Abstract
一种祛红血丝修复精华液及其制备方法,由以下组分制成:千叶玫瑰花水、双甘油、1,3‑丁二醇、透明质酸钠、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2‑己二醇、卡波姆、三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物、藏红花提取物、银耳提取物、羧甲基Β‑葡聚糖钠、氯化镁、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物;其制备方法步骤:先制得第一、第三混合物,利用第一混合物制得第二混合物、将第二、第三混合物混合得到第四混合物,最后在第四混合物中加入三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物、藏红花提取物、银耳提取物、羧甲基Β‑葡聚糖钠、氯化镁、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物搅拌均匀,得到成品。本发明具有促进血液循环,修复红血丝的有益效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种祛红血丝修复精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着时代发展,护肤品已经不仅仅局限于日常护肤使用,医学领域针对一些问题肌肤以及术后护理如今也需要用到护肤品,械字号护肤产品是属于具有一定医学背景,针对某些问题肌肤或术后护理的医用护肤品,相比一般的护肤品,生产条件更加严格也更有针对性,安全指数也更高一些。要求不添加任何激素、抗生素、重金属及其他易引起皮肤反应的化学制剂、满足械字号的生产条件的护肤品,即医疗器械级护肤品才可以在医学领域使用,这类护肤品可以进入药店及医院作为非处方药开出,安全性比普通妆字号护肤品都要高且更温和。
形成红血丝的原因复杂多样,一般公认的主要有三种:1、表皮过薄。2、局部毛细血管脆弱。3、血液循环不畅。现有技术在祛红血丝方面见效慢,或功效太差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明采用私人基因订制的概念,以械字号的产品要求,根据不同的人皮肤基因检测报告、皮肤生理学、皮肤病理学、皮肤当下状况、季节、年龄、地域七个维度科学设计定制精华液,做到更精准的护肤,所解决的技术问题是如何有效修复由血液循环不畅引起的红血丝。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是一种祛红血丝修复精华液,由以下组分质量份制成:千叶玫瑰花水60份-90份、双甘油1份-5份、1,3-丁二醇1份-10份、透明质酸钠0.01份-5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.01份-5份、1,2-己二醇0.1份-5份、卡波姆0.01份-5份、三乙醇胺0.01份-5份、积雪草提取物0.01份-5份、藏红花提取物0.01份-5份、银耳提取物0.01份-10份、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠0.01份-8份、氯化镁0.01份-5份、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物0.01份-5份、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物0.01份-6份。
本发明要解决的另一个技术问题是提供上述祛红血丝修复精华液的制备方法。
为此,本发明提供的技术方案是一种祛红血丝修复精华液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(一)依次加入透明质酸钠、卡波姆、双甘油混合搅拌得到第一混合物;
(二)向第一混合物中加入千叶玫瑰,于60℃~90℃中搅拌至完全溶解透明,得到第二混合物;
(三)将对羟基苯乙酮加入1,3-丁二醇和1,2-己二醇,在50℃~60℃中溶解至完全透明,得到第三混合物;
(四)将第三混合物加入到第二混合物中,搅拌均匀,得到第四混合物;
(五)将第四混合物降温到45℃,依次加入三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物、藏红花提取物、银耳提取物、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠、氯化镁、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
优选地,所述步骤(二)中,搅拌时的温度为80℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm。
与现有技术产品相比,本发明产品具有促进血液循环,修复红血丝的有益效果,而且本次发明满足械字号化妆品要求,更加温和、安全。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
一种祛红血丝修复精华液,由以下组分质量份制成:千叶玫瑰花水90份、双甘油1份、1,3-丁二醇5份、透明质酸钠0.01份、对羟基苯乙酮0.01份、1,2-己二醇2份、卡波姆0.3份、三乙醇胺0.25份、积雪草提取物1份、藏红花提取物0.01份、银耳提取物0.01份、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠0.01份、氯化镁0.01份、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物0.01份、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物0.01份。
实施例2
一种祛红血丝修复精华液,由以下组分质量份制成:千叶玫瑰花水70份、双甘油2份、1,3-丁二醇8份、透明质酸钠1份、对羟基苯乙酮2份、1,2-己二醇3份、卡波姆2份、三乙醇胺2份、积雪草提取物1份、藏红花提取物2份、银耳提取物8份、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠5份、氯化镁0.1份、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物2份、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物3份。
实施例3
一种祛红血丝修复精华液,由以下组分质量份制成:千叶玫瑰花水75份、双甘油3份、1,3-丁二醇10份、透明质酸钠2份、对羟基苯乙酮1份、1,2-己二醇3份、卡波姆1份、三乙醇胺1份、积雪草提取物3份、藏红花提取物1份、银耳提取物0.5份、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠0.1份、氯化镁0.01份、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物1份、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物1份。
实施例4
一种祛红血丝修复精华液,由以下组分质量份制成:千叶玫瑰花水80份、双甘油1份、1,3-丁二醇6份、透明质酸钠0.1份、对羟基苯乙酮1份、1,2-己二醇1份、卡波姆0.5份、三乙醇胺0.5份、积雪草提取物2份、藏红花提取物3份、银耳提取物4份、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠3份、氯化镁0.01份、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物2份、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物0.01份。
实施例5:
一种祛红血丝修复精华液,由以下组分质量份制成:千叶玫瑰花水60份、双甘油2份、1,3-丁二醇10份、透明质酸钠1份、对羟基苯乙酮0.5份、1,2-己二醇2份、卡波姆0.3份、三乙醇胺0.3份、积雪草提取物2份、藏红花提取物3份、银耳提取物10份、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠8份、氯化镁5份、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物5份、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物6份。
上述实施例1至5制备方法,通过以下步骤制成:
(一)依次加入透明质酸钠、卡波姆、双甘油混合搅拌得到第一混合物;
(二)向第一混合物中加入千叶玫瑰,于60℃~90℃中搅拌至完全溶解透明,得到第二混合物;
(三)将对羟基苯乙酮加入1,3-丁二醇和1,2-己二醇,在50℃~60°C中溶解至完全透明,得到第三混合物;
(四)将第三混合物加入到第二混合物中,搅拌均匀,得到第四混合物;
(五)将第四混合物降温到45℃,依次加入三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物、藏红花提取物、银耳提取物、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠、氯化镁、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
优选地,所述步骤(二)中,搅拌时的温度为80℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm。
为了更好的说明本发明的有益效果,进行功效评价实验:
对照组1,2分别为市面上宣称祛红血丝的普通护肤产品,对照组3为本发明产品其成分与实施例一相同,三组产品分发给60名志愿者使用,得到以下使用效果评比数据表:
从上表中可见,本发明产品在60名中有20%志愿者认为修复功能特别有用,明显高于其它两组现有产品的10%及5%,由此可见,添加了本发明产品具有修复修复红血丝的有益效果。
以上结合实施例对本发明的实施方式做出了详细说明,但本发明不局限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行各种变化、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种祛红血丝修复精华液,其特征在于,由以下组分质量份制成:千叶玫瑰花水60份-90份、双甘油1份-5份、1,3-丁二醇1份-10份、透明质酸钠0.01份-5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.01份-5份、1,2-己二醇0.1份-5份、卡波姆0.01份-5份、三乙醇胺0.01份-5份、积雪草提取物0.01份-5份、藏红花提取物0.01份-5份、银耳提取物0.01份-10份、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠0.01份-8份、氯化镁0.01份-5份、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物0.01份-5份、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物0.01份-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛红血丝修复精华液,其特征在于,由以下组分质量份制成:千叶玫瑰花水70份、双甘油2份、1,3-丁二醇8份、透明质酸钠1份、对羟基苯乙酮2份、1,2-己二醇3份、卡波姆2份、三乙醇胺2份、积雪草提取物1份、藏红花提取物2份、银耳提取物8份、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠5份、氯化镁0.1份、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物2份、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的祛红血丝修复精华液,其特征在于,由以下组分质量份制成:千叶玫瑰花水75份、双甘油3份、1,3-丁二醇10份、透明质酸钠2份、对羟基苯乙酮1份、1,2-己二醇3份、卡波姆1份、三乙醇胺1份、积雪草提取物3份、藏红花提取物1份、银耳提取物0.5份、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠0.1份、氯化镁0.01份、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物1份、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的祛红血丝修复精华液,其特征在于,由以下组分质量份制成:千叶玫瑰花水80份、双甘油1份、1,3-丁二醇6份、透明质酸钠0.1份、对羟基苯乙酮1份、1,2-己二醇1份、卡波姆0.5份、三乙醇胺0.5份、积雪草提取物2份、藏红花提取物3份、银耳提取物4份、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠3份、氯化镁0.01份、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物2份、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物0.01份。
5.一种如权利要求1至4任一项所述的祛红血丝修复精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(一)依次加入透明质酸钠、卡波姆、双甘油混合搅拌得到第一混合物;
(二)向第一混合物中加入千叶玫瑰,于60℃~90℃中搅拌至完全溶解透明,得到第二混合物;
(三)将对羟基苯乙酮加入1,3-丁二醇和1,2-己二醇,在50℃~60℃中溶解至完全透明,得到第三混合物;
(四)将第三混合物加入到第二混合物中,搅拌均匀,得到第四混合物;
(五)将第四混合物降温到45℃,依次加入三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物、藏红花提取物、银耳提取物、羧甲基Β-葡聚糖钠、氯化镁、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物、小果咖啡叶/籽提取物,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的祛红血丝修复精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(二)中,搅拌时的温度为80℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm。
