In other embodiments, the tapered structure of the positioning member 1 may have more or less than three layers. The positioning piece 1 is divided into two symmetrical parts, namely a first positioning piece 11 and a second positioning piece 12. In the present embodiment, the first positioning member 11 and the second positioning member 12 have the same structure.
Referring to fig. 3, the first positioning member 11 includes an inner positioning portion 14 and an outer positioning portion 15 connected to the inner positioning portion 14. In the present embodiment, the inner positioning portion 14 and the outer positioning portion 15 are integrally formed. The outer positioning part 15 is sleeved on the inner positioning part 14, one end of the outer positioning part 15 is connected with one end of the inner positioning part 14, and an accommodating groove 16 is formed between the inner positioning part 14 and the outer positioning part 15 at intervals. The receiving groove 16 is used for receiving and fixing the metal lining member 3, so that the shape of the receiving groove 16 is substantially the same as the outer shape of the metal lining member 3. The positioning portion 14 is substantially semi-cylindrical, and is an inner wall of the first positioning member 11, and is configured to receive the submarine cable 4. The outer positioning portion 15 is an outer wall of the first positioning member 11, and has a specific shape, and the outer positioning portion 15 includes a main body portion 150 and three supporting portions 151 protruding outward from the main body portion 150. The supporting portion 151 is substantially semi-conical and has a surface with a certain curvature. In other embodiments, the number of the supporting parts 151 may be more than three or less than three. The supporting portions 151 are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the first positioner 11. The inner positioning portion 14 is connected to the outer positioning portion 15 at one end only, and is disconnected from the other end, so that the metal lining member 3 can be placed.

In this embodiment, the metal lining member 3 is fixedly embedded in the positioning member 1 by using a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant polyurethane adhesive and adopting a polyurethane casting process, so as to form a firm and undetachable integral structure.
The liner main body portion 30 has a semi-cylindrical shape. One end of the liner main body portion 30 extends in the axial direction and the outer diameter gradually expands in the radial direction to form a locking portion 31. The end of the locking portion 31 is provided with a substantially semi-annular fixing groove 35. The locking portion 31 and the fixing groove 35 are used for reinforcing the combination of the metal lining member 3 and the positioning member 1, so as to prevent the metal lining member 3 from being separated from the positioning member 1. The two side edges of the lining main body 30 are uniformly distributed with protruding parts 34 corresponding to the positioning holes 13, and are provided with fixing holes 32, when the fastening piece 2 passes through the positioning holes 13 to lock the first positioning piece 11 and the second positioning piece 12, the fastening piece 2 also passes through the fixing holes 32, and fixes the metal lining piece 3. The other end of the liner body portion 30 extends radially outwardly to form a flange 33, and the flange 33 may be used to attach other devices such as submarine cable bend protection devices and the like. In the present embodiment, the metal lining member 3 is made of stainless steel, and in other embodiments, the metal lining member 3 may be made of other metal materials which are corrosion-resistant and have high performance.
The number of the fasteners 2 is the same as the number of the positioning holes 13. The fastener 2 passes through the positioning hole 13 and the fixing hole 32 to lock the first positioning member 11, the metal lining member 3 and the second positioning member 12. In this embodiment, the fastening member 2 is a bolt, and in other embodiments, the fastening member 2 may be a stud, a screw, or other parts capable of achieving a locking effect.
When the submarine cable positioning device is installed, a first positioning piece 11 and a second positioning piece 12 which respectively contain a metal lining piece 3 are sleeved at positions to be installed on a submarine cable 4, then a fastening piece 2 penetrates through a positioning hole 13 to enable the first positioning piece 11 to be aligned with the second positioning piece 12, then the fastening piece 12 is screwed according to a specified moment, and the first positioning piece 11, the second positioning piece 12 and the submarine cable 4 are locked.
