本发明公开了母猪催情粉的制备方法，包括：提取、改性、煎制、制备辅剂、复配，母猪催情粉的组成及其重量份为：辅剂120‑140份、改性鱼油35‑40份、中药制剂9‑12份、药剂2‑3份、多维生素制剂0.7‑0.9份、多矿物质制剂0.8‑1.2份。有益效果为：本发明中母猪催情粉的制备方法简单易操作，使用鲢鱼内脏、鲜椿树叶、鲜桃树叶等物质制备催情粉，不仅节约了成本，而且实现了对母猪的催情效果；母猪催情粉能够刺激垂体前叶黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素的分泌，解除相关调控因子的抑制作用，黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素进一步促进卵泡的成熟排放，促进母猪发情。

母猪催情粉的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及动物催情制剂的制备领域，尤其是涉及母猪催情粉的制备方法。
技术背景
传统的母猪料一般分为空怀母猪料、妊娠母猪料和哺乳母猪料。其用途仅是满足空怀期、妊娠期和哺乳期的营养需要。其主要成分包括：玉米、豆粕、麸皮、杂粕、钙磷、食盐、各种维生素、矿物质、氨基酸及诱食剂等。按照其生长发育对各种营养的需求比例和消化吸收的特点，通过对各原料营养成分系统分析后，将按标准粉碎后的原料按配方比例混合、制粒、包装而成。其缺点在于重在营养需求，不能更好地确保不同功能阶段生理功能的充分发挥，对于空怀期而言，在生产中常出现发情障碍、宫寒不孕及产科炎症，使生产效益受到极大的影响。
关于母猪催情粉的制备技术有很多方法，现有技术如授权公众号为CN 103463228B的中国发明专利，公开了一种母猪催情粉，该发明方法中的母猪催情包含以下组分：银杏叶、覆盆子、淫羊藿、黄芪、大黄、党参、女贞子、防风、白术、鸡血藤、仙鹤草、紫草、何首乌、甘草，将中药组分碾磨成粉状即为母猪催情粉，具有制备简单的优点，但是该母猪催情粉中仅仅含有多种中药制剂，没有将中药制剂与药剂进行配合食用，催情粉中缺乏不饱和氨基酸、维生素等营养物质，因此，该母猪催情粉的催情效率较低，对母猪发情周期的缩短效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种母猪催情粉的制备方法，制备方法简单易行，催情粉配方合理，营养全面，催情作用显著。
本发明针对背景技术中提到的问题，采取的技术方案为：母猪催情粉的制备方法，包括：提取、改性、煎制、制备辅剂、复配，具体包括以下步骤：
提取：称取新鲜鲢鱼内脏，去除内脏中的消化残留物，洗净沥干，在匀浆机中匀浆，将匀浆置于容器中，加入匀浆重量1.8-2.2倍的蒸馏水，搅拌下水浴升温至30-34℃，调节pH到7.8-8.0，继续搅拌升温至45-50℃，保温25-35分钟，加入鱼内脏重8-10%的氯化钾搅拌溶解后盐析33-35分钟后趁热离心，分离得粗鱼油；钾法提取鱼内脏油以除去杂质，为进一步改性做准备；
改性：称取粗鱼油120-130份、维生素C0.06-0.065份放于密闭容器中混合均匀，将反应容器置于超声仪中，加热至72-75℃并保持，持续通入氧气8-12分钟，然后加入0.5-0.6份脱饱和酶、0.05-0.06份还原型辅酶Ⅱ、0.015-0.018份2，3-环氧-1-丙醇，在超声密度0.5-0.55W/cm2、超声频率为75-80KHz的高超声波作用下反应60-80秒，虹吸酶促鱼油并用热水洗3-4次，趁热离心，取上层液体低温脱水即得改性鱼内脏油；酶促反应能将饱和脂肪酸的中间位置碳碳双键的氢被氧夺去生成水，从而使长链饱和脂肪酸失去氢转化为对应的不饱和脂肪酸，从而使鱼内脏油中富含DHA、EPA等多不饱和脂肪酸；2，3-环氧-1-丙醇能够对酶促反应的反应物与产物的空间结构产生影响，增加产物中顺式不饱和脂肪酸的占比，降低产物中反式不饱和脂肪酸的含量，从而增强不饱和脂肪酸的营养价值，使其非常适合作为母猪的营养强化成分；
煎制：称取益母草32-34份、陈艾草25-27份、王不留行40-45份、补羊脂15-18份、淫羊蕾15-18份、肉从蓉10-14份、阳起石8-10份、香附20-25份、冤丝子40-45份、木通15-20份、黄芪22-25份、当归30-35份、红糖66-70份，碾成细末，过80-100目筛，筛出物重复碾磨过筛，直至全部过筛，将中药粉剂煎水制膏，膏含水量为15-20%，待用；中药制剂可以有效的护宫，预防母猪子宫与产道感染，提高机体的抗菌抗病能力，提高免疫能力、应激能力；
制备辅剂：称取100-150质量份红糖与1.5-2.5质量倍的清水入锅煎熬，加入45-50份黄酒、10-15份大葱、27-28份白糖、19-20份生姜、20-35份韭菜、15-16份鲜椿树叶、15-16份鲜桃树叶，混合煎熬成稀膏状待用；辅剂能够促进母猪生殖系统发育，促进原始卵泡的活化，使性激素分泌增加，同时还可以改善内分泌机能，增强繁殖性能，促进母猪发情；
复配：称取辅剂120-140份、改性鱼油35-40份、中药制剂9-12份、药剂2-3份、多维生素制剂0.7-0.9份、多矿物质制剂0.8-1.2份，将混合物低温干燥后粉碎，过80-100目筛，将筛出物继续粉碎过筛，直至全部过筛，即得母猪催情粉；催情粉不仅含有丰富的维生素、矿物质、不饱和脂肪酸、糖等母猪产后所需的营养物质，还具有预防母猪子宫与产道感染、提高机体的抗菌抗病能力的作用，同时还可以刺激垂体前叶黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素的分泌，促进卵泡的成熟与排放，促进母猪发情。
作为优选，所用药剂为重量比为0.32-0.35:1:0.35-0.45:0.12-0.15的18-甲基诀诺酮、胡萝卜素、磺胺粉、（1R，2S）-1-氨基-2,3-二氢-1H-茚-2-醇的混合物；胡萝卜素具有抗氧化、解毒等作用，有助于提高产后母猪自身的抗病抗菌能力；（1R，2S）-1-氨基-2,3-二氢-1H-茚-2-醇可以作用于下丘脑，增加黄体生成素释放激素的释放，再刺激垂体前叶黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素的分泌，解除相关调控因子的抑制作用，黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素进一步促进卵泡的成熟排放，促进母猪发情。
作为优选，多维生素制剂：VA或VB1或VB2或VB6或VB12或VC或VD或VE或VK或泛酸钙或烟酸或叶酸或生物素或肌醇或微晶纤维素的至少五种的混合物；多维同时可以加快母猪的生殖器官发育，提高排卵数与卵子质量，提高窝产仔数，提高产仔数；

1）称取新鲜鲢鱼内脏，去除内脏中的消化残留物，洗净沥干，在匀浆机中匀浆，将匀浆置于容器中，加入匀浆重量1.8倍的蒸馏水，搅拌下水浴升温至30℃，调节pH到7.8，继续搅拌升温至45℃，保温25分钟，加入鱼内脏重8%的氯化钾搅拌溶解后盐析33分钟后趁热离心，分离得粗鱼油；2）称取粗鱼油120份、维生素C0.06份放于密闭容器中混合均匀，将反应容器置于超声仪中，加热至72℃并保持，持续通入氧气8分钟，然后加入0.5份脱饱和酶、0.05份还原型辅酶Ⅱ、0.015份2,3-环氧-1-丙醇，在超声密度0.5W/cm2、超声频率为75KHz的高超声波作用下反应60秒，虹吸酶促鱼油并用热水洗3次，趁热离心，取上层液体低温脱水即得改性鱼内脏油；3）称取益母草32份、陈艾草25份、王不留行40份、补羊脂15份、淫羊蕾15份、肉从蓉10份、阳起石8份、香附20份、冤丝子40份、木通15份、黄芪22份、当归30份、红糖66份，碾成细末，过80目筛，筛出物重复碾磨过筛，直至全部过筛，将中药粉剂煎水制膏，膏含水量为15%；4）称取100质量份红糖与1.5质量倍的清水入锅煎熬，加入45份黄酒、10份大葱、27份白糖、19份生姜、20份韭菜、15份鲜椿树叶、15份鲜桃树叶，混合煎熬成稀膏状待用；5）称取辅剂120份、改性鱼油35份、中药制剂9份、药剂2份、多维生素制剂0.7份、多矿物质制剂0.8份，将混合物低温干燥后粉碎，过80目筛，将筛出物继续粉碎过筛，直至全部过筛，即得母猪催情粉。
实施2：
母猪催情粉的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1）提取：称取新鲜鲢鱼内脏，去除内脏中的消化残留物，洗净沥干，在匀浆机中匀浆，将匀浆置于容器中，加入匀浆重量2.2倍的蒸馏水，搅拌下水浴升温至34℃，调节pH到8.0，继续搅拌升温至50℃，保温35分钟，加入鱼内脏重10%的氯化钾搅拌溶解后盐析35分钟后趁热离心，分离得粗鱼油；钾法提取鱼内脏油以除去杂质，为进一步改性做准备；
2）改性：称取粗鱼油130份、维生素C0.065份放于密闭容器中混合均匀，将反应容器置于超声仪中，加热至75℃并保持，持续通入氧气12分钟，然后加入0.6份脱饱和酶、0.06份还原型辅酶Ⅱ、0.018份2,3-环氧-1-丙醇，在超声密度0.55W/cm2、超声频率为80KHz的高超声波作用下反应80秒，虹吸酶促鱼油并用热水洗4次，趁热离心，取上层液体低温脱水即得改性鱼内脏油；酶促反应能将饱和脂肪酸的中间位置碳碳双键的氢被氧夺去生成水，从而使长链饱和脂肪酸失去氢转化为对应的不饱和脂肪酸，从而使鱼内脏油中富含DHA、EPA等多不饱和脂肪酸；
3）煎制：称取益母草34份、陈艾草27份、王不留行45份、补羊脂18份、淫羊蕾18份、肉从蓉14份、阳起石10份、香附25份、冤丝子45份、木通20份、黄芪25份、当归35份、红糖70份，碾成细末，过100目筛，筛出物重复碾磨过筛，直至全部过筛，将中药粉剂煎水制膏，膏含水量为20%，待用；中药制剂可以有效的护宫，预防母猪子宫与产道感染，提高机体的抗菌抗病能力，提高免疫能力、应激能力；
4）制备辅剂：称取150质量份红糖与2.5质量倍的清水入锅煎熬，加入50份黄酒、15份大葱、28份白糖、20份生姜、35份韭菜、16份鲜椿树叶、16份鲜桃树叶，混合煎熬成稀膏状待用；辅剂能够促进母猪生殖系统发育，促进原始卵泡的活化，使性激素分泌增加，同时还可以改善内分泌机能，增强繁殖性能，促进母猪发情；
5）复配：称取辅剂140份、改性鱼油40份、中药制剂12份、药剂3份、多维生素制剂0.9份、多矿物质制剂1.2份，将混合物低温干燥后粉碎，过100目筛，将筛出物继续粉碎过筛，直至全部过筛，即得母猪催情粉；催情粉不仅含有丰富的维生素、矿物质、不饱和脂肪酸、糖等母猪产后所需的营养物质，还具有预防母猪子宫与产道感染、提高机体的抗菌抗病能力的作用，同时还可以刺激垂体前叶黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素的分泌，促进卵泡的成熟与排放，促进母猪发情。

改性：称取粗鱼油120份、维生素C0.064份放于密闭容器中混合均匀，将反应容器置于超声仪中，加热至74℃并保持，持续通入氧气10分钟，然后加入0.55份脱饱和酶、0.055份还原型辅酶Ⅱ、0.016份2，3-环氧-1-丙醇，在超声密度0.54W/cm2、超声频率为78KHz的高超声波作用下反应70秒，虹吸酶促鱼油并用热水洗3次，趁热离心，取上层液体低温脱水即得改性鱼内脏油；酶促反应能将饱和脂肪酸的中间位置碳碳双键的氢被氧夺去生成水，从而使长链饱和脂肪酸失去氢转化为对应的不饱和脂肪酸，从而使鱼内脏油中富含DHA、EPA等多不饱和脂肪酸；2，3-环氧-1-丙醇能够对酶促反应的反应物与产物的空间结构产生影响，增加产物中顺式不饱和脂肪酸的占比，降低产物中反式不饱和脂肪酸的含量，从而增强不饱和脂肪酸的营养价值，使其非常适合作为母猪的营养强化成分；
煎制：称取益母草33份、陈艾草26份、王不留行44份、补羊脂16份、淫羊蕾16份、肉从蓉12份、阳起石9份、香附24份、冤丝子44份、木通18份、黄芪24份、当归34份、红糖68份，碾成细末，过90目筛，筛出物重复碾磨过筛，直至全部过筛，将中药粉剂煎水制膏，膏含水量为18%，待用；中药制剂可以有效的护宫，预防母猪子宫与产道感染，提高机体的抗菌抗病能力，提高免疫能力、应激能力；
制备辅剂：称取120质量份红糖与1.8质量倍的清水入锅煎熬，加入48份黄酒、12份大葱、27份白糖、20份生姜、22份韭菜、16份鲜椿树叶、16份鲜桃树叶，混合煎熬成稀膏状待用；辅剂能够促进母猪生殖系统发育，促进原始卵泡的活化，使性激素分泌增加，同时还可以改善内分泌机能，增强繁殖性能，促进母猪发情；
复配：称取辅剂130份、改性鱼油40份、中药制剂12份、0.52份18-甲基诀诺酮、0.59份磺胺粉、1.47份胡萝卜素、0.22份（1R，2S）-1-氨基-2，3-二氢-1H-茚-2-醇、0.1份VA、0.1份VB1、0.1份VC、0.1份VD、0.1份VE、0.1份VK、0.1份泛酸钙、0.1份烟酸、多矿物质制剂1.0份，将混合物低温干燥后粉碎，过90目筛，将筛出物继续粉碎过筛，直至全部过筛，即得母猪催情粉；催情粉不仅含有丰富的维生素、矿物质、不饱和脂肪酸、糖等母猪产后所需的营养物质，还具有预防母猪子宫与产道感染、提高机体的抗菌抗病能力的作用，同时还可以刺激垂体前叶黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素的分泌，促进卵泡的成熟与排放，促进母猪发情。

Claims (8)

1.母猪催情粉的制备方法，包括：提取、改性、煎制、制备辅剂、复配，其特征在于：所述的改性步骤为：称取粗鱼油120-130份、维生素C0.06-0.065份放于密闭容器中混合均匀，将反应容器置于超声仪中，加热至72-75℃并保持，持续通入氧气8-12分钟，然后加入脱饱和酶、还原型辅酶Ⅱ、2，3-环氧-1-丙醇，在超声密度0.5-0.55W/cm2、超声频率为75-80KHz的高超声波作用下反应60-80秒，虹吸酶促鱼油并用热水洗3-4次，趁热离心，取上层液体低温脱水即得改性鱼内脏油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的母猪催情粉的制备方法，其特征在于：所述改性步骤中的脱饱和酶的重量份为0.5-0.6份，还原型辅酶Ⅱ为0.05-0.06份、2，3-环氧-1-丙醇为0.015-0.018份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的母猪催情粉的制备方法，其特征在于：所述提取步骤为：称取新鲜鲢鱼内脏，去除内脏中的消化残留物，洗净沥干，在匀浆机中匀浆，将匀浆置于容器中，加入匀浆重量1.8-2.2倍的蒸馏水，搅拌下水浴升温至30-34℃，调节pH到7.8-8.0，继续搅拌升温至45-50℃，保温25-35分钟，加入鱼内脏重8-10%的氯化钾搅拌溶解后盐析33-35分钟后趁热离心，分离得粗鱼油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的母猪催情粉的制备方法，其特征在于：所述煎制步骤为：称取中草药碾成细末，过80-100目筛，筛出物重复碾磨过筛，直至全部过筛，将中药粉剂煎水制膏，膏含水量为15-20%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的母猪催情粉的制备方法，其特征在于：所述煎制步骤中的中草药的组成及其重量份为：益母草32-34份、陈艾草25-27份、王不留行40-45份、补羊脂15-18份、淫羊蕾15-18份、肉从蓉10-14份、阳起石8-10份、香附20-25份、冤丝子40-45份、木通15-20份、黄芪22-25份、当归30-35份、红糖66-70份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的母猪催情粉的制备方法，其特征在于：所述制备辅剂步骤为：称取100-150质量份红糖与1.5-2.5质量倍的清水入锅煎熬，加入45-50份黄酒、10-15份大葱、27-28份白糖、19-20份生姜、20-35份韭菜、15-16份鲜椿树叶、15-16份鲜桃树叶，混合煎熬成稀膏状待用。
7.根据权利要求1所述的母猪催情粉的制备方法，其特征在于：所述复配步骤为：称取辅剂120-140份、改性鱼油35-40份、中药制剂9-12份、药剂2-3份、多维生素制剂0.7-0.9份、多矿物质制剂0.8-1.2份，将混合物低温干燥后粉碎，过80-100目筛，将筛出物继续粉碎过筛，直至全部过筛，即得母猪催情粉。
8.根据权利要求7所述的母猪催情粉的制备方法，其特征在于：所述复配步骤中的药剂为重量比为0.32-0.35:1:0.35-0.45:0.12-0.15的18-甲基诀诺酮、磺胺粉、胡萝卜素、（1R，2S）-1-氨基-2,3-二氢-1H-茚-2-醇的混合物。
