Abstract
本发明涉及护肤品领域,具体是矿泉活肤水及其制备方法,矿泉活肤水包括水、1,3‑丙二醇、甘油、海藻糖、烟酰胺、氰钴胺、苯氧乙醇、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、3‑o‑乙基抗坏血酸、泛醇和水解胶原,利用烟酰胺、3‑o‑乙基抗坏血酸、泛醇、氰钴胺和生育酚多种维生素协同作用配合水解胶原、海藻糖、透明质酸钠等原料制成矿泉活肤水,净化肌肤毛孔,有利于肌肤吸收营养成分,重塑肌肤水凝质感,维持角质层的透明感和柔软度,并补充矿泉美肌水,使肌肤感受活跃、水润、通透;维生素B12与透明质酸钠相互补充,改善皮肤代谢,促进吸收,有效提升基底自我保护力,改善肌肤暗沉,弹力下降的状况;淡化斑点、均匀肤色、美白焕亮、净透无瑕,肌肤耀现光、透、亮、白。

本发明涉及护肤品领域,具体是矿泉活肤水及其制备方法。
背景技术
水乳霜套盒是护肤品的基础配置,使用水乳霜时,水先涂抹在肌肤上,要求能快速吸收并给肌肤补充营养原料,所以,爽肤水的重要性不言而喻。
现有技术中的爽肤水吸收率达不到要求,部分产品添加维生素来改善吸收率和使用效果,但维生素不稳定性,遇到光、氧、热等容易被破坏,活性会失去50%甚至更高,导致用后效果不理想,怎样保持爽肤水中的维生素稳定,使其更容易吸收、更快清洁肌肤补充营养是将维生素应用于爽肤水时需要解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供矿泉活肤水及其制备方法,利用烟酰胺、3-o-乙基抗坏血酸、泛醇、氰钴胺和生育酚多种维生素协同作用配合水解胶原、海藻糖、透明质酸钠等原料制成矿泉活肤水,净化肌肤毛孔,有利于肌肤吸收营养原料,重塑肌肤水凝质感,维持角质层的透明感和柔软度,并补充矿泉美肌水,使肌肤感受活跃、水润、通透。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
矿泉活肤水,包括A相、B相,其中,A相包括水、1,3-丙二醇、甘油、海藻糖、烟酰胺、氰钴胺、苯氧乙醇、尿囊素和透明质酸钠;B相包括3-o-乙基抗坏血酸、泛醇和水解胶原。
优选地,矿泉活肤水,按重量份计,A相:水50-80份、1,3-丙二醇1-15份、甘油1-15份、海藻糖1-5份、烟酰胺1-5份、氰钴胺0.1-1份、苯氧乙醇0.1-1份、尿囊素0.1-1份和透明质酸钠0.1-1份;B相:3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.1-1份、泛醇0.1-1份和水解胶原0.1-1份。
优选地,矿泉活肤水,其中A相还包括β-葡聚糖、乙基己基甘油和EDTA二钠;B相还包括PEG-40氢化蓖麻油和香精。

矿泉活肤水的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳化锅加热至65-85℃,将A相原料投入,进行搅拌混合,搅拌转速为800-1200r/min,搅拌时间为10-20min,均质后保温备用;
S2、乳化锅抽真空,边搅拌边降温至40-50℃,搅拌转速为600-800r/min;投入B相原料混溶3-8min;
S3、均质后冷却至30-45℃,检验合格后出料;
S4、将料体灌装入对应包材,检验,包装,入库。
优选地,矿泉活肤水的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳化锅加热至75℃,将A相原料投入,进行搅拌混合,搅拌转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为15min,均质后保温备用;
S2、乳化锅抽真空,边搅拌边降温至45℃,搅拌转速为600r/min;投入B相原料混溶5min;
S3、均质后冷却至40℃,检验合格后出料;
S4、将料体灌装入对应包材,检验,包装,入库。
优选地,步骤S2中,采用匀速降温模式降温,每分钟降温3-5℃。
本发明中的烟酰胺,是维生素B3的一种衍生物,除了传统的美白效果之外,也被用于减少已经生成、沉淀的黑色素,阻隔其向表层细胞的转移,加速细胞新陈代谢、加快黑色素角质细胞脱落等。烟酰胺能够维持肌肤含水量,促进真皮层微循环。烟酰胺还能极大减少或消除皮肤老化现象,比如皱纹、起皮、毛孔粗大等,减少自由基对皮肤的伤害,起到预防老化、修复皮肤和减少面部暗沉的作用。
本发明中的氰钴胺,即维生素B12,可以强化皮肤的毛细血管和减轻炎症,改善因炎症导致的皮肤早衰。维生素B12被称为造血维生素,具有肌肤再生的优越效果,是促进人体肌肤新陈代谢的重要原料。
本发明中的3-o-乙基抗坏血酸,又称维生素C乙基醚,是维生素C的一种衍生物,能抑制酪氨酸酶的生成,从而抑制黑色素的产生,具有美白祛斑的功效,渗透性好,能稳定地存在,并被皮肤吸收。
本发明中的泛醇,又称维生素原B5,是一种维生素前体,其能够通过促进辅酶A的合成,从而起到肌肤保湿及修复的作用。泛醇和烟酰胺共同作用可以改善肌肤老化,如过度色素沉淀的问题。
本发明中的海藻糖,海藻糖分子量小,易于被皮肤吸收,进入细胞内发挥其独特的水替代应激因子作用和保护细胞膜的功能,提高细胞的抗干燥、抗冷冻能力,从而提高皮肤适应环境能力;降低水相的凝固点,提高产品低温稳定性;防止蛋白质变性、保持各种蛋白质及多肽类活性原料的功效,对于一些无法常温与长时间保持活性的生化物质的活性有良好的保持作用;优异的保水性、吸湿性,在严重脱水时,可代替细胞中水分的作用。透明质酸与海藻糖联合应用,互补增效,兼具生物保鲜和智能保湿作用,可始终保持组织和皮肤及护肤品本质的新鲜。
本发明中的水解胶原,也叫水解胶原蛋白,其具有保湿性好的特点,含有亲水性的天然保湿因子和三螺旋结构的水解胶原蛋白能够强力锁住水分,保护肌肤维持湿润和水嫩的状态;保持肌肤有光泽,水解胶原蛋白能够保持肌肤的含水量,从而保持住肌肤的光泽;紧致皮肤,水解胶原蛋白的分子小,非常容易被肌肤吸收,吸收后的水解胶原蛋白被填充到皮肤真皮之间,帮助增加皮肤的紧密度、产生肌肤张力、缩小皮肤的毛孔,使得皮肤变得紧绷有弹性;能够协助细胞制造成水解胶原蛋白,促使皮肤中的细胞正常成长;其在锁水保湿的同时,也锁住的精华液中的维生素原料,使其可以被肌肤充分吸收,减少因不能及时吸收造成的维生素失活,提高维生素的利用率,提升活焕肌白精华液效果。
本发明中的透明质酸钠,属于高分子聚合物,具有很强的润滑感和成膜性,含透明质酸钠的护肤品涂抹时润滑感明显,手感良好,涂于皮肤后,可在皮肤表面形成一层薄膜,使皮肤产生良好的光滑感和湿润感,对皮肤起到保护作用;通过促进表皮细胞的增殖和分化,以及清除氧自由基的作用,可促进受伤部位皮肤的再生,事先使用也有一定预防作用;较小的透明质酸钠可渗入皮肤表皮层,促进皮肤营养的供给和废物的排泄,从而防止皮肤老化,起到美容和养颜作用;与其他保湿剂相比,保湿效果更好。
与现有技术相比,本发明的原理及有益效果体现在:
1、添加多种维生素,发挥其相互协同作用,解决了添加单一维生素不稳定导致使用效果不佳的问题;
2、维生素B12与透明质酸钠相互补充,改善皮肤代谢,促进吸收,有效提升基底自我保护力,改善肌肤暗沉、弹力下降等状况;淡化斑点、均匀肤色、美白焕亮、净透无瑕,肌肤耀现光、透、亮、白;
3、水解胶原和透明质酸钠分子较小,易于被肌肤吸收,在吸收的同时促进其他营养成分的吸收,大大提升了肌肤对维生素等营养物质的吸收率;
4、适用各种肤质,尤其晦暗、粗糙、干燥的肌肤,长期使用,改善暗沉肤色,使肌肤恢复润泽焕亮,使肌肤鲜嫩细滑、细腻有光泽。

矿泉活肤水,包括以下原料,按重量份计,A相:水50份、1,3-丙二醇3份、甘油2份、海藻糖2份、烟酰胺3份、氰钴胺0.2份、苯氧乙醇0.3份、尿囊素0.4份、透明质酸钠0.3份、β-葡聚糖0.02份、乙基己基甘油0.01份和EDTA二钠0.02份;B相:3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.3份、泛醇0.2份、水解胶原0.3份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.003份和香精0.0005份。
其中,水选用矿泉水。
实施例2
矿泉活肤水,包括以下原料,按重量份计,A相:水75份、1,3-丙二醇8份、甘油8份、海藻糖3份、烟酰胺3份、氰钴胺0.6份、苯氧乙醇0.5份、尿囊素0.6份、透明质酸钠0.5份、β-葡聚糖0.06份、乙基己基甘油0.05份和EDTA二钠0.06份;B相:3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.5份、泛醇0.6份、水解胶原0.5份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.006份和香精0.0008份。
其中,水选用矿泉水。
实施例3
矿泉活肤水,包括以下原料,按重量份计,A相:水75份、1,3-丙二醇14份、甘油13份、海藻糖5份、烟酰胺4份、氰钴胺0.9份、苯氧乙醇0.8份、尿囊素0.9份、透明质酸钠0.8份、β-葡聚糖0.1份、乙基己基甘油0.09份和EDTA二钠0.08份;B相:3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.9份、泛醇0.8份、水解胶原0.9份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.008份和香精0.0008份。
其中,水选用矿泉水。
实施例1-3中所述的矿泉活肤水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳化锅加热至75℃,将A相原料投入,进行搅拌混合,搅拌转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为15min,均质后保温备用;
S2、乳化锅抽真空,边搅拌边降温至45℃,搅拌转速为600r/min;投入B相原料混溶5min;
S3、均质后冷却至40℃,检验合格后出料;
S4、将料体灌装入对应包材,检验,包装,入库。
在步骤S2中,采用匀速降温模式降温,每分钟降温3℃,十分钟从75℃降至45℃,匀速缓慢降温,精准控温,防止活性原料因急速降温发生变形。
对比例1
矿泉活肤水,包括以下原料,按重量份计,A相:水75份、1,3-丙二醇8份、甘油8份、海藻糖3份、苯氧乙醇0.5份、尿囊素0.6份、透明质酸钠0.5份、β-葡聚糖0.06份、乙基己基甘油0.05份和EDTA二钠0.06份;B相:水解胶原0.5份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.006份和香精0.0008份。
其中,不添加任何维生素。
对比例2
矿泉活肤水,包括以下原料,按重量份计,A相:水75份、1,3-丙二醇8份、甘油8份、海藻糖3份、烟酰胺3份、苯氧乙醇0.5份、尿囊素0.6份、透明质酸钠0.5份、β-葡聚糖0.06份、乙基己基甘油0.05份和EDTA二钠0.06份;B相:水解胶原0.5份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.006份和香精0.0008份。
其中,添加了单一维生素烟酰胺。
试验例1
对实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的矿泉活肤水的润肤提亮补水效果进行检测:
选择年龄处于25-40岁之间面部晦暗、皮肤粗糙干燥的志愿者50名,男女不限,随机分为5组,每组10人,分别使用实施例1-3制得的矿泉活肤水和对比例1-2制备的矿泉活肤水,使用方法为,每日早晚洁面后,取适量于掌心,轻拍于面部至吸收,或用化妆棉沾取适量,轻拭于面部,连续使用60天,60天后统计效果并拍照对比,试验效果如表1所示。

由表1试验数据可知,添加多种维生素的实施例1-3在改善肌肤光滑度、美白、提亮肤色、恢复肌肤弹性方面效果都非常好,而不加维生素的对比例1和只添加单一维生素的对比例2效果不如实施例1-3,综合对比,添加多种维生素后,维生素发生协同作用,提升了矿泉活肤水的改善肌肤效果。
试验例2
对实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的矿泉活肤水的补水效果进行检测:
选择年龄处于25-40岁之间皮肤易干燥(干性皮肤)的志愿者50名,男女不限,随机分为5组,每组10人,分别使用实施例1-3制得的矿泉活肤水和对比例1-2制备的矿泉活肤水,使用方法为,每日早晚洁面后,取适量于掌心,轻拍于面部至吸收,或用化妆棉沾取适量,轻拭于面部,采用德国CK公司皮肤水份测试仪CM825分别检测使用0h、6h、12h、24h后的皮肤含水量数值,并计算出每一组的平均值,试验效果如表2所示。

由表2试验数据可知,添加多种维生素的实施例1-3在补水、锁水、持久度方面效果都非常好,而不加维生素的对比例1和只添加单一维生素的对比例2补水效果和锁水时间不如实施例1-3,只添加单一维生素的对比例2补水效果和锁水时间超过不加维生素的对比例1,综合对比,添加多种维生素后,维生素发生协同作用,提升了矿泉活肤水的补水效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的矿泉活肤水,其特征在于:按重量份计,A相:水50-80份、1,3-丙二醇1-15份、甘油1-15份、海藻糖1-5份、烟酰胺1-5份、氰钴胺0.1-1份、苯氧乙醇0.1-1份、尿囊素0.1-1份和透明质酸钠0.1-1份;B相:3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.1-1份、泛醇0.1-1份和水解胶原0.1-1份。

6.根据权利要求5所述的矿泉活肤水,其特征在于:包括以下原料,按重量份计,A相:水75份、1,3-丙二醇8份、甘油8份、海藻糖3份、烟酰胺3份、氰钴胺0.6份、苯氧乙醇0.5份、尿囊素0.6份、透明质酸钠0.5份、β-葡聚糖0.06份、乙基己基甘油0.05份和EDTA二钠0.06份;B相:3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.5份、泛醇0.6份、水解胶原0.5份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.006份和香精0.0008份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的矿泉活肤水的制备方法,其特征在于:其包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳化锅加热至65-85℃,将A相原料投入,进行搅拌混合,搅拌转速为800-1200r/min,搅拌时间为10-20min,均质后保温备用;
S2、乳化锅抽真空,边搅拌边降温至40-50℃,搅拌转速为600-800r/min;投入B相原料混溶3-8min;
S3、均质后冷却至30-45℃,检验合格后出料;
S4、将料体灌装入对应包材,检验,包装,入库。
8.根据权利要求7所述的矿泉活肤水的制备方法,其特征在于:其包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳化锅加热至75℃,将A相原料投入,进行搅拌混合,搅拌转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为15min,均质后保温备用;
S2、乳化锅抽真空,边搅拌边降温至45℃,搅拌转速为600r/min;投入B相原料混溶5min;
S3、均质后冷却至40℃,检验合格后出料;
S4、将料体灌装入对应包材,检验,包装,入库。
9.根据权利要求7所述的矿泉活肤水的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,采用匀速降温模式降温,每分钟降温3-5℃。
