When the chain is processed, the chain is placed into a first groove and a second groove, a first transmission wheel and a second transmission wheel are in contact with the chain, the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel are driven by a first driving motor and a second driving motor to rotate, the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel drive the chain to move, one section of the chain is placed into a third groove, a convex disc is driven by the third driving motor to push a first push plate to move downwards, an electromagnet generates magnetic force after being electrified, a limiting rod is pushed into a first through hole, the first driving motor and the second driving motor stop working, the chain is fixed into the third groove, a first air cylinder pushes sliding rails to move towards the middle of the third groove, the two groups of sliding rails are close to each other, and the chain is wrapped by the two groups of sliding rails to play a role in fixing the chain; after the two groups of sliding rails are contacted, a switch of a second cylinder is connected, the second cylinder drives a piston rod to extend out, so that a scraper moves along the sliding rails to scrape off welding slag on the surface of the chain; when the scraper moves to the other end of the sliding rail, the first cylinder drives the sliding rail to separate, the convex disc rotates away from the first push plate, the electromagnet is powered off and loses magnetic force, the first limiting spring pulls the limiting rod to enter the second movable cavity, the first driving motor and the second driving motor work again to drive the chain to move forwards continuously until a new section of unprocessed chain moves into the third groove, the actions are repeated, and the second cylinder drives the piston rod to move backwards to drive the scraper to move towards the second cylinder, so that welding slag on the surface of the chain is scraped; the welding slag on the surface of the chain is cleaned through the back-and-forth movement of the scraper, so that the scraper does not need to reset after each time of working is finished, the use of equipment is facilitated, and the processing efficiency of the chain is improved; the welding slag after scraping drops in the material receiving box, collects the welding slag, and the chain is worn out from the base along with first transfer gear and second transfer gear together motion, is convenient for do processing on next step to the chain.

Claims (6)

1. A chain processing technology is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
raw material inspection: selecting alloy steel with austenite grain size of more than six grades, wherein the alloy steel contains Cr, Ni and Mo elements;

stretching and straightening: the full-automatic stretching program comprises eight parts, namely pull head advancing, fast advancing, slow advancing, pressure maintaining, measuring, fast retreating, slow retreating and pull head retreating, so that the high precision of stretching displacement is ensured;
surface treatment: carrying out a series of processing treatments on the surface of the chain to form a protective film on the surface of the chain so as to protect the chain;
