In real life, bolts are used in various industries, such as valve connections, flowmeter installation, etc., where bolts are required. In order to prevent the exposed bolt from being corroded, paint spraying, rust prevention and beautification treatment is often required to be carried out on the surface of the bolt. However, when some equipment is overhauled, the bolts are required to be removed, and paint on the threaded surfaces of the bolts can prevent the bolts from being removed, so that the paint on the threaded surfaces of the bolts needs to be removed first. The conventional method for removing the paint on the surface of the screw thread of the bolt is to firstly soften the paint surface by using a paint remover and then manually remove the paint. The left half part of the die and the outer bracket are of an integrated structure, and the right half part of the die and the sliding block are of an integrated structure.
The second object of the invention is realized in such a way that: a method for removing bolt paint comprises the following steps:
a. preparing the special cleaning tool for the bolt paint;
b. holding a handle of the removal tool with one hand and holding a pull rod with the other hand and pulling the pull rod so that the left half of the die and the right half of the die are separated;
c. the paint removing tool is close to a bolt for removing paint, so that a screw rod of the bolt for removing paint is arranged between the left half part of the die and the right half part of the die in a penetrating way;
d. loosening the pull rod, and splicing the left half part of the die and the right half part of the die into a die whole, so that a screw rod of a bolt for removing paint is penetrated in a threaded hole of the die whole;
e. swinging or rotating the handle around the screw rod of the bolt to be cleaned of paint, so as to complete the cleaning work of paint on the screw rod of the bolt;
f. after the paint on the bolt and the screw is cleaned, the pull rod is pulled to take the device off the bolt and the screw.
The special cleaning tool for cleaning paint on the screw rod of the bolt has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation. The spring in a compressed state is arranged in the handle of the cleaning tool, so that the left half part of the die and the right half part of the die are tightly attached, and paint on the surface of a screw rod of the bolt is cleaned rapidly. The outer bracket 1 is of a U-shaped structure, and the left half part 2 of the die is arranged at the inner bottom of the outer bracket 1 and is of an integrated structure. The sliding block 4 is arranged between the two side walls of the outer bracket 1, and two sides of the sliding block 4 are attached to the two side wall surfaces of the sliding block 4. The slide 4 can slide back and forth in the outer bracket 1 along the contact surface towards the extending end direction of the side wall of the outer bracket 1. The right half die 3 is fixed at the front end of the sliding block 4 and is in an integrated structure with the sliding block 4, and the split and separation of the left half die 2 and the right half die 3 are realized in the sliding process of the sliding block 4. The handle 12 is a hollow round straight pipe, one end of the handle is butted with the extending ends of the two side walls of the outer bracket 1 through a convex edge on the outer pipe wall and is fixedly connected together through a fixing bolt 17, so that the length direction of the handle 12 is consistent with the extending direction of the side walls of the outer bracket 1. The free end of the handle 12 is provided with a spring blocking piece 8, the spring blocking piece 8 is a round straight pipe with one end open and one end blocked, and the core part of the blocked end is provided with a pull rod hole. The spring block 8 is screwed inside or outside the free end of the handle 12 by means of threads 11 on the tube wall. The spring plug 8 of this embodiment is screwed into the handle 12 with the open end facing into the handle 12 by means of threads 11 provided on the outer tube wall cooperating with threads on the inner tube wall of the free end of the handle 12.
The push rod 5 is penetrated in the handle 12, one end of the push rod is fixedly connected with the rear end of the sliding block 4 through a set screw 18, and the other end of the push rod penetrates out of a pull rod hole in the spring plug 8. The handle which is convenient for pulling the push rod 5 to move back and forth is arranged at the penetrating end of the push rod 5, the handle in the embodiment is a pull rod 10 with a through hole in the middle, the pull rod 10 vertically penetrates through the through hole in the middle and is sleeved at one end of the push rod 5, and the pull rod 10 and the pull rod are fixedly connected through screwing a nut 9 at the tail end of the push rod 5. The spring 7 is sleeved on the push rod 5, one end of the spring 7 is abutted against a first boss 6 on the rod surface of the push rod 5, the other end is abutted against a blocking surface of a spring blocking piece 8 screwed in the free end of the handle 12, in order to prevent the deformed spring 7 from being separated from the blocking surface of the spring blocking piece 8, a thrust bearing 16 is sleeved on the push rod 5, and the thrust bearing 16 is arranged between the blocking surface of the spring blocking piece 8 and the rear end of the spring 7 and is pressed against the blocking surface under the action of the spring force. In a natural state, the spring 7 is in a compressed state, so that the spring 7 is applied to the first boss 6 on the push rod 5 and then transmitted to the push rod 5, and the push rod 5 pushes the slide block 4, so that the right half 3 of the die on the slide block 4 and the left half 2 of the die are spliced into a complete die whole.
A fastening jacking pipe 14 is also sleeved on the spring 7 on the push rod 5 in the handle 12, and the front end of the fastening jacking pipe 14 abuts against the second boss 15. When the device is difficult to remove paint on a screw rod due to failure of spring force, the spring plug 8 can be screwed into the handle 12, so that the opening end of the spring plug 8 is pressed against the rear end of the fastening jacking pipe 12, the front end of the fastening jacking pipe 12 is pressed against the second boss 15 on the push rod 5, and the left half 2 of the die and the right half 3 of the die can be tightly spliced to avoid failure of the spring force.

e. The handle 5 of the cleaning tool is rotated or swung back and forth around the screw rod of the bolt to be cleaned, so that the paint on the screw rod of the bolt can be cleaned.
f. After the paint on the bolt and the screw is cleaned, the device can be taken down from the bolt and the screw by pulling the pull rod 10.
