The moving slot 4 is used for providing a moving space for the moving main plate 5, and the connecting lug 62 is used for connecting the moving main plate 5 and the power transmission component at the bottom end. The movable slide columns 20 slidably connected to both ends of the movable control plate 17 provide a fixed sliding track for the movable control plate 17, and the movable screw 19 rotates to move the movable control plate 17 along the front-back direction of the bed plate 3. The moving motor 22 is used for providing torque to the moving screw rod 19 to rotate, and the moving motor 22 is preferably a stepping motor and converts an electric signal transmitted from a control center into a fixed angular displacement.
Supporting seats 59 are arranged on two sides of the top end of the movable main board 5, the center of each supporting seat 59 is fixedly connected with a bidirectional screw 56 through a bearing, each bidirectional screw 56 comprises a left-handed screw 57 arranged on the left side and a right-handed screw 58 fixedly connected with the left-handed screw 57, and a leg-separating hand wheel 15 is fixedly connected to the outer side of each bidirectional screw 56; two sides of the center of the supporting seat 59 are fixedly connected with guide posts; the main body of the leg separating plate 6 is L-shaped, the bottom ends of the leg separating plate 6 are fixedly connected with leg separating control blocks 97, screw holes 99 with opposite rotation directions are respectively arranged at the centers of the two leg separating control blocks 97, and sliding holes 98 are respectively formed in two sides of the center of each leg separating control block 97; the two leg-separating control blocks 97 are respectively in threaded connection with the left-handed screw 57 and the right-handed screw 58 through the screw holes 99, and the leg-separating control blocks 97 are sleeved on the guide columns through the slide holes 98.
The supporting seat 59 arranged on the moving main plate 5 is used for positioning the bidirectional screw 56 and the guide post, and the leg-separating principle of the leg-separating plate 6 is as follows: by turning the leg-separating hand wheel 15, the bidirectional screw 56 is turned. When the bidirectional screw 56 is rotated, the leg separating plates 6 screwed on the left-hand screw 57 and the right-hand screw 58 of the bidirectional screw move towards each other, i.e. move inwards or outwards at the same time, so that the leg separating plates 6 open the legs of the patient to a certain angle. The guide posts enable the leg-separating control block 97 to have a certain motion track, which does not rotate with the rotation of the bidirectional screw 56, but moves linearly.
The front end of the foot lifting plate 7 is hinged to the leg dividing plate 6, two sides of the bottom of the rear end of the foot lifting plate 7 are hinged to angle connecting rods 82, the bottom ends of the two angle connecting rods 82 are hinged to an angle thread head 83 and a sliding block 84 respectively, the angle thread head 83 is connected with an angle screw 85 through threads, two ends of the angle screw 85 are fixedly connected to the top end of the leg dividing plate 6 through bearings and bearing seats, an axially movable angle slide rod 86 is connected in the sliding block 84 in a sliding manner, the angle slide rod 86 is fixed to the top end of the leg dividing plate 6, the outer end of the angle screw 85 is fixedly connected with a first angle bevel gear 87, the first angle bevel gear 87 is connected with a second angle bevel gear 88 in a meshing manner, the second angle bevel gear 88 is fixedly connected with a vertical shaft 89, the vertical shaft 89 is fixed to the rear end of the leg dividing plate 6 through bearings and bearing, the first sliding bevel gear 90 is engaged with a second sliding bevel gear 91, the second sliding bevel gear 91 is fixedly connected with a sliding shaft 92, the sliding shaft 92 is fixedly connected with a sliding gear 93, and the sliding shaft 92 is fixed at the rear end of the leg-separating plate 6 through a bearing and a bearing seat; a through groove is formed in the rear side end of the leg separating plate 6, the sliding gear 93 penetrates through the through groove to be connected with a long gear shaft 60 in a meshed mode, the long gear shaft 60 is fixed to the side end of the movable main plate 5 through a bearing and a bearing seat, the outer end of the long gear shaft 60 is fixedly connected with a first lifting bevel gear 61, the first lifting bevel gear 61 is connected with a speed reducing mechanism 18 in a meshed mode, the speed reducing mechanism 18 is connected with a rack 16 in a meshed mode, and the rack 16 is fixed to the bottom end of the bed plate 3.
The angle adjustment of the lifter plate 7 is changed in accordance with the movement of the moving main plate 5. The angle adjustment principle of the foot lifting plate 7 is as follows: the speed reduction mechanism 18 rotates by itself via the rack 16 when the moving main plate 5 moves, and transmits torque to the slide gear 93, and the slide gear 93 transmits rotation to the angle screw 85 via a bevel gear set. When the angle screw 85 rotates, the angle screw head moves horizontally along with the rotation of the angle screw 85 because the front end of the lifting plate 7 has a certain hinged relation and the rear end is hinged with the angle connecting rod 82. Thus, the rear end of the lifting plate 7 is lifted at an angle by the angle link 82. The long gear shaft 60 functions to transmit power even when the leg separating plate 6 moves left and right, without interfering with the adjustment of the ankle angle. The rear end of the foot lifting plate 7 is further provided with a front binding band 94, one end of the front binding band 94 is fixedly connected with the foot lifting plate 7, and the other end of the front binding band passes through the foot lifting plate 7 and then is connected with the foot lifting plate through a magic tape. The speed reducing mechanism 18 comprises a second foot lifting bevel gear 63 meshed and connected with the first foot lifting bevel gear 61, a vertical shaft 64 is fixedly connected to the second foot lifting bevel gear 63, the top end of the vertical shaft 64 is fixed to the top end of the movable main board 5 through a bearing and a bearing seat, a T-shaped fixing plate 81 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the vertical shaft 64 through a bearing and a bearing seat, and the fixing plate 81 is fixed to the top end of the movable control board 17; the bottom end of the vertical shaft 64 is fixedly connected with a first reduction bevel gear 65, the first reduction bevel gear 65 is in meshing connection with a second reduction bevel gear 66, the second reduction bevel gear 66 is fixedly connected with a fifth reduction shaft 67, the fifth reduction shaft 67 is fixed at the side end of the fixed plate 81 through a bearing and a bearing seat, and the fifth reduction shaft 67 is fixedly connected with a fifth reduction gearwheel 68; the fifth reduction gearwheel 68 is engaged with a fourth reduction pinion 69, the fourth reduction pinion 69 is fixedly connected with a fourth reduction shaft 70, the tail end of the fourth reduction shaft 70 is fixedly connected with a fourth reduction gearwheel 71, and the fourth reduction shaft 70 is fixedly connected to the side end of the fixed plate 81 through a bearing and a bearing seat; the fourth reduction gearwheel 71 is engaged with a third reduction pinion 72, the third reduction pinion 72 is fixedly connected with a third reduction shaft 73, the tail end of the third reduction shaft 73 is fixedly connected with a third reduction gearwheel 74, and the third reduction shaft 73 is fixedly connected to the side end of the fixed plate 81 through a bearing and a bearing seat; the third reduction gear 74 is engaged with a second reduction pinion 75, the second reduction pinion 75 is fixedly connected with a second reduction shaft 77, the tail end of the second reduction shaft 77 is fixedly connected with a second reduction gear 76, and the second reduction shaft 77 is fixedly connected to the side end of the fixing plate 81 through a bearing and a bearing seat; the second reduction gearwheel 76 is engaged with a first reduction pinion 80, the first reduction pinion 80 is fixedly connected with a first reduction shaft 79, and the tail end of the first reduction shaft 79 is fixedly connected with a first reduction gearwheel 78; the first reduction gearwheel 78 is in meshing connection with the toothed rack 16.
The speed reducing mechanism is used for converting the quick movement of the movable main plate 5 into the slow angle adjustment of the lifting plate 7. The principle of the speed reducing mechanism is as follows: the linear motion of the moving main plate 5 is converted into rotation by the engagement of the first reduction gear 78 and the rack 16, and then the rotation is transmitted to the second reduction gear 76 through the first reduction pinion 80, with a transmission ratio greater than one, and the first reduction is performed. The second reduction pinion 75 then transmits the rotation to said third reduction gearwheel 74, with a transmission ratio greater than 1, performing a second reduction. The third reduction pinion 72 then transmits the rotation to said fourth reduction gearwheel 71, with a transmission ratio greater than 1, carrying out a third reduction. The fourth reduction pinion 69 then transmits the rotation to said fifth reduction gearwheel 68, with a transmission ratio greater than 1, carrying out a fourth reduction. So far, the distance that will remove after the experiment many times is corresponding with the angle of foot's lifting, reaches a suitable combination to determine suitable drive ratio, make the patient can be comfortable diagnose.

The inclined groove 105 formed on the hip lifting plate 8 has slight inclination and depression, so that the buttocks of a patient can find a proper position, the collection and the gathering of body fluid of the patient are facilitated, and unnecessary pollution is reduced. When the waterproof packing paper 9 is used, when the waterproof packing paper 9 needs to be pulled out, the control column 112 is pulled backwards, the positioning clamping of the clamping gear 107 is released by the clamping block 111, the reel 106 can rotate, the waterproof packing paper 9 on the reel can be pulled out, and after the reel is pulled out to a proper length, the control column 112 is loosened, so that the reel 106 is positioned again. The three-section universal joint 31 comprises two identical swinging heads 33, the inner ends of the swinging heads 33 are hinged to cross-shaped cross columns, the three-section universal joint 31 further comprises a swinging rod 32, and two ends of the swinging rod 32 are hinged to the two cross columns respectively.
The through groove 23 is used for providing a movable space for the bottom of the hip lifting plate 8, and the angle adjusting principle of the hip lifting plate 8 is as follows: the rotation of the hip lifting motor 50 is transmitted to the hollow shaft 35 through a clutch mechanism and a gear set, the hollow shaft 35 drives the telescopic rod 34 connected therein to rotate, the angle screw 30 rotates along with the rotation of the three-section type universal joint 31, when the angle screw 30 rotates, the thread moving block 28 in threaded connection with the angle screw 30 moves along with the rotation of the angle screw, the thread moving block 28 is hinged to the reinforcing connection plate 27, the reinforcing connection plate 27 is fixedly connected to the lifting control rod 26, the middle of the lifting control rod 26 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the bed plate 3, the lower end of the lifting control rod 26 at the rear end is hinged to the angle control rod 25, and the angle control rod 25 is hinged to the hip lifting plate 8. Therefore, the hip-lift plate 8 is inclined at a certain angle. Still fixedly connected with worm wheel 44 in the lift control lever 26 middle part outside of front end, worm wheel 44 meshing is connected with worm 45, worm 45 passes through the bearing and the bearing frame is fixed 3 bottoms of bed board, the first output bevel gear 46 of worm 45 front end fixedly connected with, the meshing of first output bevel gear 46 is connected with second output bevel gear 47, second output bevel gear 47 fixedly connected with output shaft 48, output shaft 48 passes through the bearing and the bearing frame is fixed 3 bottoms of bed board, the first output straight-tooth gear 49 of the terminal fixedly connected with of output shaft 48, first output straight-tooth gear 49 with clutch mechanism meshing is connected.
The lifting principle of the hip lifting plate 8 is as follows: the rotation of the hip-raising motor 50 is transmitted to the worm 45 through a clutch mechanism and a gear set, the worm 45 drives the worm wheel 44 to rotate, the worm wheel 45 is connected with the lifting control rod 26, and the lifting control rod 26 rotates around a hinge point of the lifting control rod 26. Since the lifting control plate 26 and the reinforcing connecting plate 27 and the stationary angle screw 30 form a parallelogram mechanism, the rotation of the lifting control rod 26 brings the hip-lifting plate 8 to perform a lifting motion. Due to the presence of the three-segment universal joint 31 and the cooperation of the telescopic rod 34 and the hollow shaft 35, the angle screw 30 has mobility without affecting the degree of freedom of the parallelogram mechanism. And the worm gear and worm transmission has one-way transmission performance, and the lifting of the hip lifting plate 8 has stability. The hip-up motor 50 is preferably a stepping motor that converts an electrical signal into a fixed angular displacement according to the transmitted electrical signal.
The folding arc plate 10 comprises a first arc plate 113 and a second arc plate 114 which are hinged with each other, the tail end of the first arc plate 113 is hinged with the fixed frame 2, hinged inclined plates 115 are arranged on two sides of the inner ends of the bottoms of the first arc plate 113 and the second arc plate 114, the hinged inclined plates 115 on the first arc plate 113 and the second arc plate 114 are hinged through bolts, and limiting plates 116 are arranged at the inner ends of the first arc plate 113 and the second arc plate 114; the first arc plate 113 and the second arc plate 114 are both provided with two arc grooves 118, the diagnosis and treatment adjusting plate 11 is both provided with two through holes, adjusting screws 122 capable of moving axially are arranged in the through holes, the adjusting screws 122 penetrate through the arc grooves 118 and are sleeved with buffer springs 121, the bottom of each adjusting screw 122 is fixedly connected with the diagnosis and treatment pressing plate 12, the diagnosis and treatment pressing plate 12 is in threaded connection with a plurality of uniformly distributed adjusting screws 120, the adjusting screws 120 penetrate through the diagnosis and treatment pressing plate 12 and are fixedly connected with the diagnosis and treatment head 13, and the diagnosis and treatment head 13 is made of silica gel; the center of the outer end of the diagnosis and treatment adjusting plate 11 is connected with a limit screw 123 through threads, the middle parts of the outer ends of the first arc plate 113 and the second arc plate 114 are provided with arc-shaped arc grooves 118, and the inner end of the limit screw 123 is positioned in the arc grooves 118. The outer end of the second arc plate 114 is provided with a positioning clamping plate 117.
An I-shaped positioning support plate 14 is fixedly connected to the side end of the fixing frame 2. When the folding arc plate 10 is used, the folding arc plate is turned over to the upper end of the bed plate 3, the positioning clamping plate 117 is placed at the upper end of the positioning support plate 14, and the positioning support plate 14 can clamp the positioning clamping plate 117 to limit horizontal and vertical displacement of the positioning clamping plate 117. When not in use, the folding arc plate 10 is turned over from the upper part of the bed plate 3 and is hinged to achieve the effect of folding and saving space. The diagnosis and treatment adjusting plate 11 can be used for examining and diagnosing different positions of the abdomen of a patient by sliding on the folding arc plate 10, then the height position of the diagnosis and treatment pressing plate 12 is adjusted according to the abdominal circumference of the patient, and the position height of each diagnosis and treatment head 13 is adjusted according to different curved surfaces of the abdominal circumference of the patient. When the positioning is needed to be carried out for stable use, the limiting screw 123 is screwed, so that the diagnosis and treatment can be stably carried out.
The clutch mechanism comprises a second transmission straight gear 54 which is meshed and connected with the first transmission straight gear 43, the second transmission straight gear 54 is fixedly connected with an angle transmission shaft 55, the angle transmission shaft 55 is fixed at the bottom end of the bed plate 3 through a bearing and a bearing seat, and the inner end of the angle transmission shaft 55 is inwards provided with two arc-shaped recesses; the clutch mechanism further comprises a moving straight gear 52 in meshed connection with the first output straight gear 49, the moving straight gear 52 is fixedly connected with a stepped shaft 100, the stepped shaft 100 is fixedly connected with a moving support 53 through a bearing, the top end of the moving support 53 is fixedly connected with a clutch control plate 103 through a screw, the clutch control plate 103 is located at the top end of the bed plate 3, the top end of the bed plate 3 is downwards provided with a groove, a moving hole and a positioning hole are formed in the groove, the top end of the clutch control plate 103 is downwards provided with a threaded hole, a transmission control screw 104 is connected with the threaded hole in a threaded manner, and the transmission control screw 104 is located in the positioning hole; the outer end of the stepped shaft 100 is provided with a prism, the inner end of the stepped shaft is inwards provided with two arc-shaped recesses, the hip lifting motor 50 is fixedly connected with a hollow transmission shaft 51, the hollow transmission shaft 51 is provided with a prism hole, and the prism is located in the prism hole.
The clutch mechanism of the device has the following action principle: in the initial state, the hip-raising plate 8 is positioned at the bottommost part and is in a horizontal state, and then the height adjustment of the buttocks of the patient is carried out according to the requirement: the moving spur gear 52 is meshed with the first output spur gear 49, and transmits the rotation to the second output bevel gear 47, and the rotation is transmitted by a gear set to drive the worm-and-gear pair to rotate, and then drives the lifting control rod 26 to rotate. After the hip lifting plate 8 is lifted to a proper position, the hip lifting motor is turned off, the transmission control screw 10 is screwed out, the clutch control plate 103 is moved to the next positioning hole and is positioned by using the transmission rod control screw 104, at the moment, the moving straight gear 52 is separated from the first output straight gear 49, and the first transmission joint 101 is connected with the second transmission joint 102. While the prism at the outer end of the stepped shaft 100 and the prism hole in the hollow drive shaft 51 are still connected, so that the drive can be transmitted to the first drive spur gear 43 via the second drive spur gear 54. Then, the hip-up motor 50 is turned on to adjust the angle.
When the invention is used, firstly, the water-proof cushion paper 9 with proper length is pulled out, then a patient lies on the upper end of the bed plate 3, the hip of the patient is placed on the upper end of the water-proof cushion paper 9, the feet of the patient are respectively placed on the upper ends of the two foot lifting plates 7, and the feet of the patient are fixed by the front binding belt 94 and the rear binding belt 96. Then the moving motor 22 is started to bend the legs of the patient to a proper angle, the bellies of the patient are perfectly pressed and exposed, and when the legs of the patient bend, the lifting plate 7 can be adjusted to a proper angle, so that the patient is in a most comfortable state. After the legs of the patient are bent to a proper angle, the leg-separating handwheel 15 is manually rotated to separate the legs of the patient to a proper angle, so that the next vaginal examination is facilitated. Then, the hip lifting motor 50 is turned on to enable the hip of the patient to rise to a proper height, then the hip lifting motor is turned off, the clutch control plate 103 is moved to the next position, the hip lifting motor is turned on, and the hip lifting plate 8 is adjusted to a proper angle, so that the vagina examination can be carried out. Finally, the folding arc plate 10 is turned to the top of the bed plate 3, the diagnosis and treatment adjusting plate 11 is moved to a proper position, the diagnosis and treatment adjusting plate is positioned by using a limiting screw 123, the height of the diagnosis and treatment pressing plate 12 is adjusted according to the abdominal circumference size and the position of the patient, each diagnosis and treatment head 13 is respectively adjusted to be attached to the abdomen of the patient to the maximum extent, the abdominal circumference size and the fetal position of the patient can be accurately diagnosed, and the working strength and difficulty of medical staff are greatly reduced.
