each sub-assembly specifically comprises a support assembly, a rear side clamp assembly, a left side clamp assembly, a right side clamp assembly, a pressure rod assembly and a limiting rod assembly, and the movable adjusting structures are respectively adopted, so that the position of the carriage plate body in the corresponding sub-assembly can be adjusted;
the pressure bar assembly includes:
the pressure rod is arranged above the bracket assembly and is formed by vertically overlapping a left cross rod and a right cross rod, and the right cross rod is overlapped on the left cross rod; a space for accommodating a bottom plate of the carriage is formed between the lower end of the left cross rod and the support assembly, and a space for accommodating a front plate of the carriage is formed between the lower end of the right cross rod and the left cross rod;
the left end of the compression bar is in threaded fit with a compression bar rear fixing screw rod, and the right end of the compression bar is in threaded fit with a compression bar front fixing screw rod; the fixing screw rod at the front side of the compression bar and the fixing screw rod at the rear side of the compression bar are both vertically arranged above the clamp body, and the height of the compression bar can be adjusted under the matching of the fixing screw rods and the clamp body;
the front side fixing handle and the rear side fixing handle of the compression bar are respectively arranged at the top ends of the front side fixing screw rod and the rear side fixing screw rod of the compression bar;
and the pressing block is arranged at the bottom end of the left cross rod of the pressing rod and is matched with the carriage body bottom plate supporting block on the support assembly.
2. The truck bed tailor welding jig of claim 1, wherein said base assembly comprises:
a well-shaped steel frame;
the four base assembly supports are respectively arranged at four corners of the bottom end of the well-shaped steel frame;
the base assembly reinforcing steel plate is arranged on the upper surface of the # -shaped steel frame;
and the turntable connecting steel plate is arranged in the middle of the # -shaped steel frame and is connected with the fixed end of the turntable assembly.
3. The truck bed tailor welding jig of claim 1, wherein said turntable assembly comprises:
the turntable bottom plate is fixedly connected with the top end of the base assembly;
the turntable spindle is arranged in the middle of the turntable bottom plate and extends upwards along the middle of the turntable bottom plate;
the rotary disc rotor is connected with the rotary disc spindle and is driven by the rotary disc spindle to rotate;
the fixture connecting plate is connected with the turntable rotor; the turntable assembly is connected with the fixture body through the fixture body connecting plate, so that the fixture body rotates under the driving of the rotation of the turntable spindle and the turntable rotor.
4. The tailor welding jig for truck beds of claim 1, wherein said jig body comprises:
the turntable is connected with the supporting seat, and the middle part of the turntable connected with the supporting seat is connected with the turntable assembly;
the rear clamp assembly connecting plate is arranged at one side end of the turntable connecting support seat and is connected with the rear clamp assembly above the clamp body;
the left and right clamp connecting plates are distributed at the front and rear side ends of the turntable connecting support seat and are respectively connected with corresponding left and right clamp assemblies above the clamp body;
the supporting frame assembly connecting plates are distributed at the left side end and the right side end of the turntable connecting and supporting seat, extend along the front length direction and the rear length direction of the clamp body respectively, and are connected with the support assembly above the clamp body.
5. The truck bed tailor welding jig of claim 1, wherein said bracket assembly comprises:
the two vertical supporting rods are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the clamp body;
the two clamp body connecting supports are respectively arranged at the bottom ends of the two vertical supporting rods, and the support assembly is connected with the clamp body through the clamp body connecting supports;
the transverse supporting rod is arranged between the two vertical supporting rods and fixedly connects the top ends of the two vertical supporting rods;
and the carriage body bottom plate supporting block is arranged at the upper end of the transverse supporting rod and is used for supporting the carriage bottom plate.
6. The truck bed tailor welding jig of claim 5, wherein said bracket assembly further comprises:
the bracket positioning pin is arranged at the bottom end of one of the two clamp body connecting supports;
and the adjusting positioning pin is arranged at the side end of one of the two vertical supporting rods.
7. The truck bed tailor welding jig of claim 1, wherein said rear clamp assembly comprises:
the lower end of the rear clamp support is connected with the clamp body;
the rear clamp is characterized by comprising a rear clamp thread bushing and a rear clamp threaded rod, wherein the rear clamp thread bushing is transversely arranged on the rear clamp support, and the interior of the rear clamp thread bushing is rotatably connected with the rear clamp threaded rod; one end of the rear clamp threaded rod is connected with the rear clamp handle, and the other end of the rear clamp threaded rod transversely extends to be rotatably connected with one end of the rear clamp support along the inside of the rear clamp threaded bushing;
the rear side clamp short arm is fixed at the upper end of the rear side clamp thread bushing, and the head of the rear side clamp short arm faces to the extending direction of the rear side clamp thread rod;
the rear clamp adjusting block is fixed on a rear clamp support at the side of the rear clamp short arm, and a space for accommodating a carriage rear side plate is formed between the rear clamp adjusting block and the rear clamp short arm;
and the rear side clamp rubber cushion block is arranged at the contact part of the head of the rear side clamp short arm and the carriage rear side plate.
8. The truck bed tailor welding jig of claim 1, wherein said left and right clamp assemblies comprise:
the lower ends of the left and right clamp supports are connected with the clamp body;
the left and right clamp threaded bushings are arranged on the left and right clamp supports and extend along the front and rear length directions of the clamp body, and the left and right clamp threaded bushings are rotatably connected inside the left and right clamp threaded bushings; the outer ends of the left and right clamp threaded rods are connected with left and right clamp handles, and the inner ends of the left and right clamp threaded rods extend to be rotatably connected with one end of a left and right clamp support along the insides of left and right clamp threaded bushings;
the left and right clamp short arms are fixed at the upper ends of the left and right clamp threaded bushings, and the heads of the left and right clamp short arms face the extending direction of the inner ends of the left and right clamp threaded rods;
the left and right clamp adjusting blocks are fixed on left and right clamp supports at the sides of the left and right clamp short arms, and spaces for accommodating left and right side plates of a carriage are formed between the left and right clamp adjusting blocks and the left and right clamp short arms;
