本发明涉及一种居家服面料,具体涉及一种冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料。本发明的冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料为梭织面料,采用粘胶长丝和锦包氨长丝织造而成,按质量分数计,包括65~70%的粘胶长丝,25~30%锦纶,3~5%氨纶,其中,粘胶长丝为50~60D,锦包氨的包覆方式为机包或空包。本发明的冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料,通过综合工艺设计,使得面料具有瞬间接触凉感、滑爽、柔软、亲肤透气等差异化功能特性,适合用于春夏季居家服产品,给用户带来更为舒适的触感和穿着体验。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种居家服面料,具体涉及一种冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料。
背景技术
近年来,随着科技发展,技术进步,人民生活消费能力进一步提高,人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分发展的矛盾逐渐成为我国社会主义发展的主要矛盾。而在纺织服装行业居家服春夏季服装领域,产品同质化现象严重。现有春夏季面料多为低端涤纶仿真丝面料,穿着闷汗不透气,吸湿透湿差,造成不适的穿着体验。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料。本发明的冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料,通过综合工艺设计,使得面料具有瞬间接触凉感、滑爽、柔软、亲肤透气等差异化功能特性,适合用作春夏季居家服产品,给用户带来更为舒适的触感和穿着体验。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料,其特征在于,该冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料具有以下特征:
一种冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料,所述面料为梭织面料,采用粘胶长丝和锦包氨长丝织造而成,按质量分数计,包括65~70%的粘胶长丝,25~30%锦纶,3~5%氨纶,其中,粘胶长丝的纤度为50~60D,锦包氨的包覆方式为机包或空包。
所述面料的组织结构为梭织经面缎纹组织,经向纱线为粘胶长丝,经整经上浆后在梭织喷气或者剑杆织机上进行织造。
所述面料的坯布经退浆染色后进行后处理,后处理采用重砂洗工艺:将水温控制在60~90℃,加入碱性洗涤剂,经过15~30分钟的普通洗涤后,过清水加柔软剂。
所述面料的经纬向密度为300*110根/英寸,克重为100~110g,门幅为131~135cm。
上述的冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料应用于居家服。
与现有技术相比,本发明的冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料,具备以下优点:
其一,具有接触凉感。本发明面料原料选用粘胶长丝,其公定回潮率为13%,高于普通棉质面料和化纤面料,纬向选用锦包氨长丝面料,锦纶又被称为“冰凉丝”,是化学纤维中回潮率最高的,为4.5%,是普通涤纶面料的9倍。因此,面料具有接触凉感,成品面料采用国家标准GB/T 35263-2017《纺织品接触瞬间凉感性能的检测和评价》测试后,其接触凉感为0.33,是标准值0.15的两倍,也验证了本发明的凉感特性。
其二,具有滑爽特性。本发明面料采用的原料均为长丝,与常规短纤面料相比,无毛羽,织物表面更加顺滑;同时本发明的织物密度高达300*110根/英寸,为高密度织物,是常规棉质产品的2-4倍,织物纱线排列更加紧密,表面更加平整顺滑,用户在贴身穿着时不粘身,滑爽的触感如真丝一般,给用户带来愉悦的舒适感受。
其三,具有亲肤透湿特性。本发明成分占比中,粘胶长丝高达60-70%,粘纤因含有保湿因子(-OH)基因,易与水分子结合,又被称为会呼吸的纤维,所以有较高的吸湿率,最符合人体皮肤的要求,天热时吸汗透气,柔软舒适,不会像涤纶类的化纤产品因吸湿率低,不能及时吸收和排除汗气,衣着闷热潮湿。
综上所述,本发明的冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料具有瞬间接触凉感、滑爽、柔软、亲肤透气等差异化功能特性,适合用于春夏季居家服产品,给用户带来更为舒适的触感和穿着体验。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料,所述面料为梭织面料,采用粘胶长丝和锦包氨长丝织造而成,按质量分数计,包括68%的粘胶长丝,27%锦纶,5%氨纶,其中,粘胶长丝为50D,锦包氨长丝为40D锦纶包20D氨纶,包覆方式为机包。
所述面料的组织结构为梭织经面缎纹组织,经向纱线为粘胶长丝,经整经上浆后在剑杆织机上进行织造。
所述面料的坯布经退浆染色后进行后处理,后处理采用重砂洗工艺:将水温控制在60℃,加入碱性洗涤剂,经过30分钟的普通洗涤后,过清水加柔软剂,处理后的面料柔软、舒适,在视觉上自然、干净。
所述面料的经纬向密度为300*110,克重为100g,门幅为131cm。
图1为本实施例冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料的组织意匠图。该组织结构为经面缎纹,经纬方向上每5路为一个循环,从下到上从左到右分别为第1-5路,第1路纬纱在第4路经纱处浮于经纱上,第2路纬纱在第2路经纱处浮于经纱上,第3路纬纱在第5路经纱处浮于第3路经纱上,第4路纬纱在第3路经纱处浮于经纱上,第5路纬纱在第1路经纱处浮于经纱上。
实施例2
一种冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料,所述面料为梭织面料,采用粘胶长丝和锦包氨长丝织造而成,按质量分数计,包括68%的粘胶长丝,27%锦纶,5%氨纶,其中,粘胶长丝为60D,锦包氨长丝为40D锦纶包20D氨纶,包覆方式为空包。
所述面料的组织结构为梭织经面缎纹组织,经向纱线为粘胶长丝,经整经上浆后在梭织喷气织机上进行织造。
所述面料的坯布经退浆染色后进行后处理,后处理采用重砂洗工艺:将水温控制在90℃,加入碱性洗涤剂,经过15分钟的普通洗涤后,过清水加柔软剂,处理后的面料柔软、舒适,在视觉上自然、干净。
所述面料的经纬向密度为300*110,克重为110g,门幅为135cm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料,其特征在于,所述面料的组织结构为梭织经面缎纹组织,经向纱线为粘胶长丝,经整经上浆后在梭织喷气或者剑杆织机上进行织造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料,其特征在于,所述面料的坯布经退浆染色后进行后处理,后处理采用重砂洗工艺:将水温控制在60~90℃,加入碱性洗涤剂,经过15~30分钟的普通洗涤后,过清水加柔软剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的冰凉型滑爽红豆绵面料,其特征在于,所述面料的经纬向密度为300*110根/英寸,克重为100~110g,门幅为131~135cm。
