As shown in fig. 3A, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first rotating means 4 may include a housing 40 connected to the link 5, a second rotating lever 41 provided inside the housing 40, and a third driving motor 42 for driving the second rotating lever 41 to rotate, and the second rotating lever 41 may be connected to the first telescopic means 7. The casing 40 is provided with a yielding groove for the first telescopic device 7 to rotate in a larger angle range. The third driving motor 42 can drive the second rotating rod 41 to rotate so as to drive the first telescopic device 7 to rotate in the vertical direction, so that the position of the foot pad 8 can be adjusted in the vertical direction.
Further, the first rotation means 4 may also comprise a clamping structure which may be used for position locking of the first telescopic means 7 after rotation, i.e. to fix the first telescopic means 7 in a certain position. As shown in fig. 3A, the chucking structure may include a positioning plate 43 fixedly provided on the second rotation lever 41 and a chucking plate 44 slidably provided on the second rotation lever 41. Wherein, a plurality of chucking grooves are provided on the positioning disk 43, correspondingly, chucking parts with the same shape and size as the chucking grooves are provided on the chucking disk 44, when the chucking parts on the chucking disk 44 are clamped into the chucking grooves on the positioning disk 43, the position of the first telescopic device 7 after rotation can be locked, and at this time, the second rotating rod 41 is locked and cannot rotate.
Fig. 3B is a second schematic view of an internal structure of a first rotating device of an operating table according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3B, further, the clamping structure of the first rotating device 4 may further include a middle plate 45 and at least two transmission units disposed on the middle plate 45, and the transmission units may include a hinge plate 46, a guide post 47 connected to one end of the hinge plate 46, and a pressing block 48 for pressing the other end of the hinge plate 46, where the guide post 47 penetrates the middle plate 45 and is connected to the clamping plate 44. The pressing block 48 can press the other end of the hinge plate 46 under the action of external force, and the guide pillar 47 connected with one end of the hinge plate 46 can be pulled through leverage, so as to drive the clamping disc 44 connected with the guide pillar 47 to be separated from the positioning disc 43, at this time, the position locking of the first telescopic device 7 and the rotation locking of the second rotating rod 41 can be released, and the second rotating rod 41 can rotate and drive the first telescopic device 7 to rotate. The at least two transmission units may include two transmission units symmetrically disposed at both sides of the pressing block 48. The top of the pressing block 48 is provided with a second control button 410 for controlling the third driving motor 42. When the medical staff presses the second control button 410, not only the position locking of the first telescopic device 7 and the rotation locking of the second rotating rod 41 can be released through the transmission unit, but also the third driving motor 42 can be started to drive the second rotating rod 41 to rotate and further drive the first telescopic device 7 to rotate. When the first telescopic device 7 is rotated to a required position, the medical staff releases the second control button 410, and the reset spring 49 arranged below the end, connected with the guide post 47, of the hinge plate 46 can quickly reset the hinge plate 46, and at the moment, the transmission unit can drive the clamping disc 44 to be clamped with the positioning disc 43, so that the position of the first telescopic device 7 after rotation is locked.
